The finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of ordinary beam and circular hole beam, and the results are compared with the test values made by predecessors. The value of shear transfer coefficient between cracks of reinforced concrete beam with circular hole in the abdomen in ANSYS finite element simulation is summarized. The coefficient is used to simulate the circular hole beam strengthened by steel sleeve, and it is pointed out that the steel tube is used to reinforce the circular hole beam The effect of tube reinforcement on the bearing capacity of circular hole beam is not obvious.

Abstract Reinforced concrete structure is widely used in building structure because of its unique physical and mechanic properties, but with the increase of service life, there will be different degrees of damage in the structures. In this paper, combined with the test beam, a model of reinforced concrete beam strengthened with CFRP is established by Using ANSYS finite element software, nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out on the whole process of yield, cracking and destruction of the test beam under secondary load, while different working states of CFRP sheets were simulated by the life and death unit. The results show that the bending performance of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with CFRP can be predicted by selecting the finite element analysis model rationally.

With the help of large general finite element analysis software ANSYS, under different parameters, this paper will have a finite element analysis of bearing capacity on circular steel tube compile short column filled with steel reinforced concrete(STCSRC).In the paper,it uses separate models to calculate and analyze.Considering the nonlinear constitutive relation of steel and concrete and determining the type of unit,it is shown that stress distribution and load-displacement curve of specimen under the effect of different parameters.According to the curve and data, analysis results of bearing capacity of specimen have been shown that bearing capacity of STCSRC will increase with concrete strength increasing and it also will increase with steel rate increasing under axial load.Because of core concrete working together with steel tube and angle steel,it can significantly improve the bearing capacity of composite columns, slow down and inhibit shearing inclined cracks occur in the core concrete and develop, and improve the ductility of columns.

The reinforced RC girder with external prestress is applied more and more widely. Reinforcement of the girder is influenced by various factors, among which the concrete intensity degree and the prestress degree are mainly analyzed through the finite element software ABAQUS to learn their influence on the anti-bending bearing capacity of the externally reinforced RC simply supported beam. Since the reinforcement stresses of RC girder (regular reinforced concrete beam) are far less than the maximum intensity of the reinforcing steel bar, the concrete in the pulled area cracks, which causes the stiffness of constructional elements to decrease, deform and expand so that the elements become useless before it is damaged. External prestress can effectively improve such defect of the RC girder, and a great deal of research has been carried out. Due to the experimental boundedness and discreteness, large general finite element software ABAQUS is adopted to analyze the anti-bending bearing capacity of the externally reinforced RC girder, which is based on the size of experimental constructional elements in literature.

In this study, the behavior of reinforced concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars was investigated. A total of seventeen models were carried out based on the finite element software (ABAQUS). The concrete damage plasticity modeling was considered. Two types of fiber polymer bars, CFRP and GFRP as longitudinal reinforcement for concrete beam were used. The validation of numerical results was confirmed by experimental results, then the parametric study was conducted to evaluate the effect of change in different parameters, such as (diameter size, number of bars), type of FRP bars, longitudinal arrangement for FRP bars. All results were analyzed and discussed through, load-deflection diagram, according, to the difference parameter considered. The results showed that the use of FRP bars in rebar concrete beam improves the beam stiffness and enhance the cracking load. The load capacity enhanced in the range of (7.88-64.82%) when used CFRP bars. The load-carrying capacity of beams strengthened with CFRP is higher than that of strengthened with GFRP. Furthermore, the use of FRP bars in bottom and steel in top reinforcement is useful to overcome the large deflection, and improving the beam ductility. Finally, the results of finite element models were compared with the prediction equation, according to ACI440.1R-15.

The flexural behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened by CFRP is analyzed by using the way which connected tests with finite element simulation.First, through the test to get the load data of one unstrengthened and one strengthened reinforced concrete beam. Then, the finite element model is carried out based on Ansys finite element analysis software. The reinforced beam carrying capacity is improved based on the test data and finite element calculation results.Steel bars stress change curve, CFRP stress curve and the load displacement curves are in good agreement with experimental results.

With the rapid development of the construction industry, the country has a higher demand for scaffolding engineering, so it is very necessary to develop and promote the application of wheel buckle scaffolding. Steel tube scaffold with wheel buckle has the characteristics of clear transmission and good mechanical performance. In order to study the structural performance of steel tubular scaffolding with wheel buckle, the single span three-step element frame was tested. The failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the frame are obtained. The finite element software Sap2000 was used to conduct 3d modeling and linear buckling analysis of scaffolds in the test. The results of experiments and finite element analysis show that the failure type of steel tubular scaffolding is the overall torsional instability failure. The connection stiffness at the joint of the diagonal brace fastener has a great influence on the wheel-buckle scaffold. The diagonal brace has obvious influence on the bearing capacity of steel tubular scaffolding body with buckles.

The ultimate load-bearing capacities of axially-loaded steel tube composite column filled with steel reinforced concrete under three-dimensional stress based on the unified strength theory are analyzed in this paper. The influence of thickness-length ratio and scale effect are considered by introducing the reduction factor of equivalent constraints and concrete strength reduction factor, respectively. The nonlinear three-dimensional finite element analysis of the steel tube composite column filled with steel reinforced concrete is performed by the finite element software ANSYS. The numerical and the analytical results are compared with experimental results and good agreement can be observed. A series of numerical simulation technologies is studied and described in detail, such as selecting element type, defining material model of steel and concrete, establishing global finite element model with discrete reinforced bars elements, applying loads to the specimens, and setting solution controls option. The results indicate that ANSYS finite element software may well simulate the behavior of the steel tube composite column filled with steel reinforced concrete under axial compression through reasonably selecting parameters.

Nonlinear numerical analysis of the structural behaviour of prestressed steel reinforced concrete (PSRC) beams was carried out by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. By comparing the load-deformation curves, the rationality and reliability of the finite element model have been confirmed; moreover, the changes of the beam stiffness and stress in the forcing process and the ultimate bearing capacity of the beam were analyzed. Based on the model, the effect of prestressed force, and H-steel to the stiffness, the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of beam were also analyzed.
