Dual CPU redundant operation of PLC is of great significance to the reliability of industrial automation control system. In view of the problems existing in the traditional dual CPU PLC redundancy control mode based on hardware strategy, this paper proposes a dual CPU redundancy control idea based on software strategy, and describes in detail the specific scheme of Dual CPU redundancy software design using A-B ControlLogix series PLC.

According to the idea of the modular design, an intelligent wheelchair control system based on F28335 is designed. This paper introduces this system, including the whole structure, hardware composition and corresponding software design. Control mode of the intelligent wheelchair is divided into manual control and automatic control mode. Using the operating lever, brain wave control signal and hands, users can let the intelligent wheelchair go forward, go backward, turn left, turn right, accelerate and stop. This control system has a lot of advantages, for example, simple structure and easy to expand functions and so on.

A data acquisition and control system for a safety valve test bench with high pressure and large flow rate, was developed based on the host-slave architecture, which takes an Industrial Personal Computer (IPC) as host computer and a Programmable Automatic Controller (PAC) as salve computer. The hardware architecture and software design of this system were introduced in detail. This system was verified by the experiment, and the results indicate that it can fulfill the requirement of data acquisition and control with high speed and long distance. This study can provide reference for many automation control fields.

In the process of mechanical automation, due to the development of drive equipment in diversification, miniaturization, digitalization, intellectualization and the development of sensor in miniaturization, digitalization, visualization, on the one hand, automation mechanical structure become simple, on the other hand, with the increase of the dependence on control equipment for automation machinery, an automated machinery needs many kinds of control mode and means to complete the production. With the improvement of mechanical motion complexity, there will appear accumulation phenomenon of control equipment, in addition, in order to complete the data transfer between all kinds of control equipments, each control equipment need to build all kinds of communication protocol and special cables to connect. In order to solve the "accumulation" phenomenon, control equipment manufacturers competing to launch the new scheme. In this paper, a control project based on the control products of Mitsubishi electric company was proposed, which illustrates the change of the control way of mechanical automation. Once you master the control platform of these companies, will be able to build or integrate corresponding control system.

Considering the pollution on the environment using dynamite source in oil and gas exploration, harm and damage to people and building, the vehicle mounted hammer source which can replace dynamite source is presented. This paper describes briefly the basic structure and working principles of the vehicle mounted hammer source. A typical pneumatic circuit is researched and designed. And the pneumatic circuit is designed with the powerful functions of PLC, the hardware and software design are introduced. The system has advantages of strong striking force, high velocity, small gas consumption, simple structure and convenient control.
