The smart water meter based on cloud computing is a new instrument that uses modern sensor technology, communication technology and modern microelectronics technology to measure water volume, transfer water data and settle transactions. The traditional water meter only has the function of flow collection and pointer mechanical display of water consumption. Compared with traditional water meter, smart water meter has great progress. With the development of wireless transmission technology and mobile communication network, remote water meter technology begins to develop rapidly.

Sensor technology is the key technology in industrial application and scientific research. With the progress of microelectronics technology, computer technology and communication technology, determining how to connect various sensors and various networks freely becomes a new problem in the field of sensor application research. In this paper, first I introduced several important modules that IEEE 1451 standard has defined, then I analyzed concepts and models of intelligence sensor interface in IEEE 1451. Finally I build a model which is more suitable to wireless sensor network.

The society of Indonesia faces problem of cultural crisis, especially the younger generation who prefer foreign culture rather than the local culture. This research aimed to find a way to conserve local culture by combining local culture with the development of information and communication technology. The method used in this study is content crowdsourcing because it requires the help of all society member to fill the content and data that will be managed later in large volumes. Therefore, it will use cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS). This research has successfully developed a portal called ibudaya that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content, such as in the format of video, pictures, pdf, Word, and Power Point. This research has successfully developed a portal that can accommodate cultural values and local wisdom in the form of multimedia content. The cultural portal can be accessed through the link address http://iBudaya.applikasi.online/. This portal will be further refined in terms of cultural content procurement, where the content is in the form of videos, pictures and folklore texts.

Multidisciplinary experts are required to develop a model for resource management in a country. Various concepts in information and communication technology are required to be applied in designing and developing a model for the management of natural resources. The concepts such as cloud computing along with social media play an important role. With the popularization and improvement of social and industrial IT development, information appears to explosively increase, and people put much higher expectations on the services of computing, communication and network. Today’s public communication network is developing in the direction that networks are widely interconnected using communication network infrastructure as backbone and Internet protocols; at the same time, cloud computing, a computing paradigm in the ascendant, provides new service modes. Communication technology has the trend of developing towards computing technology and applications, and computing technology and applications have the trend of stepping towards service orientation architecture. Communication technology and information technology truly comes to a convergence. Telecom operators are planning to be providers of comprehensive information services in succession. To adopt cloud computing technology not only facilitates the upgrade of their communication network technology, service platform and supporting systems, but also facilitates the construction of the infrastructure and operating capacity of providing comprehensive information services. In this paper, the development processes of public communication network and computing are reviewed along with some new concepts for cloud computing.

CNC equipment distributed monitoring system based on cloud computing technology provides a sable and reliable remote real time monitoring system to monitoring a mount of CNC equipment distributed in a large wide area by wireless network and GPRS communication technology which can be used to remote diagnostics and improve service respond speed.
