Green economy is a new economic development mode characterized by energy saving, environmental protection and harmonious development. It is proposed to solve the increasingly prominent global ecological problems and the deterioration of ecological environment quality. Green economy aims to adjust the direction of economic development, with information technology and creation as the breakthrough point and the knowledge economy as the focus of development. Cultural and creative industry is centered on intangible capital or resources such as creativity, knowledge, culture, information science and technology. It occupies little and has low energy consumption, strong extension and high technical content, which naturally makes it the focal point of green economic development. This paper discusses the development path of green economy from the aspect of cultural creative industry.

Development is the eternal theme of the times. However, the transformation of the development mode is imminent, and we should abandon the extensive economic development mode and turn to the efficient development of an intensive mode. The high-tech industry will be the decisive force in future industrial development. The agglomeration of the industry will help form economies of scale, thereby improving the effective allocation of resources and promoting productivity. The increase in green economy efficiency is a key factor in achieving green development and an important indicator of achieving the coordinated development of economic development and environmental protection. Therefore, in this study, we try to improve the efficiency of the green economy through industrial agglomeration to achieve green development. In order to solve this problem, we took the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, used Super Slacks-based Measure (SBM) data envelopment analysis (DEA) and general algebraic modeling system (GAMS) to study the green economy efficiency, and then used the system generalized moment method (SGMM) to study the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration on green economy efficiency. According to the empirical test, we found that (1) the green economy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a volatile upward trend, (2) the green economy efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt differs with time and by region, (3) the agglomeration of the high-tech industry has a lagging effect on the improvement of green economy efficiency, and (4) the regression coefficients of economic development and foreign direct investment are positive and those of environmental regulation and urbanization are negative. Finally, in this paper, we provide corresponding policy recommendations to promote the agglomeration of high-tech industries, thereby improving the efficiency of the green economy.

Green economy can effectively solve the issue of environmental damage happened during economic development. Meanwhile, many countries have taken the development of green economy as an economic development mode, in which the protection of ecological and environmental, and the development of economic and social could be simultaneously realized. Since the deteriorating environmental situation has seriously affected the healthy development of human society, the environmental cost management should be incorporated into the enterprise cost management research as soon as possible. This paper mainly studies the theory of natural resources and environmental system in the enterprise cost management theory, discusses the enterprise environmental cost management, confirmation and measurement under low carbon economy, provides new ideas for improving the enterprise environmental cost theory and realizing the sustainable development of economy.

Today, with the increasingly rapid economic development and diversified consumer demands, the printing and publishing industry is also facing challenges and opportunities. Under this background, the emerging digital printing technology, which USES modern digital system to transmit graphic information to digital printing machine through network, has gradually become the core technical content of the printing field. Based on the emergence and characteristics of digital printing, this paper focuses on the application of digital printing technology in packaging printing, and predicts the future development trend of digital printing technology, hoping to help readers understand the knowledge of digital printing technology.

The processes of a green economy development, changes in approaches to the production and use of energy, the emergence of new sources of investment in the technological transition - all this is a consequence and, at the same time, the cause of structural shifts in the economies of advanced countries. In this light, the technological backwardness of the Russian economy, caused by a negative structural shift during the period of market reforms, impedes the transition to a green economy, rationalization of the use of natural resources and reduction of environmental pollution. Therefore, the development of theoretical provisions for the convergence of environmental and economic policies, the development of appropriate incentives for business are considered as an important step in the transition to sustainable development. For this purpose, the authors examine the original approaches to various paths of transition to sustainable development caused by structural shifts of a convergent nature in the economy.

Regional industrial restructuring has been one of the major items in the transformation of economic development mode. An exploration was made into the influence of tax arrangement on the regional industrial structure by setting up a panel data econometric model based on the evaluation and analysis of the regional industrial structure in China. It was shown that tax arrangement influenced the regional industrial restructuring in terms of three aspects. Microlevel: the turnover tax and income tax appeared with a U-path of influence on upgrading of the industrial structure while appearing with an inverted U-path of influence on rationalization of the industrial structure. In addition, the levy of resource tax had a negative impact on both upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure. Mesolevel: taxation in the secondary and tertiary industries appeared with a U-path of influence on upgrading of the industrial structure. An increase of taxation in the secondary industry had a negative impact on rationalization of the industrial structure. The taxation in the tertiary industry appeared with an inverted U-path of influence on rationalization of the industrial structure. Macrolevel: the macrotax burden had a U-path of influence on both upgrading and rationalization of the industrial structure.
