With the improvement of China’s economic level and the level of science and technology, people’s demand for sports products and services is greatly increasing, and China’s sports industry is showing a trend of diversified development. This article discusses the characteristics and connotations of the traditional sports industry and the characteristics of the sports industry in the era of big data, and then points out the challenges faced by the sports industry under the WTO framework and makes relevant recommendations. This paper also investigates the development status of the sports culture industry in our city through experiments, and the results show that the sports culture industry in our city involves 12 categories, of which sports film and television industry accounts for only 14.3%.

Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has been developing rapidly and the material living standard has been improving continuously. People begin to pay more attention to the mental and physical health. Therefore, more and more people take part in a variety of sports activities to exercise their body and watch large-scale sports events to cultivate the sports spirit. These changes have boosted the development of China’s sports industry, which is reflected in the continuous expansion of the scale of the sports industry, the deepening of the degree of industrial segmentation and the continuous innovation of the development concept. This paper mainly studies the feasibility data analysis of traditional sports industrialization development and informatization development based on big data. In this paper, by using the research methods of literature, observation, field investigation and logical analysis, the industrialization development of traditional sports is deeply studied and systematically combed. From the perspective of informationization, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation, existing problems, the importance of industrialization, and the advantages of industrialization of traditional sports, and makes a detailed exploration and elaboration of the opportunities brought by informatization to traditional sports industry and the development strategies of the industrialization of traditional sports in the future.

In recent years, the increasing demand for physical health promotes the basketball sports industry’s reform. The latest science and technology enter the sports industry one after another and constantly impact the traditional sports equipment. However, the conventional sports technology scheme is unreasonable, and the sports training management models are obsolete. So, it is impossible to use scientific methods in basketball training, and the overall training effect is not good. This paper proposes a basketball training algorithm using big data and the Internet of Things. The proposed algorithm uses gesture recognition from continuous video movement characteristics of key figures, trajectory characteristics, and background information fusion. It improves the recognition mechanism based on the Shuangliu C3D video basketball player action classification method. Due to the lack of a scientific exercise plan for basketball players, a training plan based on BMI and IoT-enabled big data is devised. The proposed scheme is implemented so that different basketball players customize their own scientific sports training modules.

Based on cloud computing and statistics theory, this paper proposes a reasonable analysis method for big data of film and television. The method selects Hadoop open source cloud platform as the basis, combines the MapReduce distributed programming model and HDFS distributed file storage system and other key cloud computing technologies. In order to cope with different data processing needs of film and television industry, association analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and K-mean + association analysis algorithm training model were applied to model, process, and analyze the full data of film and TV series. According to the film type, producer, production region, investment, box office, audience rating, network score, audience group, and other factors, the film and television data in recent years are analyzed and studied. Based on the study of the impact of each attribute of film and television drama on film box office and TV audience rating, it is committed to the prediction of film and television industry and constantly verifies and improves the algorithm model.

Today’s rapid development of computer information technology has driven the progress of its related technologies and industries. In order to develop the sports industry more conveniently, make it more intelligent and better serve mankind, people have gradually increased their attention to the development of the sports industry. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in the future, the strategy of “Healthy China” will be implemented. As an important part of the consumption of “Healthy China” and modern life, the sports industry will benefit from many aspects such as national policies, market demand and industrial restructuring. However, with the rapid economic and social development and the overall progress of people’s lives, the demands in all aspects are constantly improving. The purpose of this article is to study the system that supports the development of the information technology sports industry based on big data. This paper discusses the concept, structure, function, elements and characteristics of the development system of our country’s sports industry based on the theory of system science. Based on the theory of system science, this article discusses the concept, structure, function, elements and characteristics of the development system of my country’s sports industry. Analyzed the development status of my country’s sports industry; systematically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of information technology to support the development of the sports industry, and on this basis, proposed the strategic choice of information technology to support the development of the sports industry in the current environment. This paper conducts experimental research through questionnaire surveys, analyzes the composition of the sports market, the characteristics of sports consumption, influencing factors and sports property rights, and summarizes the development models, characteristics and enlightenments of the foreign sports industry. The experimental research results show that the data collection function of the sports industry development system C accounted for the highest proportion and the correctness test was the most accurate, 41.43% and 37.12%, respectively. The index feasibility function was System A, accounting for 38.07%. Both A and System C are around 35%, and System B is the lowest, only 29.65%. All in all, System C is a good reference system with outstanding functions in all aspects.

AbstractWith the vigorous development of sports, people’s awareness of engaging in sports has gradually increased, and the requirements for a sports culture center have been higher. However, the service system of traditional sports cultures center is single, which cannot meet people’s growing experience needs. Therefore, it is urgent for the service system of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization. Firstly, this paper discusses the service system of traditional sports culture centers and finds that there are some problems, such as slow transmission of information, poor sharing of resources, and weak flexibility of response, which seriously affect the consumer experience of users and restrict the development of sports culture centers. Then, with the help of computer network technology, the design of intelligent system architecture of sports culture centers is completed, which makes many intelligent subsystems interconnected and interoperable, integrates information, realizes the integration of data application network, and achieves the goal of resource sharing and function upgrading. Then, based on the intelligent system, the big data platform is built with the help of big data technology, and the support vector machine-back propagation (SVM-BP) neural network composite model is used to realize the prediction of the passenger flow in the cultural center, which provides guidance for adjusting the service plan in advance, effectively coping with the peak passenger flow and improving the user experience. Finally, through empirical analysis, we know that the design of an intelligent system greatly improves the service quality of cultural centers. The research results not only achieve a significant increase in passenger flow but also provide an effective way for the service of sports culture centers to move towards intellectualization.

Which can be applied to large data. In addition, the application of Big Data has been analyzed, using the Decision Maker working on big data and using enlightened information for different applications.
