Today’s rapid development of computer information technology has driven the progress of its related technologies and industries. In order to develop the sports industry more conveniently, make it more intelligent and better serve mankind, people have gradually increased their attention to the development of the sports industry. The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in the future, the strategy of “Healthy China” will be implemented. As an important part of the consumption of “Healthy China” and modern life, the sports industry will benefit from many aspects such as national policies, market demand and industrial restructuring. However, with the rapid economic and social development and the overall progress of people’s lives, the demands in all aspects are constantly improving. The purpose of this article is to study the system that supports the development of the information technology sports industry based on big data. This paper discusses the concept, structure, function, elements and characteristics of the development system of our country’s sports industry based on the theory of system science. Based on the theory of system science, this article discusses the concept, structure, function, elements and characteristics of the development system of my country’s sports industry. Analyzed the development status of my country’s sports industry; systematically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of information technology to support the development of the sports industry, and on this basis, proposed the strategic choice of information technology to support the development of the sports industry in the current environment. This paper conducts experimental research through questionnaire surveys, analyzes the composition of the sports market, the characteristics of sports consumption, influencing factors and sports property rights, and summarizes the development models, characteristics and enlightenments of the foreign sports industry. The experimental research results show that the data collection function of the sports industry development system C accounted for the highest proportion and the correctness test was the most accurate, 41.43% and 37.12%, respectively. The index feasibility function was System A, accounting for 38.07%. Both A and System C are around 35%, and System B is the lowest, only 29.65%. All in all, System C is a good reference system with outstanding functions in all aspects.

Under the traditional management mode, enterprises can not meet the needs of the current social and economic development. However, the application of big data technology in enterprises can achieve better analysis and Research on these data information, so as to provide reliable data basis for enterprises to carry out various business management decisions.

Due to the rapid development in information technology, Big Data has become one of its prominent feature that had a great impact on other technologies dealing with data such as machine learning technologies. K-mean is one of the most important machine learning algorithms. The algorithm was first developed as a clustering technology dealing with relational databases. However, the advent of Big Data has highly effected its performance. Therefore, many researchers have proposed several approaches to improve K-mean accuracy in Big Data environment. In this paper, we introduce a literature review about different technologies proposed for k-mean algorithm development in Big Data. We demonstrate a comparison between them according to several criteria, including the proposed algorithm, the database used, Big Data tools, and k-mean applications. This paper helps researchers to see the most important challenges and trends of the k-mean algorithm in the Big Data environment.

The rapid development of information technology and Internet makes the sports information resources retrieval service more convenient and quick; sports policy in recent years lays a foundation for the development of the Internet + sports, the development of sports industry in the process of our country economy level of development status, and the development of sports industry into the era of information and big data. This paper takes OpenStack cloud platform as the research basis (1) to realize the sharing of sports industry information resources in OpenStack cloud technology and (2) to realize big data analysis of sports industry and (3) empirical research on big data of sports industry. The main content is to realize the construction of sports resources informatization based on the OpenStack cloud platform. Through the analysis and empirical study of the big data of the sports industry, the influence of the development of the sports industry in the process of China’s economic development is discussed. In this paper, the experimental results show that the sports industry showed a positive impact in the process of economic development, the sports economy for the development of the economy, the contribution rate reached 11.77%, the sports industry for the development of the economy, the pull rate of 1.056%, based on the cloud platform of information resources sharing of data analysis, sports industry for the development of the economy has a positive role in promoting.

The aim is to analyze the advantages and shortcomings of music teaching in colleges and universities and to find solutions and future development strategies for them so that in the future, the 5G Internet can better serve music lovers and better contribute to the cause of music education in colleges and universities. New media, as a product of constantly updated information technology, provides powerful data support for the development of various fields, and the education industry also needs new media to boost the rapid development of education information technology, which of course includes college music teaching. <p><em>Along with the rapid development of our electronic commerce in our country, the only traditional marketing mode has been hard to meet the current market demand and it must be imperative to have vast application of marketing innovation strategy. It has been accepted and recognized by more and more people that there is an innovation strategy of network marketing centered with the marketing to improve user brands marketing; what’s more, it has been thought and applied by all kinds of major electronic commerce. Based on the mature theory of innovation strategy of network marketing, the paper would begin from the aspect of improving user brand innovation marketing to have study and analysis of the case of 4P in the innovation strategy of Three Squirrels’ Network Marketing. The successful experience and the currently existed main problem would be analyzed, and some proper suggestions would be mentioned in the paper. The paper would focus on the 4P ideas to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Three Squirrels to explore the main experience and the existed problems. There would be correspondent improvement innovation strategy combined with the condition of enterprises so that there would be certain reference value for the improvement of Three Squirrels in the network marketing; at the same time, through the ceaseless learning and study, there would be advanced marketing idea and marketing innovation strategy at home and abroad and these could be used by other enterprises in the future so as to have a better promotion to the healthy development of enterprises.</em></p>

With the improvement of China’s economic level and the level of science and technology, people’s demand for sports products and services is greatly increasing, and China’s sports industry is showing a trend of diversified development. This article discusses the characteristics and connotations of the traditional sports industry and the characteristics of the sports industry in the era of big data, and then points out the challenges faced by the sports industry under the WTO framework and makes relevant recommendations. This paper also investigates the development status of the sports culture industry in our city through experiments, and the results show that the sports culture industry in our city involves 12 categories, of which sports film and television industry accounts for only 14.3%.
