It has an important impact on the overall power communication network reliability to identify the location of critical nodes in the network and further develop protection methods. On the topology layer of power communication network, Node Topology Importance(NTI) is proposed based on calculating the rate of natural connectivity of power communication network after one node being destroyed; A calculation method of power business is presented by considering the power business requirements on the indexes, then taking into account the business layer and topology layer, weighted natural connectivity which fuses the node business information and topology information is defined, accordingly Node Combining Importance(NCI) is proposed to realize the excavation of key node. Finally, taking a real communication network as the simulating example, the simulation results by comparing with other methods show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy of recognition.

In this paper, we give an introduction to all-optical switching in power communication network. We apply the all-optical technology into electric power communication network. Edge node is designed to complete the optical packet optical packet generation and split into groups of common features. The core node is designed to forward optical packet to complete way finding functionality. All-optical technology shows advantages in protecting the transmission of real-time business requirements to maximize bandwidth utilization and network availability.

In this paper, a method of distributed state estimation in dispatch center based on ripe data and bus topology information of substation is proposed. Substation state estimation solves the reliability issues of basic data by means of processing the redundant information in substation side. By using a large amount of data source information of substation, state estimation can be performed efficiently in substation. On the basis of the unified data standard between master center and substation, uploading ripe data and calculation nodes topology structure are acquired in dispatch center level. Data rationality and consistency check of substation improve the state estimation accuracy of topology identification in dispatch master system. And also it provides reliable data for the online analysis software.

We use of CAS for business information resources to integrate theoretical analysis of the complexity and finish in a swarm of modeling and simulation platform model runs. In the analysis, we constantly adjust system, to observe changes in the simulation results. And finally we found for the system, that the higher the integration of the enterprises and market share on enterprises competitiveness has obvious advantages.

Power communication network is an important part of an intelligent grid. This paper focuses on problems in Henan electric power transmission network, analyzes business requirements, technical routes and implementation of programmed areas, and summarizes the technical advantages of PTN technology in the standard process. Application of PTN technology in Henan electric power transmission network can solve the problem of surging data service. Fully taking into account the current and long term investment benefits, its comprehensive benefit is greater than a comprehensive upgrade of SDH equipment.
