The article considers the issue of diagnosing the condition of multilayer elements and structures. Probing methods are considered. A multiphase detection method has been proposed to generate diagnostic information that allows the reflected signals from several consecutive layers to be obtained. The reflection distance is determined for each layer. The presentation of a two-dimensional model of structural sounding in the presence of two objects of study was considered. The three-dimensional model of search of objects of research of concrete designs considered in work provides probing by spherical waves of a detail, measurement of phase shifts of signals reflected from internal objects of research in three points. Division by means of one of mathematical models of signals are reflections from each object of research and determination of coordinates of objects of research and can by means of the mathematical model was represent. The equipment of a measuring instrument was developed to study the analytical multifrequency phase method of distance measurement. This system can be used to diagnose defects in multilayer structures that can transmit radio waves. Also it can be used for quality control of the put coverings and for the analysis of thickness of composite materials, isolation layers in the equipment.

In this paper, a mechanical MEMS S&A device has been proposed. The size of the device is 10mm×13mm×0.5mm. The role of the threshold value judging mechanism is to determine the environment suffered by centrifugal force and control the sub-centrifugal slider not movement under the threshold, so as to effectively guarantee the time of long-distance arming. Through establishing the three-dimensional model of threshold value judging mechanism, establishing the force and the parameters of locking-releasing mechanism, deriving the mathematical model according to the rigid dynamic mechanics theory and establishing the finite element model by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, appropriate threshold value judging mechanism is designed to meet two items, one item is the deformation of threshold value rod is not enough to release sub-centrifugal slider when the speed is less than 60000r/min; the other item is deformation of threshold value rod can release sub-centrifugal slider when the speed is more than 60000r/min.

We present the development of a tool, which provides users with the ability to visualize and interact with a comprehensive description of a multi-scale model of the renal nephron. A one-dimensional anatomical model of the nephron has been created and is used for visualization and modelling of tubule transport in various nephron anatomical segments. Mathematical models of nephron segments are embedded in the one-dimensional model. At the cellular level, these segment models use models encoded in CellML to describe cellular and subcellular transport kinetics. A web-based presentation environment has been developed that allows the user to visualize and navigate through the multi-scale nephron model, including simulation results, at the different spatial scales encompassed by the model description. The Zinc extension to Firefox is used to provide an interactive three-dimensional view of the tubule model and the native Firefox rendering of scalable vector graphics is used to present schematic diagrams for cellular and subcellular scale models. The model viewer is embedded in a web page that dynamically presents content based on user input. For example, when viewing the whole nephron model, the user might be presented with information on the various embedded segment models as they select them in the three-dimensional model view. Alternatively, the user chooses to focus the model viewer on a cellular model located in a particular nephron segment in order to view the various membrane transport proteins. Selecting a specific protein may then present the user with a description of the mathematical model governing the behaviour of that protein—including the mathematical model itself and various simulation experiments used to validate the model against the literature.

The software for the continuous flexible forming process was developed using Visual C++ platform. It can directly read the triangular mesh data of the CAD model. The three-dimensional model was reconstructed rapidly by using the core function of the OpenGL. Moreover, the mathematical model of adjusting the flexible rolls and the longitudinal curvature were established by this software. Using these mathematical descriptions the simulation of the continuous flexible forming process can be finished from the viewpoint of geometry.

In this paper, a mechanical MEMS S&A device has been proposed. The size of the device is 10mm×13mm×0.5mm. The role of the lock-releasing mechanism is to amplify the moving distance of two times, so as to effectively guarantee the time of long-distance arming. Through establishing the three-dimensional model of without optimized lock-releasing mechanism, establishing the force and the parameters of locking-releasing mechanism, deriving the mathematical model according to the rigid dynamic mechanics theory and establishing the finite element model by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, appropriate lock-releasing mechanism is designed to meet two items, one item is that the lock-releasing rod locks the main centrifugal slider before sub-centrifugal slider movement in place; the other item is that sub-centrifugal slider will hit the lock-releasing rod when it movement in place, so the lock-releasing rod rotates around rotational positioning block and releases the main centrifugal slider.

According to the principles of engagement and the mathematical model of non-circular gear tooth profile, the tooth profile of non-circular gear is draw. Then the three-dimensional model of the non-circular gear is created in Pro/E three-dimensional software to provide the basis for a non-circular gear motion analysis, dynamic analysis and finite element analysis.
