ZusammenfassungDie Langerhans-Zell-Histiozytose (LCH) ist eine seltene histiozytäre Erkrankung (Inzidenz: 0,2–2,0/100 000 Kinder unter 15 Jahren) mit einem sehr heterogenen klinischen Verlauf. Spontane Regressionen werden ebenso beobachtet wie chronische Reaktivierungen. Das klinische Spektrum reicht von einem isolierten Befall des Skeletts oder der Haut, bis hin zur ausgedehnten Multiorganerkrankung mit einem progredienten und lebensbedrohli-chen Verlauf. Das diagnostische und therapeutische Vorgehen konnte durch prospektive internationale Studien der Histiocyte Society standardisiert werden. Dies resultiert in einer Verbesserung von Heilungsrate und Prognose. Je nach Krankheitsausdehnung reicht die Behandlungsstrategie von einer abwartenden Haltung oder dem Einsatz einer lokalen/topischen Therapie bei monosystemischer LCH (single system LCH; SS-LCH) bis hin zur systemischen Chemotherapie bei multi-systemischer LCH (MS-LCH). Auch auf dem Gebiet der Grundlagenforschung konnten in den letzten Jahren große Fortschritte im Hinblick auf ein besseres Verständnis der Biologie und Pathogenese der Erkrankung erzielt werden. Die dabei gewonnenen Informationen werden als Grundlage für neue Therapieansätze dienen.

The authors discuss the problems of library and information education. The lack of a single system of life-long education in the library industry is stressed. The Model Standard of Public Libraries as a reference point for education reinvention is analyzed. The main vectors of public libraries activities defined in the Model Standard are considered, along with the desirable professional competences. The ratio of the libraries’ main tasks and functionalities and the professional education is examined.

This article is dedicated to the classical mugham genre. It analyzes the main genres of musical culture in Azerbaijan. The author studies the process of emergence of this genre, as well as its main types. Studies folk and national musical art, analyzes the classification of all genres of the oral musical tradition and combines them into a single system of genres of Azerbaijani folk music.

: Hemorrhoidal Disease (HD) is widely diffused throughout the general population. The system of classification currently used to categorize this pathology is that of Goligher (1975). This system only defines the morphology of the most represented hemorrhoid bearing. Several attempts in literature have been made to replace this system, but as of yet, no single system has been universally accepted. Some studies, however, have succeeded in identifying specific characteristics, besides morphology, that would be able to aptly define HD. An analysis of this literature, with careful consideration of the scores that have previously been proposed, is necessary in order to deepen and stimulate discussion about a possible new definition of HD.

In order to evaluate the performance of GPS / BDS, RTKLIB, an open-source software of GNSS, is used in this paper. In this paper, the least square method, the weighted least square method and the extended Kalman filter method are respectively applied to BDS / GPS single system for data solution. Then, the BDS system and GPS system are used for fusion positioning and the positioning results of the two systems are compared with that of the single system. Through the comparison of experiments, on the premise of using the extended Kalman filter method for positioning, when the GPS signal is not good, BDS data is introduced for dual-mode positioning, the positioning error in e direction is reduced by 36.97%, the positioning error in U direction is reduced by 22.95%, and the spatial positioning error is reduced by 16.01%, which further reflects the advantages of dual-mode positioning in improving a system robustness and reducing the error.

The methods of production of electricity from renewable sources are currently highly researched topics. The reason for this is growing social awareness regarding the environmental impact of traditional energy technologies. The main aim of this study is to describe the results of using silicon cell technology and dye concentrator in a single system. The experiment presented in the paper was conducted in a laboratory environment using a dye concentrator in the form of tinted and luminescent acrylic glass (polymethyl methacrylate, PMMA). The experiment was conducted using a few measurement calibrations for the described system, such as different temperatures of the researched silicon cell or different intensity of illuminance from a solar simulator. The results of the experiment showed increase in the performance of the solar cell between 0.05% and 1.42% depending on the pigments used in the concentrator. The highest results were achieved for luminescent red PMMA and on average the improvement was 1.21%. This shows us the potential for the implementation of a luminescent dye concentrator in solar electric technology.

We investigated the magnetic and dielectric properties of a metal (Pt)/insulator (Cr2O3)/semiconductor (Si) (MIS) capacitor composed of magneto-electric (ME) materials. The capacitor has anti-ferromagnetic properties and a very small electrically induced magnetic moment. It also shows capacitance-voltage (C-V) properties typical of a Si-MIS capacitor without any hysteresis. By inserting a thin Cr2O3-x layer, the C-V curve has a hysteresis window with a clockwise trace, which indicates that electrons have been injected into the Cr2O3-x layer. These results indicate that this MIS capacitor contains a floating gate and an ME insulating layer in a single system.
