CNC vertical lathe is the main on products. The domestic and foreign demand is also very big. The key part of the high precision is on the control of the spindle. This design is with the German SIEMENS company programmable controller (PLC), S7-200 as the main controller; Germany SIEMENS company 6 ra7075 dc speed regulator, Z4 dc speed regulating device of dc motor, dc speed control was adopted to realize efficient and accurate control of machine tool spindle, and the electrical principle diagram is given.

In order to drive beam-pumping unit with brushless DC motor (BLDCM), a kind of motor speed regulator was investigated. When pumping unit is in up stroke, BLDCM is power-driven; when in down stoke, pumping unit is braked by BLDCM. To meet the operation mode, PI double closed loops control strategy and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) are applied. Simulation and test in field show that our design has good control effect and popularizing value.

In this paper an integrated electronic system has been designed, constructed and tested. The system utilizes an interface card through the parallel port in addition to some auxiliary circuits to perform fuzzy control operations for DC motor speed control with load and no load. Software is written using (C++ language Ver. 3.1) to display the image as control panel for different types of both conventional and fuzzy control. The main task of the software is to simulate: first, how to find out the correct parameters for fuzzy logic controller (membership’s function, rules and scaling factor). Second, how to evaluate the gain factors (KP, KI and KD) by Ziegler-Nichols method. When executing any type of control process the efficiency is estimated by drawing the relative speed response for this control.

In this research, a DC motor tested using the L298 motor driver which is controlled by Arduino as the motor speed regulator and using the PWM method as a speed control signal generator for the DC motor. This research has several stages, namely literature study, arduino-based dc motor design, Arduino-based dc motor production, Arduino-based dc motor testing, then analysis of research results and conclusions are drawn. Testing on this Arduino-bas, ed DC motor was done with several experiments, by adjust the motor speed by setting the pwm value in the program listing section then measuring the pwm output on pin 9 of the Arduino Uno board. Then measurements were made on the right and left side of the motor. This experiment was carried out by setting the pwm value from 15 to 255 to determine the difference in the increase in the PWM output voltage and determine the voltage on the motor and determine the condition of the DC motor. The test results show that the initial motor moves when the set value of PWM = 45, PWM voltage = 0.83 V, right motor voltage = 1.53 V, and left motor = 1.75 V.

There are different methods and devices for the increase of the videosignal information in SEM. For example, with the help of special pure electronic [1] and opto-electronic [2] systems equipotential areas on the specimen surface in SEM were obtained. This report generalizes quantitative universal method for space distribution representation of research specimen parameter by contour equal signal lines. The method is based on principle of comparison of information signal value with the fixed levels.Transformation image system for obtaining equal signal lines maps was developed in two versions:1)In pure electronic system [3] it is necessary to compare signal U (see Fig.1-a), which gives potential distribution on specimen surface along each scanning line with fixed base level signals εifor obtaining quantitative equipotential information on solid state surface. The amplitude analyzer-comparator gives flare sport videopulses at any fixed coordinate and any instant time when initial signal U is equal to one of the base level signals ε.
