This study addresses a research gap in mobile banking (M-banking) related to post service usage consumer behavior and aims to discover the impact of electronic core (e-core) service quality dimensions on the perceived value of service in relation to three socio-economic variables i.e. gender, age and income. The study attempts to identify whether the impact of these dimensions vary as per the difference in socio-economic demographics? Further, E-S-QUAL scale representing dimensions of e-core service quality is utilized and data collection is conducted from a survey of 600 mobile banking users of the Punjab State in India. The collected data is then put to test using Multiple Regression Analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Findings of the study reveal that different customers perceive these dimensions differently depending upon their demographics. This study has important implications for academic research related to e-service quality or to any one doing research in the field of M-banking.

The paper aims to understand <span style="font-size: xx-small;">the impact of Flow experience in the intention </span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS,Trebuchet MS; font-size: xx-small;"><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS,Trebuchet MS; font-size: xx-small;">of mobile shopping in China. Local companies from different areas that are successful on social networks were chosen for the survey. The aim of the article is to identify the company's corporate values and their impact on the results of marketing communication as well as to find the attributes that are used in such successful companies and to make generalization of them. Several local companies do not invest a lot of money in marketing, but their results on social networks are comparable or even better than the ones of corporations managed by social networking agencies. What is the essence of their success and how it impacts the value of the company? The paper describes perceived value of entrepreneurs from small local companies through quality methods of research – personal interview and theoretical basis in this field. This data allowed to prepare a research, which shows four interest areas of the perceived value in small companies. The companies were selected from Slovakia, from among small and medium companies in local area in May 2019. In the research seventeen companies were involved and the main objective of the research was to gain as much information as possible about companies value and the value perceived by entrepreneurs. For this reason personal interview was used. The research result can bring parameters of perceived value in first step and later can provide a helpful model of managing value and the steps for understanding and creating the value of local company.

This study aims to construct a correlational model for the determinant of consumer purchase intention on environmentally friendly packaging beverage products by examining the product image and company reputation as mediators in the association of green perceived value on consumer purchase intention with the ex-post facto quantitative approach. The target population is the community in Malang City, EastJava who is aware of the existence of cardboard packaging beverage products and intends to purchase the products. Data were collected by employing a questionnaire distributed online. 300 respondents were selected by convenience sampling. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by utilizing AMOS software. The final model was obtained with an adequate Goodness of Fit value.The structural model that has been successfully constructed shows that green perceived value has no significant effect on purchase intention. Besides, the product image and company reputation play a role in mediating the impact of Green Perceived Value on Purchase Intention.
