Abstract In order to discuss the simulation model of the ship transmission line and the state of the transmission line, an early fault model is built according to the evolution principle of the short circuit fault of the transmission line and combining with the fault characteristics of the early fault. A small distributed ship transmission line system is built in MATLAB/ Simulink. Then, combined with the constructed fault module, the original short circuit module, and the load module, the various states (normal state, early fault state, severe early fault state, short circuit state) of the ship transmission line are stimulated, and the features of voltage signal in each state is analysed. It is concluded that, due to the normal operation of the ship transmission line system, the variation characteristics of the flow signal and voltage signal caused by the sudden load mutation, that is, the sudden load and the sudden increase load, are very similar to the changes caused by the early fault. Therefore, in order to find a more accurate early fault detection method, the state is divided into normal state, sudden load state, sudden increase and sudden decrease load state.

At present the study mainly for frequency electromagnetic field which is based on a single transmission line meanwhile the value must be in line with the requirements of the workers in the country frequency electromagnetic field. However, for parallel transmission line the maximum of frequency electromagnetic field is still to meet the provisions of the state, therefore in this paper studied the parallel transmission lines. Taking the multiple parallel power lines of China Three Gorges University as an example, the values of electric and magnetic field are calculated and the electromagnetic field is measured based on National standards. Then, compare the measured value with theoretical value, verified the correctness of the superposition algorithm.

When the human to transmission line repair, many potential risks and fault will cannot be found in time, resulting in not by prior treatment measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply. To realize the state overhaul transmission line, can reduce the blindness of maintenance, improve the transmission line operation stability and save a lot of manpower material resources. Transmission line state repair work there are many difficulties, so in the state overhaul transmission line, on the basis of elaborating the transmission line design condition maintenance expert system, in order to improve the transmission lines the state overhaul of work efficiency.

The uninterrupted operation of power lines can only be ensured by constant monitoring of the state of power lines. The most promising direction in the automation of the diagnostics of power transmission lines are robotic systems, such as UAVs with video cameras mounted on them or robots crawling through wires, used for a detailed analysis of the state of power transmission line elements. The video data received by them is further analyzed by the methods of machine vision and neural networks. One of the defects of power line elements is the deviation of the supports from the vertical. Despite the fact that in a number of works the state of power transmission line supports was determined (fallen supports or not), the angle of inclination of the supports was not calculated. The goal of this work is to develop an algorithm for calculating the angle of inclination of power transmission line supports for the module of the diagnostic system of the CableWalker complex, which is an unmanned aerial platform with the ability to land on a wire and move along it. The YOLO v3 neural network was used to select objects in images. To identify the slope of concrete supports in the obtained bounding rectangles, machine vision methods (Canny, Hough Line, GrabCut algorithm) were used. The algorithm has been developed to identify the objects contained in the image using the YOLO v3 neural network and determine the edges of the supports by building straight lines along them. The angles between the found edges of the support and the horizon (the lower edge of the image) have been calculated as the arctangent of the ratio of the coordinates of the point on the edge of the support. The algorithm has passed laboratory tests which have shown its suitability for use in the diagnostic system of the CableWalker complex. The application of the algorithm reduces the image processing time from several days (in the case of an expert) to several minutes and eliminates the error associated with the human factor.

Because the State Grid Corporation of China carries out the intelligent grid technologies actively, it is more important to improve the communication system and to apply new communications technologies on the grid. In this paper, we discussed the wireless communication networking modes and the application modes of wireless switches used in different application environments, such as intelligent substations, distribution automations, information collections, the transmission line state detection and so on.
