This paper analyzed and researched physical education curriculum evaluation system according to the principle of computer evaluation technique. The first part introduced the physical education curriculum evaluation system this thesis designed the function of the system. The second part of the paper established the mathematical model of the teaching model of physical education through a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation theory and introduced comprehensive fuzzy evaluation matrix form. The third part designed B/S and C/S joint framework model of computer evaluation of PE curriculum combined with comprehensive fuzzy evaluation mathematical model. Finally, this paper designed the Java programming language taking the evaluation of the students about physical education course for example and concluded the implementation form of the data structure table and designed the physical training computer evaluation system.

As choosing a combined SO2/NOx removal technology, there are many factors, which all have fuzzy character. Therefore the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is the best method. In this paper a two-stage fuzzy mathematics model is presented to evaluate the comprehensive performance of combined SO2/NOX removal technology by determining factor set, evaluation set, evaluation matrix and weighting set. This evaluation model takes all factors into account while emphasizing key points by choosing the two arithmetic operators max-product and add-product. Eight kinds of important combined SO2/NOX removal technology, including activated carbon, CuO, NOXSO, SNAP, WSA-SNOX, SNRB, Parsons flue gas process and electron-beam method, are evaluated and the evaluated result is presented. In the situation as the paper assumed, WSA-SNOX technology is the best.

Fuzzy techniques and AHP approach have been widely used during the last decade. However, few papers have attempted to use the AHP approach that incorporates fuzzy techniques to evaluate the damage of framework. This paper, therefore, aims to set up a hierarchy structure of the damage and then develop a fuzzy analysis of framework for the damage evaluation of framework. In the process of damage evaluation, setting up the hierarchy structure, determining the weight vector by the AHP, setting up the fuzzy evaluation matrix and developing fuzzy AHP evaluation are detailed according to framework. Finally, 5-story framework is used to execute the proposed fuzzy AHP model. It is concluded that the results is effective and accurate.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.

This paper first analyzes domestic and foreign literature related to artificial reef evaluation, and then summarizes the ecological effects of artificial reefs. Accordingly, a comprehensive evaluation system on ecological effects of artificial reef is established. Further, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis is derived and presented. The model takes the artificial reef project in East China Sea as an example. An empirical study is conducted to obtain fuzzy evaluation matrix and grade evaluation result. Finally, the result of model shows consistency with the actual ecological environment which verifies the correctness of the model.

This article builds an efficiency evaluation model. Using AHP method, an evaluation indicator system is established, and the weights of the indicators are calculated. This paper applies Fuzzy Evaluation method to determine the membership function of qualitative and quantitative indicators, and then synthesizes the indicator weights and the evaluation matrix to get the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result. Finally, a case of a certain power transmission & transformation project is studied, and the comprehensive evaluation result of its economic benefit is moderate.

Based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic, dynamic fuzzy sets and dynamic fuzzy evaluation method are proposed. According to the index system of evaluation of network information security, dynamic fuzzy weight matrix and the single factor evaluation matrix are determined first. Then by multi-level dynamic fuzzy recursion numerical processing of the comment weight vectors, evaluation result is obtained, which not only reflects the current situation of network information security but also predicts its development trend in future. This evaluation method is relatively object and comprehensive compared to previous ones.
