Abstract In order to meet the requirements of the operation and maintenance personnel for the power metering system software, when updating the software version, they can independently, quickly and effectively control the quality of the software, an intelligent test platform is designed. Based on the platform, the software operation and maintenance personnel can simply select the corresponding records from the test scripts, test cases and automatic test tools in database debugged by the third-party test team, create the test plan, click the execute button, the platform will automatically connect the selected test tool, intelligently generate a set of executable command lines, to complete the functionality or performance test of the software using the selected test script and test case, and to create the reports of software defects, then a software development team repairs the defects and then the personnel performs regression testing until the new version meets the requirements.

The current condensation phenomenon inside the ring main unit will cause corrosion of components, short circuits, partial discharges and other problems, which will seriously affect the safety and durability of power supply. In response to the above problems, this paper designs and builds a condensation test platform, conducts an experimental analysis on the factors that cause condensation, and combines the conclusions drawn to propose a remote monitoring system for anti-condensation. Operation and maintenance personnel can use a small program to remotely monitor the internal environment of the ring network cabinet and deal with condensation in a timely manner. The application of this system provides great convenience for the operation and maintenance personnel, and also has a significant impact on the monitoring and maintenance of the anti-condensation of the ring network cabinet.

In this paper, a distributed testing execution system is designed, which provides a mechanism of node communication, test script deployment, test scheduling, executor-driving and test result collection in distributed environment. A workload model is established, by which testers can describe the performance testing requirement. A performance testing framework is given, which simulates user behaviors in real environment based on virtual users so as to generate workload from the system under test (SUT). It can control the execution of virtual users by TTCN-3 standard interface. After executing the performance testing, test report is generated by extracting log. A method of generating performance test-case is studied by reusing functional test scripts. By executing performance testing on an online bookstore, this paper demonstrates the availability of the method of reusing TTCN-3 functional test scripts and the capability of distributed performance testing system that had been established.

Due to the complexity of the router, its professional configuration leads to the phenomenon that operation and maintenance personnel of the information systems can not be competent for the configuration tasks. In order to lower the practitioner threshold of their operating and maintenance personnel, a WYSIWYG router configuration software in graphical interface needs to be developed. With the reduced quality requirements of employees, the main functions of the router configuration are achieved. This article describes the development and design of this kind of configuration software.

Aiming the problem of the armored vehicle's gun control system that there are many kinds of internal devices, complex fault reasons ,but no all-around and online fault diagnosis and state inspection mean, The automatic test platform for the gyroscope group with performance test and fault diagnosis for component and circuit is designed .The platform based on dependency matrix and optimal criterion of the maximum failure feature information entropy optimize test points ,choose optimal test points design. Performance test module is created and provides test result information for fault dictionary in fault diagnosis module. Automatic test platform is able to locate the circuit component failure.The platform is tested by actual vehicle experiment, and the results prove the reliability and validity of the platform.

The drilling industry is characterized by a rapid and up front technology development to conquer larger water and drilling depths. The level of automation has been steadily increasing over several decades, growing from manually operated sledge-hammer technology to space-age computer-based integrated systems. Most of the automation systems on today’s vessels are put into operation without independent testing. This is a paradox considering that a single control system may be more complex than all the mechanical systems onboard. It is also a paradox that the automation systems often contain safety-critical failure handling functionality that may be difficult or dangerous to test onboard the real vessel, and therefore is not properly tested until it is activated during an emergency situation. These automation systems are essential for the safety, reliability, and performance of the vessels. Examples are the Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems, Power Management systems, Drilling Control Systems, BOP control systems, Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) systems, and crane control systems. Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing is a well proven test methodology from automotive, avionics, and space industries, and is now also gaining recognition in the marine and offshore industries. The aim of this paper is to clarify what HIL testing is, how third party HIL testing can be applied to safety critical control system software on drilling ships and rigs, and why this is an important contribution to technical safety, reliability and profitability of offshore operations.

In order to make training for the substation operation and maintenance personnel professional skills more effectivethis paper has designed a three-dimensional substation simulation training system based on Unity3d.In this paper,a variety of virtual scenes of the substation are studied,designed a 3Dsimulation training system of substation based on operation and maintenance personnel behavior. Framework of system comprises two-dimensional mathematical modeling, 3D modeling, development and release of platform.
