Due to the complexity of the router, its professional configuration leads to the phenomenon that operation and maintenance personnel of the information systems can not be competent for the configuration tasks. In order to lower the practitioner threshold of their operating and maintenance personnel, a WYSIWYG router configuration software in graphical interface needs to be developed. With the reduced quality requirements of employees, the main functions of the router configuration are achieved. This article describes the development and design of this kind of configuration software.

The design and implementation of key technologies for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the information systems in the power companies are analyzed. The IT monitoring techniques based on open architecture are thoroughly investigated. A prototype of the auxiliary systems for monitoring the operation and maintenance of the information system (MOMIS) is proposed. Experiments are carried out to verity its effectiveness. Experimental results show that the proposed system can rapidly locate the faults in the information system and achieve automatic recovery, enabling the operation and maintenance personnel to better manage the information system. Hence, there is a bright prospect of its application.

In building cooperative distributed information systems, a methodology for analysis, design and implementation of security requirements of involved data and processes is essential for obtaining mutual trust between cooperating organizations. Moreover, when the information system is built as a cooperative set of e-services, security is related to the type of data, to the sensitivity context of the cooperative processes and to the security characteristics of the communication paradigms. This paper presents a methodology to build a trusted cooperative environment, where data sensitivity parameters and security requirements of processes are taken into account. The phases are illustrated and a reference example is presented in a cooperative information system and e-applications. An architecture for trusted exchange of data in cooperative information system is proposed. The requirements analysis phase is presented in detail.

With more and more public attention and rapid development of computer and information technology, it is necessary for comprehensive games being equipped with information system. Venue Result System (VRS) is the core system in communication and information system of the Comprehensive games. In this paper, the existing problem and deficiencies in current information systems used in important games which are held in China or other countries are analyzed. According to the building and developing experience of information systems used in comprehensive games in many years into full consideration, the system is analyzed and designed by means of software engineering and then there are the overall technology framework of the system, different functional subsystems and the mechanism and flow of data interaction.

One of the most important things in universities is the development of information systems and management of integrated data, important because of the high needs and completeness of attributes in each component related to academic affairs in all universities. Primary data in academics are students and lecturers. Data management and governance are well taken care of in order to deliver information to be accurate, transparency, accountability and actual. Lecturers and students can apply the SDLC model to produce a system that will later improve or replace the old system, through the design and implementation of data management information systems. In the application of policies towards lecturers and students, in this information system will provide formulation and overview to the leadership.

In the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) the coordination of subjects presents a challenge and a key factor for students’ learning and competence development. The joint planning of subjects about fundamentals of software engineering and design and implementation of information systems in computer science higher studies provides the students with a comprehensive view of the development of a real information system, from the conception of the idea to the final implementation for actual users. Such coordination aims to boost learning of the specific competences as well as the generic ones, and allows to generate synergies for students to obtain a direct benefit. This paper summarizes how this experience has been designed and carried out. We describe how to implement the coordination and, in addition, we include the results of a survey conducted on students enrolled in the subjects the last academic year.

Continuous change of business environment of information system requires it timely respond and support these changes. A major challenge faced by information system is system reconfiguration, namely capability to quickly respond to changes of the system. Based on description of the concept of reconfigurable information systems, the idea of component was introduced into design and implementation of Reconfigurable Information System (RIS). Overall architecture and implementation method of reconfigurable information system based on component was analyzed in detail. Specific design of RIS based on component was provided combining with design and development of specific document transmitting system based on CORBA middleware platform.

AbstractThis research is about design and implementation of information systems in PT XYZ Outlet. The goal is to design and implement an information system that can manage data and inventory management in an integrated and centralized manner. In designing the information system, the Waterfall model is used which has the advantages that have been considered, one of which is conformity to the characteristics of the problems found. Inventory management problems in this study solved using the Min-Max Stock method. The application of the Min-Max Stock method is effective and can reduce inventory costs at PT XYZ. For Chicken Boneless Marinated, Beef Santori Tenderloin, and Coffee Bean items each reduce 5% or IDR 1,610,000, 7% or IDR 1,598,031,648, and 11% or IDR 2,150,000. The results of the design and implementation of this information system can assist in recording and managing inventory that is integrated and centralized.
