Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerimaan Sistem Otomasi Perpustakaan Berbasis Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) Kepada Pemustaka dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Di UPT Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif. Populasinya adalah jumlah anggota perustakaan yang berkunjung ke UPT Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Palembang selama satu tahun terakhir dari Januari 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2018, dan sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 10%. Analisis data angket menunjukkan bahwa sistem otomasi pada perpustakaan, dalam hal ini berbasis Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) dapat diterima di kalangan pemustaka. Perhitungan jawaban angket dari 100 sampel menghasilkan rata-rata total subvariabel 3,99 berada pada rentang 3,40 – 4,20 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Ini berarti bahwa penerapan sistem otomasi pada perpustakaan dapat dengan mudah diakses dan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi pemustaka yang mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem otomasi pada UPT Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya mendapat penerimaan tinggi dari para pemustaka

Service system has become one of the most challenging research issues in industry. Most of organizations in Saudi Arabia build their services with state-less technique to avoid many issues although there are some acknowledged advantages of using state-full technique. These issues are mainly related to the low number of visitors, low number of services, storage capacity and organization size. The purpose of this research is to create services that have capability in reading all required data from library management system, improving the service by applying state-full technique. Technology acceptance model is used to measure the acceptance of state-full service system through organizations and customers which gave some prediction to library high management to support them in decision making.

Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan sistem pendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga dalam proses pendidikan dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik kepada mahasiswanya. SIAKAD memiliki peran yang vital dalam mengatur segala hal yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan kegiatan akademik, karena dalam sistem informasi akademik komponen-komponen yang ada dapat saling berinteraksi. Namun demikian penerapan SIAKAD memerlukan evaluasi, diantaranya terkait dengan tingkat penerimaan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem tersebut. Tujuan peneilitan ini mengevaluasi penggunaan SIAKAD pada Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD PNM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner dan jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku sebagai data sekunder. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SIAKAD PNM dapat diterima oleh pengguna dilihat dari aspek persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kemanfaatan baik secara individual maupun secara simultan. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara simultan terpenuhi dari aspek content, accuracy, format, ease dan timeline, tetapi secara individual tidak terpenuhi dari aspek accuracy, format, dan timelines.Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a support system of education, so in the process of education, it can provide better information services to students. However, SIAKAD implementation requires evaluation, among others related to the level of acceptance and level of user satisfaction of the system. This study aims to evaluate the use of SIAKAD at the Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). The method used in this research is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to know perception level of user acceptance toward SIAKAD and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) to know the level of user satisfaction toward SIAKAD PNM. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Test method using validity test, reliability, normality test and linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that SIAKAD PNM can be accepted by the user seen from the perception of ease of use and perception of usefulness both individually and simultaneously. The level of users' satisfaction simultaneously is fulfilled by the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease and timeline, but individually they are not fulfilled from aspects accuracy, format, and timelines.

Elearning is the implementation of information technology in learning. Elearning was used in courses in Introduction to Business and Management, Business Process Management and Ebusiness. This study aims to use the Technology Acceptance model (TAM) to measure the level of user satisfaction. TAM method is used to determine the relationship between content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines, organizational support, user attitudes towards the information system (user attitude towards information). system) and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using e-learning on learning business courses and management at the Faculty of Computer Science, Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. This research is a descriptive study using the modified End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach method. The results of the evaluation study show that the 5 variables (content), the level of accuracy of the system, format, easy of use, and timeliness significantly influence user satisfaction. While organizational support variables have a significant effect on user satifaction but variable usser attitude toward information system and perceived attitude of top management has an effect but not significant to the support organization. A useful Information System is difficult to conceive and develop. Research on technology has revealed that end-user likes or dislikes may matter towards the success or failure of information system (IS). A highly complicated system in which developers have put lots of development efforts may fail if the end-user dislikes it after its initial installation. In software engineering literature it is claimed that system rejection is mostly caused by not meeting the non-functional requirements. In this paper, a study is being done on ‘turnitin®’ as technology and its acceptance to a group of students in order to find out confirmation of result as claimed by TAM while it is a post implementation research activity for technology acceptance.
