Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) merupakan sistem pendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga dalam proses pendidikan dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik kepada mahasiswanya. SIAKAD memiliki peran yang vital dalam mengatur segala hal yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan kegiatan akademik, karena dalam sistem informasi akademik komponen-komponen yang ada dapat saling berinteraksi. Namun demikian penerapan SIAKAD memerlukan evaluasi, diantaranya terkait dengan tingkat penerimaan dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem tersebut. Tujuan peneilitan ini mengevaluasi penggunaan SIAKAD pada Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). Penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi penerimaan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap SIAKAD PNM. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuisioner dan jurnal ilmiah, referensi buku sebagai data sekunder. Metode pengujian menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan analisis regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SIAKAD PNM dapat diterima oleh pengguna dilihat dari aspek persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi kemanfaatan baik secara individual maupun secara simultan. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna secara simultan terpenuhi dari aspek content, accuracy, format, ease dan timeline, tetapi secara individual tidak terpenuhi dari aspek accuracy, format, dan timelines.Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is a support system of education, so in the process of education, it can provide better information services to students. However, SIAKAD implementation requires evaluation, among others related to the level of acceptance and level of user satisfaction of the system. This study aims to evaluate the use of SIAKAD at the Politeknik Negeri Madiun (PNM). The method used in this research is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to know perception level of user acceptance toward SIAKAD and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) to know the level of user satisfaction toward SIAKAD PNM. This study uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Test method using validity test, reliability, normality test and linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that SIAKAD PNM can be accepted by the user seen from the perception of ease of use and perception of usefulness both individually and simultaneously. The level of users' satisfaction simultaneously is fulfilled by the aspects of content, accuracy, format, ease and timeline, but individually they are not fulfilled from aspects accuracy, format, and timelines.

Elearning is the implementation of information technology in learning. Elearning was used in courses in Introduction to Business and Management, Business Process Management and Ebusiness. This study aims to use the Technology Acceptance model (TAM) to measure the level of user satisfaction. TAM method is used to determine the relationship between content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines, organizational support, user attitudes towards the information system (user attitude towards information). system) and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using e-learning on learning business courses and management at the Faculty of Computer Science, Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. This research is a descriptive study using the modified End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach method. The results of the evaluation study show that the 5 variables (content), the level of accuracy of the system, format, easy of use, and timeliness significantly influence user satisfaction. While organizational support variables have a significant effect on user satifaction but variable usser attitude toward information system and perceived attitude of top management has an effect but not significant to the support organization. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction of System e-Xamp Editor users in SMKN 3 Pariaman. The evaluation was conducted based on the perception of the end user by using End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. EUCS Model has 6 factors i.e. content, accuracy, format, ease of use timeliness and flexibility, these 6 factors used as independent variable to evaluate e-Xamp editor user satisfaction in SMKN 3 Pariaman. This research using questionnaire as a primary data as well as scientific journals, reference books as secondary data. This research uses validity test, reliability test, normality test and linear regression analysis as methods of data analysis. The results showed that 6 factors of EUCS model affects 61% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Content affects 6,15% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, timeliness affects 15,76% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, ease of use affects 15,36% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction, format affects 5,52% of e-Xamp editor user sastisfaction, accuracy affects 2,5% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction and flexibility affects 6,4% of e-Xamp editor user satisfaction. Kata kunci: User Satisfaction, e-Xamp editor, End-User ComputingSatisfaction (EUCS)

Perkembangan kebutuhan teknologi menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk senantiasa mengembangkan layanan akademik yang dapat tersedia secara digital. Universitas Tanjungpura menggunakan SIAKAD untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Tanjungpura menggunakan integrasi TAM dan EUCS. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa, dosen, dan operator akademik yang diperoleh responden sebanyak 318 dari metode random sampling di Universitas Tanjungpura. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan perhitungan analisis PLS-SEM. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna melalui 8 kriteria hasil integrasi TAM dan EUCS yaitu kemanfaatan, kemudahan penggunaan, akurasi, kemudahan, dan ketepatan waktu, isi, format dan sikap. Dilakukan pengukuran menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan 2 metode yaitu model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil hipotesis yang diterima atau mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna adalah content, format dan attitude, masing-masing nilai tersebut adalah 2,736, 6,339 ,dan 5,240. Pada model struktural menghasilkan path coefficients yang bernilai besar yaitu content, format, dan attitude, masing-masing nilai tersebut adalah 0,217, 0,484, dan 0,372, semakin tinggi nilai t-statistik maka nilai path coefficients akan bernilai besar.

ABSTRAKPandemi virus corona (COVID-19) memberikan dampak besar terhadap berbagai aktivitas manusia di seluruh dunia khususnya negara Indonesia, salah satunya aktivitas pendidikan dan kegiatan pembelajaran di kampus. Kebijakan dari pemerintah tentang WFH (work from home) menjadikan proses kegiatan pembelajaran secara tatap muka di kampus dihentikan sementara sejak bulan Maret 2020 hingga waktu yang belum dapat ditentukan. Universitas Informatika dan Bisnis Indonesia sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan swasta di Jawa Barat, dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan metode pembelajaran yaitu pembelajaran jarak jauh (online) yang sebelumnya menggunakan tatap muka secara langsung. Salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan adalah google classroom. Google classroom merupakan aplikasi yang memungkinkan terbentuknya kelas di dunia maya, sebagai salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan tentunya perlu diperlukan evaluasi kepuasaan pengguna terutama mahasiswa agar terdapat perbaikan kedepannya. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan mempertimbangkan faktor Persepsi Kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness), Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease Of Use) dan Sikap Terhadap Perilaku (Attitude Toward Using). End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) dengan mempertimbangkan Isi (Content), Akurasi (Accuracy), Tampilan (Format), Kemudahan (Ease) dan Ketepatan Waktu (Timeliness). Subyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa di lingkungan Unibi. Hipotesis yang menghasilkan hubungan antar konstruk di dalam TAM dan EUCS diukur dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan software AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model TAM dan EUCS dapat menjelaskan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan google classroom pada Unibi dimana Perceived Usefullness (PU) dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) 52,2%. Attitude Toward Using (AT) dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Usefullness (PU) 34,4%, Content (CT) 25,4%, Accuracy (AC) 11,9%, dan Format (FT) 18,4%.Kata kunci : E-learning, Google Classroom, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS).

Continuous development of technological innovations especially in the banking sector have stirred competition which has changed the way businesses operate resulting in the introduction of Unified Interface Payment (UPI) services. This study was conducted in order to analyse the adoption of UPI services through Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in Mysuru. Objectives of study were framed to determine the demographic factors that influence the practices of UPI by the customers, to examine the role of banks in integrating UPI services and products and to assess the various security issues affecting the usage of UPI services by Mysuru customers. Based on these objectives a structured questionnaire was prepared and primary data was collected from 165 respondents. Data was analysed making use of SPSS and other models namely Structural Equation Modeling with Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) Software. Finally the researchers identifies that there is a need for convergence of customer’s preference for safe and easy banking transactions. This study revealed that the customer’s model have to be well integrated for progress in UPI operations.

A useful Information System is difficult to conceive and develop. Research on technology has revealed that end-user likes or dislikes may matter towards the success or failure of information system (IS). A highly complicated system in which developers have put lots of development efforts may fail if the end-user dislikes it after its initial installation. In software engineering literature it is claimed that system rejection is mostly caused by not meeting the non-functional requirements. In this paper, a study is being done on ‘turnitin®’ as technology and its acceptance to a group of students in order to find out confirmation of result as claimed by TAM while it is a post implementation research activity for technology acceptance.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan dan kerumitan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap data pemicu di approweb, pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei kepada 36 orang responden dari account representative di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan kemudahan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan kerumitan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap data pemicu di aplikasi approweb. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan teori TAM dari persepsi kebermanfaatan data pemicu di aplikasi approweb bermanfaat bagi account representative. The study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, ease and complexity of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on trigger data in the Approweb, at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 respondents from account representatives at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. Data collection techniques through data questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS application. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that usefulness has a positive and significant effect while ease of positive effect is not significant and complexity has a significant negative effect on trigger data in approweb applications. The results of this study prove the TAM theory from the perceived usefulness of trigger data in the approweb application is beneficial for account representatives.
