Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the Integrated Management Information System Model, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles and to analyze their implementation in improving educational services in Vocational High Schools, Malang Regency. This study used a qualitative approach, data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the sampling method was purposive sampling, namely in three Vocational High Schools that had implemented an integrated management information system and research informants namely the principal, vice principal, head of governance business, teacher representatives and student representatives. The result of this research is an integrated management information system model in SMK Malang Regency using the Master-Web application which is implemented in the curriculum, student affairs, public relations, finance, workforce, and counseling sections. The information generated can be accessed by the principal and used as material for decision making to improve the quality of the school. The obstacles are some human resources who do not master IT, are not disciplined in inputting data, lack of care, lack of infrastructure, and weak system security. Keywords: Integrated management information system model; education services; SMK Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Model Sistem Informasi Manajemen terpadu, hambatan dan strategi mengatasi hambatan serta menganalisis implementasinya dalam meningkatkan layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, metode pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, yaitu di tiga SMK yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen terpadu dan informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala tata usaha, perwakilan guru dan perwakilan siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah Model sistem informasi manajemen terpadu di SMK Kabupaten Malang menggunakan aplikasi Master-Web yang diimplementasikan di bagian kurikulum, kesiswaan, hubungan masyarakat, keuangan, ketenagaan, dan bimbingan konseling. Informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diakses oleh kepala sekolah dan digunakan sebagai bahan pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Hambatannya adalah beberapa SDM yang tidak menguasai IT, tidak disiplin dalam menginput data, kurang peduli, kurangnya sarana prasarana, dan lemahnya keamanan sistem. Artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science, which includes natural language, intelligent processing, and professional methods. Since the birth of artificial intelligence, the technology and application fields have continued to grow, and the application fields have also continued to expand. This article aims to study the application of artificial intelligence technology in the management information system of container multimodal transportation and to provide convenient and efficient operation methods for container multimodal transportation. This paper proposes the C-means clustering method. Through the research and development of the terminal management system, it has achieved great success in automation, intelligent planning, and integrated management. At the same time, the EDI system is adopted, which mainly uses the combination of GPS and GIS information platform Internet network technology. Therefore, when evaluating the operation of the multimodal transport virtual container under the control of coproduction, the DEA method is used to operate the multimodal virtual container. The situation is analyzed and evaluated, and the multimodal transport virtual container is determined through investment. The experimental results of this article show that the artificial intelligence system achieves the most efficient multimodal transport management with the most efficient system model, combined with the leading container multimodal transport virtual enterprise, to provide the best way of the management process for the development of the multimodal transport management information system. The intact rate of container cargo during transportation is as high as 99.7%.

This research aims to find out descriptively about: the needs of management information systems in the Master Program of Education Management Graduate School, State University of Jakarta (UNJ), planning of management information system model that needed, the development of management information system model, and testing of management information system model. The method used is research and development. Data collected by observation, interview, documentation study, and audio-visual material. The research findings inform that in the Master program study of Education Management, data management and information currently been carried out using information systems as processing and storage of data and information. Needs that exist in the course include the need for tools, software, and human resources. Needs in the form of equipment such as computers, networks, and other support tools have been prepared. Software requirements include information system software. While human resources need such as the provision of administrative and IT staff that competent for the job. Planning includes the design objectives, aspects of education management, procedures, and design models. The design model consists of design of data flowchart and structure menu that illustrates the systems and sub-systems of the information system that designed. Development of the model is done by developing a few things like the development of graphic design, engineering source code, local webserver installation, and design layout. Development is based on the needs analysis and planning. Tests carried out in three stages. The first phase was conducted to test the way of supporting components on the local computer system. The second phase was conducted to test the way of the system designed after being embedded on a local webserver. The third phase is done to test the way of the overall information system.

Pada saat ini penggunaan sistem informasi telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada perusahaan secara real time dan terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi ini pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan bukan hanya pada perusahaan saja, tetapi juga dalam industri pendidikan khususnya sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggambarkan model sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang terdapat pada sekolah. Model konseptual sistem informasi manajemen untuk sekolah ini digambarkan dengan mengunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pendekatan model arsitektur “4+1 View”. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu analisis dan perancangan proses bisnis pada sekolah secara keseluruhan. ModelSistem informasi konseptual ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi sekolah dalam lebih memahami dan mengembangkan sistem. Sekolah dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi manajemen ini.

In order to effectively manage the logistics in the Manufacturing System, the current condition of Supply-Marketing-Inventory pattern, which is the periphery of the production activity in manufacture enterprise, is investigated and analyzed. A new pattern of Supply-Marketing -Inventory is built up emphasized on “Active-work”, and according this, build a Supply-Marketing-Inventory system model fit enterprise use. Based on the active-work logistics management pattern, the applied software (Supply-Marketing-Inventory Management Information System) is designed and programmed. The practice of the Inventory MIS in DHI shows that the approaches of the paper are effective and practicable.
