The aims of this research was to know how far program of football athlete development was effectively successful, how was situation of sport school, whether input is complete supporting this program, whether outputs of this program produced properly without challenge and whether outcomes of this program regenerated correctly without matter, To evaluate this program properly and intensively, so it was used logic model program which consists of situation of sport school, input of this program, outputs of this program and outcomes of this program. Methodology of this research used technique of collecting data by observations, interviews, questionnaires, and documentations study. Analysis of collecting data use triangulation technique which gotten by data resources, namely; organizer/coach and staff of sport school, the athlete, athlete’s parents, and society. The results of this research was found and can be concluded that situation of sport school, input and outputs of this program have been being done fairly well, whereas outcomes of this program have been extended impact very well. The objectives of this research are to describe the compensation management in District Government of KutaiKartanegara that consists of planning compensation management, organizing compensation management, actuating compensation management, and controlling compensation management.The findings indicate that (1) Compensation management plan formulates the objectives and requirements that is to arrange employees, motivate improve performance, improve prosperity and spur and improve productivity and quality in providing services to the community and improve the orderly administration of local finance. (2) In Organizing, Procedure for the payment of additional income shall be made monthly, the procedure and the payment mechanism according to the prevailing laws and regulations. (3) Implementation of compensation management are the ongoing compensation process and compensation practice is provided. The research purpose is to describe the transformation of education management which focus is on memorizing Al Qur’an in Jawa Tengah. The research is qualitative of ethnographic approach to observe the Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Arwaniyyah Kudus in Central Java which had been conducted in 2016.Data were collected by a series of observations, in-depth interviews and document analysis and archival research. The uniqueness and the consistency in memorizing Al Qur’an can be clearly seen from a series of transformation to the learning system such as its curriculum, methods, materials, teachers, media and evaluation system. Institutional development is in accordance with the type of the Pesantren, education level and management cooperation which expectation is to be able to serve students from a wide segmentation. Predominance leadership style relies on the charismatic Kyai as delegated to the Pesantren institutional unit leadership system and professional assistances.ThePesantren able to manage such transformation without sacrificing the character as a traditional pesantren well known for its special culture as an institution in which knowledge of Islam is transmitted and transferred, Islam values and tradition reservation and ulema reproduction. The research data is obtained trough questioners from 320 students senior high school and vocational school around the campus of STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam. This analysis of the units by using research of associative quantitative model of multiple correlation which test the result of calculation data obtained that fourth variable; image, promotion, communication, and facilities together have a significant effect on students interest to STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam. there is a positive direct effect of image on the interest of students of Senior High School entrance into STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam City, if the value of t_hitung>t_table, From the analysis results can be compared that the value t_hount>t_table (14.771> 1.976) ,. The result of analysis obtained t_hitung equal to 10,071 bigger value with t_tabel value equal to 1,976, 10,071> 1,976, hence decision taken is there is direct positive influence of promotion to interest of student of School of Advanced Up. The result of analysis obtained t_count 4,271 value bigger when compared with t_table value equal to 1,976, 4,271> 1,976, hence decision taken is there is positive direct influence of communication to student interest value of F_count equal to 2245.199 bigger when compared with value of F_table 2,400 ( 2245.199> 2.400), The conclusion by increasing image, promotion, communication, and facilities will increase students interest to STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam can be increased by effort of image, promotion, communication, and facilities. Charismatic leadership involves determination, authority, openness, and the optimism of the leaders in Bengkulu City HarsallakumPesantern (Pesantren = Islamic Boarding School). This research uses descriptive method, as well as qualitative case study. The processing of data is done by data reduction, serving of the next, as well as doing the valid checking using triangulation technic, followed by concluding the findings. The result of the research, has swon that the leadership of Pesantren leaders has been a model for the people around. Being an example or a role model has created a harmonic relationship between Santri (cultural 'stream' of people within the population of Javanese who practice a more orthodox version of Islam) with the Usthad (Islamic leader). The prestige of the Pesantren leaders has created an awareness for their subordinates, that to accept, prestige has to rise from the bottom going upwards. The openness of the Pesantren leaders acts truthfully, humble, just, as well as open in accepting opinions and critics from others. The openness of Pesantren leader shows the clearliness in taking decisions, planning process that gives a chance to all subordinates. Optimism of the Pesantren leaders are behaviors that is born or created inside of the leaders in perceiving their problem, facing hardship, and thinking optimistic. This study aims to determine the effect of a positive direct independent variables such as: person-organization fit, job satisfaction and trust in the dependent variable is the affective commitment high schools’ teachers in Depok. Studies have been conducted on senior high school teachers in Depok. The method used was a survey with data analysis techniques using path analysis. Respondents are 194 of the total 376 senior high schools’ teachers in Depok. They were selected by random sampling. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there was a direct effect of person-organization fit toward affective commitment, (2) there was a direct effect of  job satisfaction toward affective commitment, (3) there was a direct effect of  trust toward affective commitment, (4) there was a direct effect of  person-organization fit toward job satisfaction, (5) there was a direct effect of  person-organization fit toward trust. the conclusion is that the affective commitment is influenced by the person-organization fit, job satisfaction and trust. The objective of this study was to find out the influence of transformational leadership and work culture on lecturer’s performance of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. This study used quantitative approach, survey method and path analysis. The data was taken from 204 lecturers and 29 heads of study program became the sample in this study. The result of the study found that (1) transformational leadership gave direct positive influence on the performance; (2) work culture gave direct positive influnce on lecturer’s performance; and (3) transformational leadership gave direct positive influnce on work culture. Form the research has been conducted, it could be concluded there must be the improvement of transformational leadership and work culture to improve the lecturer’s performance of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang. The aim of this research is to obtain an objective and comprehensive pictures about the results of applying the andragogical principles in the implementation of education and training.  This research used evaluation research method with Stake’s Responsive Evaluation Model. The subject of this research is the training participants, training committees, facilitators, teacher trainers, and the training program supervisor. The data were collected through interview techniques, focus group discussion, observation, questionnaire, and document study.The results of this research showed that some of the component has met the criteria in the implementation of the program, but most of the component andother training aspects require further development. The fundamental weaknesses of the training implementations wereinadequate understanding of the conceptual of the facilitator’s to the adult learning principles. This hasimplicationsforthe whole training process and results achieved.  However, the summary comes up to a conclusion that the implementation training at Educational Quality Assurance Institution of Maluku Province still need  improvement, especially  the aspect of application of adult learning principles. The objective of this research is to study the effect of the personality, work procedure, and organization climate towards the leader effectiveness of senior high school principals in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used quantitative approach through survey. The research involved 91 principals as sample by random sampling. The research was conducted on leader effectiveness of principals involving 91 principals as the sample whom had been selected from the target population as many as 117 principals by using quantitative approach with path analysis method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded: (1) the personality, work procedure, and organization climate had a positive direct effect on leader effectiveness; (2) the personality and work procedure had a positive direct effect on organization climate. Thus, the stakeholders on senior high school of DKI Jakarta Province need to take concrete steps to ensure that in a senior high school environment with a personality and work procedure that guarantee the existence of the senior high school in the future. This study aims to: 1) know the management of restrictions on cash transactions; 2) to know the response of the management of related state institutions to the limitation of cash transactions; 3) to know the involvement of human resources in the management of restrictions on cash transactions; 4) find out the amount of restrictions on cash transactions expected by the management of relevant state institutions; 5) to know the coordination and supervision among related state institutions in realizing the Law on Limitation of Cash Transaction in Indonesia. This study uses case study method in several state institutions, namely 1) Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center: 2) Bank Indonesia; 3) National Legal Development Board, Ministry of Justice and Human Rights; And 4) of the People's Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia. Data collection is done through observation, interview, documentation and focus group discussioin. Data analysis is done descriptively and qualitatively. The research resulted in: 1) the management of restrictions on cash transactions made with relevant state institutions already exist; 2) the responses of state institutions' management to the very positive cash transaction restriction, in their view and their response that the restrictions on cash transactions will prevent corruption and various forms of money laundering in Indonesia; 3) all relevant state institutions have involved human resources in conducting studies and even been directly involved in meetings on restrictions on cash transactions; 4) for the initial phase all the relevant state institutions agree the amount of cash transaction restrictions Rp. 100,000,000, - (one hundred million rupiah); 5) coordination among related state institutions in realizing the Law on Restrictions on Cash Transactions in Indonesia has been well coordinated.   Keywords: Management, Restrictions on Cash Transaction, CorruptionEradication, Money Laundering
