The objectives of the research were to (1) design an instructional model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to create innovation in real world experience, (2) assess the model designed–the designed instructional model. The research involved 2 stages: (1) the instructional model design and (2) the instructional model rating. The sample consisted of 7 experts, and the Purposive Sampling Technique was used. The research instruments were the instructional model and the instructional model evaluation form. The statistics used in the research were means and standard division. The research results were (1) the Instructional Model based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create innovation in Real World Experience consisted of 3 components. These were Connectivism, Constructivism and Innovation in Real World Experience and (2) the instructional model rating was at a high level (=4.37, S.D.=0.41). The research results revealed that the Instructional Model Based on Connectivism and Constructivism to Create Innovation in Real World Experience was a model that can be used in learning, in that it promoted the creation of real world experience innovation.

The rationality of design resource reusable model is the key to judging whether a mass customization system has adequate flexibility and agility or not. Based on the demand of the Design for Mass Customization (DFMC), design resource reusable model should not only include high-level feature information such as demands, functions, principles and constraints, but also include the underlying structural information such as geometry features and assembly relationship. Function Surface is the media between the function and the structure in concept design progress, which is processed to solve the uncertainty when the function maps directly to the structure. Based on Function Surface theory, the multi-layer design resource reusable model including the entity product layer, entity module layer, shell part layer, Function Pattern layer and Function Surface layer is proposed. The designer can browse and find the reusable model based on the different position of the decoupling point of the customer order in the production process. According to the model and the statistical data of the management, the reuse rate curve of design resource is drawn, and the overall optimization method of the design resource reusable standard model and the evolution method of the core technology are proposed.

Due to the special nature of energy environmental protection industry, staff loss is very common in energy environmental protection enterprises, especially in the middle-high level class. Through building evolutionary game model based on the problem of employee turnover between employees and enterprises, we find out that the reason of the flow of talents in energy environmental protection enterprises is that the payment and promotion prospects after resign is better than before. In order to prevent the excessive flow of the talents, energy environmental protection enterprises should moderately improve the remuneration of its staffs, develop employees' promotion space and improve the breach penalty of those initiative employees.
