Under two situations of static empty gun preview and simulated competition, the validity of self-suggestion language “preloading compaction,” which suggests attentional withdrawal, was verified, respectively. Methods. The experiments in the two parts were designed in a single factor group. The participants (Chinese disabled biathletes) fired 20 times (4 groups in total, 5 times in each group) both in pretest and posttest, and they used self-suggestion before each group of firing in posttest. Optoelectronic shooting device based on wireless laser transceiver technology was selected to collect the shooting technical indicators, scores, and other information. The operation evaluation form reflected the subjective feelings of the participants, and the heart rate was measured by the chest band. Results. By the method of big data analysis, under the condition of static empty gun preview, the results showed that there was an extremely significant difference between shooting score and quality of triggering. All the marks on the operation evaluation form improved after the intervention. In the mock competition situation, shooting score has highly significant differences with quality of triggering and relative triggering value and significant difference with aiming ability. The marks of the operation evaluation form have been improved; the heart rate of firing all decreased in different degrees. Conclusions. The attentional withdrawal has positive effects on the shooting scores, technical indicators of optoelectronic shooting device, subjective feelings, and heart rate of disabled biathletes under the two conditions. TIRE (the timing of firing) is the most sensitive indicator and can be used as the focus of future training and scientific research.

This study aims to analyze the views of geography teacher students on the GIS course conducted with screencasts during the distance education process. Furthermore, the study reveals, along with the reasons, how the process of capturing and sharing screencasts with students can assist instructors. At the end of the term, 27 students studying in the second year of the geography teaching undergraduate program were asked about their opinions of the lesson. The data were collected through a structured evaluation form consisting of open-ended questions to evaluate the course. In the analysis of the comments obtained, MAXQDA software, which is frequently used in qualitative data analysis, was applied. The expressions in the answers were analyzed using the content analysis technique. Overall, the results prove that the beneficial aspects of the GIS course, which consists of applications and is conducted with screencast, outweigh the theory. Thanks to the screencast model, students can use their time efficiently and watch the videos repeatedly whenever and wherever they want. Nevertheless, the results reveal that extra methods are required to motivate students to transfer theoretical information and that screencasts have some disadvantages.

Objetivo: desenvolver e analisar um ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA) sobre a aquisição e desenvolvimento da linguagem infantil voltado à orientação de médicos pediatras. Métodos: o conteúdo abordado foi delimitado considerando as dúvidas que os médicos pediatras possuíam sobre a aquisição e o desenvolvimento da linguagem infantil, e construído a partir de revisão da literatura científica. A produção do material seguiu as fases de desenvolvimento de design instrucional englobando análise e planejamento, modelagem, implementação e avaliação. Foram convidados fonoaudiólogos para participar da avaliação da qualidade do conteúdo e dos recursos tecnológicos utilizando o questionário Health-Related Web Site Evaluation Form Emory e o Questionário de Conteúdo desenvolvido pela pesquisadora. Resultados: o conteúdo contemplou as etapas de desenvolvimento da linguagem, principais características e os marcos do desenvolvimento em cada fase. O material confeccionado está disponível no endereço eletrônico http://fonoaudiologiaparapediatras.wordpress.com. Na etapa de avaliação do AVA, participaram 63 fonoaudiólogos que classificaram o blog como excelente para a qualidade e conteúdo. Conclusão: portanto, um AVA, em formato de blog, contendo informações sobre a aquisição e desenvolvimento da linguagem foi desenvolvido a fim de orientar médicos/pediatras desde fases típicas até alterações, prevenção, fases do desenvolvimento e possíveis encaminhamentos.

This community service activity (abdimas) is carried out in an effort to provide knowledge sharing on the ongoing pandemic conditions. Community service activities were carried out in the form of counseling with a webinar format with 44 participants, but 14 people filled out the seminar evaluation form completely. Currently, the pandemic conditions are causing economic changes and they are psychologically affected, one of which is stress. The audience form the webinar’s session need information to cope with the psychological conditions, including efforts to be able to carry out problem solving strategies called coping. However, in unfavorable conditions like today, of course, there are many risks if abdimas activities are carried out face-to-face, so that activities are carried out virtually, and broadcast by streaming on YouTube channels. From the results of this abdimas activity, participants felt the benefits and delivered positive evaluations. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) ini dilakukan dalam upaya untuk memberikan knowledge sharing atas kondisi pandemi yang masih terus berlangsung. Kegiatan abdimas dilakukan dalam bentuk penyuluhan dengan format webinar dengan peserta berjumlah 44 orang, namun yang mengisi form evaluasi seminar secara lengkap berjumlah 14 orang. Peserta webinar merupakan masyarakat perkotaan yang berasal dari wilayah Cibubur, Jakarta Timur. Saat ini kondisi pandemi menyebabkan perubahan secara ekonomi dan mereka terdampak secara psikologis, salah satunya yaitu stres. Peserta abdimas memiliki kebutuhan akan dukungan informasi sehubungan dengan penguatan kondisi psikologis yang tengah mereka alami, meliputi upaya untuk dapat melakukan strategi penyelesaian masalah yang disebut coping. Namun demikian, dalam kondisi yang kurang kondusif seperti saat ini tentu terdapat banyak risiko jika dilaksanakan kegiatan abdimas dilakukan secara tatap muka, sehingga kegiatan dilakukan secara virtual, dan ditayangkan secara streaming di kanal youtube. Dari hasil kegiatan abdimas ini, peserta merasakan kebermanfaatan kegiatan abdimas dan menyampaikan evaluasi positif sebagai bentuk feedback atas kegiatan abdimas.

This PKM aims to provide an understanding of trading company accounting, especially regarding adjusting journal entries in trading companies for students at St.Kristoforus Catholic High School. The training is carried out by providing an explanation and understanding of adjusting journals and working papers and how to fill them out. Evaluation is carried out at the end of this activity by distributing an evaluation form regarding the benefits of this activityTujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai akuntansi perusahaan dagang khususnya mengenai ayat jurnal penyesuaian pada perusahaan dagang bagi siswa/i SMA Katolik St.Kristoforus Pelatihan ini dilakukan karena mitra merasa bahwa kemampuan akuntansi siswa/siswi mereka masih sederhana dan belum update sehingga perlu ditingkatkan  Pelatihan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penjelasan dan pemahaman mengenai jurnal penyesuaian dan kertas kerja  serta cara pengisiannya. Evaluasi dilakukan di akhir kegiatan ini dengan menyebarkan form evaluasi mengenai manfaat kegiatan ini.

This study aimed to assess the quality of care for people in situations of sexual violence in health services, identifying positive and negative indicators, and suggest solutions. This is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach and convenience sampling. The sample consisted of 134 professionals (doctors, nurses, and nursing technicians) working in public health services. Three instruments were used, namely, a structure evaluation form, a questionnaire, and a process evaluation form. The results revealed eight positive indicators (adequate infrastructure; rooms for patient assistance; gynecological bed; visual and auditory privacy; waiting rooms; a professional team comprising physicians, nurses, nursing technicians, and receptionists; adequate training of staff to provide health services to people in situations of sexual violence; and most healthcare professionals asking their patients about possible sexual violence situations) and nine negative indicators (reduced number of rooms for patient assistance with toilets; absence of protocols to identify and assist people in situations of sexual violence; absence of leaflets, posters, and other materials on sexual violence; absence of a referral flow chart (specific for people in situations of sexual violence) to specialized services; reduced number of consultations with suspected and/or confirmed cases of sexual violence; non-use of specific protocols; not referral of these patients to the specialized care network; most professionals consider the health unit where they work as unable to help people in situations of sexual violence; a decrease in attendance at health facilities that do not have a protocol for assisting people in situations of sexual violence), making clear the interventions necessary to promote the provision of quality health services that meet the specific needs of people in situations of sexual violence. These indicators are expected to provide subsidies for the improvement of public policies aimed at listening, welcoming, identifying, and treating people in situations of sexual violence.

Clinical observation is an important means to cooperate with clinical teaching, and it is a special stage of transition from theoretical study to clinical practice. How to make students apply their theoretical knowledge to clinical practice as soon as possible and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems is a subject that must be studied in nursing teaching. Establish Two-way evaluation system and apply it to clinical nursing teaching management. Teachers' evaluation form and interns' evaluation form were developed, which were applied to 186 students and teachers of this year. the results show that the scores of the Two-way evaluation results are obviously improved, and the practice teaching management is becoming more standardized. It is beneficial to improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching by finding out the problems in nursing teaching through Two-way evaluation and taking corresponding countermeasures.

This research aimed: 1) to investigate the components and indicators of working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers; 2) to examine the needs to develop working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers; and 3) to develop the program to strengthen working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers. The mixed methods research was employed by divided into three phases. Phase one, investigated the components and indicators of the working achievement motivation competencies. Components and indicators were verified by 7 experts. Phase two, examined the needs to develop working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers. The respondents were 340 welfare school’s teachers. Phase three, to develop the program to strengthen working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers and verified the program by 9 experts. The research instruments were the components and indicators evaluation form, the existing and desirable situations questionnaire of working achievement motivation competencies, and the program evaluation form. Statistics used in analyzing data were mean, standard deviation and priority needs index modification. The research findings were: 1) The components and indicators of working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers were categorized into 6 components and 32 indicators; 2) The needs to develop working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers were ranked from high to low: creativity, performance commitment, performance evaluation, flexibility, the quest for information, and development of operational competence; and 3) The program to strengthen working achievement motivation competencies of welfare school’s teachers consisted of rationale, objectives, content, model and methods, 6 modules of program structure, and application and evaluation.

By using the method of literature, this paper analyzes the development of physical education teaching evaluation, and focuses on the diversified trend of the development of physical education teaching evaluation. The pluralistic trend of PE teaching evaluation is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the pluralistic function of PE teaching evaluation, the pluralistic evaluation standard, the pluralistic evaluation content, the pluralistic evaluation subject, the pluralistic evaluation method and the pluralistic evaluation form. In view of the current situation of unified evaluation of school physical education curriculum, this paper puts forward the diversified evaluation method of physical education teaching effect based on cloud computing, and standardizes the evaluation index optimization evaluation algorithm, in order to better provide reference for the development of physical education teaching.
