The concept of city logistics facilities is to help establish more efficient urban logistics systems for both private companies and society, reduce the total social and environmental costs of urban freight transport and improve the urban traffic conditions on the road network. The maintenance way of armored vehicle engine is hard time maintenance and breakdown maintenance in our army. So, the situation of lack or excess of maintenance is often existing in armored vehicle engine, and leading to potential safety hazard and wasting of resources. Condition based maintenance, which based on advanced detect and diagnosis technology, is a good way to solve the problems mentioned above. So, parameter tables which can completely reflect the state of armored vehicle engine is set up in this paper, and analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is used to scientific assess the state of vehicle engine. The computational process is demonstrated by analysis the experiment data of an armored vehicle engine. The work gives the foundation for condition based maintenance of armored vehicle engine.

Usability is the basic properties of the product, and it is the overall evaluation to the product usability. In this paper, firstly, establish a usability evaluation index system of the welding clamp. Then, use the improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to assess the usability of welding clamp. In an improved fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, the index weight which is identified by using AHP method is amended objectively by using entropy technology, the resolution ratio is improved by classifying the differences between qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes. Finally, get the evaluation results of the usability of a welding clamp according to the method above.

By proceeding from practice of the sunny sport activity in higher education institutes, the principles of selecting evaluation index of the campaign have been put forward. Base on the No.17 document of the central committee and related principles, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the activity. Considering the difficulty of fuzzy synthetic evaluation method in calculation of the multiple factors and ignorance of the relationship among evaluating objects, a new weight evaluation process using entropy method is introduced. This improved method for determination of weight of the evaluating indicators is applied in synthetic evaluation of the sunny sport activity. Compared with the original evaluation method, the method predigests the fuzzy synthetic evaluation process greatly and the evaluation results are more reasonable.

The method of HFMFs (Hypertrapezoidal Fuzzy Membership Functions) is a new mechanism for designing multidimensional fuzzy sets. HFMFs models the correlation that exists between the variables of the state space. Therefore, it is able to describe the problems of fuzzy situation more exactly. As we known, it needs a great many information to evaluate the risk level for VE using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. However, there are lots of difficulties to get the needed information for VE. Accordingly, the HFMFs method is introduced to estimate the risk level of VE. Considering not only the relations between different fuzzy sets but also the method of HFMFs is able to describe the problems of fuzzy situation more exactly with less information. Consequently, the HFMFs method is more suitable to the virtual enterprise with little historical experiences than the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. Simulation has shown that this method is a simple and effective risk evaluation method for VE.
