Nursing facing rehabilitation of patients submitted to amputationAbstract: investigate how nursing care faces the care to the patient with amputation of the extremities and which actions contribute for the re-habilitationafter the hospital discharge. Method: qualitative study and thematic analysis. Guiding questions: How does nursing face the care to the patient withamputation? Can the care given during the hospitalization contribute for the re-habilitation after the hospital discharge? Collection with recordedinterviews, signature of free and cleared up consent statements, in October 2011, with 10 professionals of the nursing staff from a public hospitalnetwork, Porto Alegre-RS. Results: two categories derived from the analysis: Characteristics of the amputated patients; The nursing staff facing the careto the amputated patient. Conclusion: the creation of a systematized attendance protocol and the revision of the support system in the post-dischargecan contribute for the amputated subject re-habilitation.Descriptors: Amputation; Nursing; Hospitalization; Nursing Care.Enfermería ante la rehabilitación de pacientes sometidos a amputaciónResumen: investigar como la enfermería enfrenta el cuidado al paciente sometido a amputación de extremidades y las acciones que contribuyen para larehabilitación tras el alta hospitalaria. Doctoral completion rates are a concern across disciplines.  This paper describes the way in which Curriculum Leadership faculty redesigned their doctoral program from coursework through completion to include a strong support system, intellectually and emotionally.  This culminated in the creation of the “Big Paper Network,” designed to support candidates from proposal writing through defense.

The place category has interested many researchers from social science in recent years. The analyzed concept refers to various aspects of deepened and long-lasting relationships of people with place. Numerous studies indicate that there is a link between the quality and satisfaction of the inhabitants’ lives and their place attachment. The literature of social work with children and families rarely pays attention on this important aspect of human life. The aim of the article is to present the meaning of the place category based on the psychological concept of the place attachment, with an attempt to show how it could be related to the creation of the integrated family support system in the community.

The authors explain the innovative creation of a socially diverse neighbourhood called the ‘Green Sticht’ in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Inspired by the ideas of a charismatic activist preacher, the Green Sticht created an entirely new neighbourhood with an informal support system for socially vulnerable people, and thus circumvented the ‘not in my backyard’ sentiment present in the city. Residents who choose to move there out of idealism live alongside citizens who are formerly homeless, often with psychological and psychiatric problems. The Green Sticht has become financially self-reliant. It has never been fully replicated but has recently inspired two new projects, showing that it is possible to adapt combinations of the main elements and mechanisms that have made it successful and sustainable.

The article analyzes the factors that influence the organization of technical support during the movement to take into account the experience of conducting an anti-terrorist operation (the operation of the combined forces) in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Changes in the nature of the armed struggle, the development of operations (combat operations), forms and methods of performing combat missions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the further development of a comprehensive supply system necessitate the further development and improvement of the Armed Forces technical support system, rational distribution and use of forces, the purpose of timely restoration of samples of weapons and military equipment, uninterrupted supply of missiles and ammunition, replenishment of military technical facilities and, consequently, obtaining the benefits of the actions of units in a short time. It is known that the movement of troops (forces) is carried out for the purpose of fast and rapid deployment, the creation of appropriate groups of troops (forces) in designated areas (areas) to perform combat missions. Accordingly, the technical support system is entrusted with a number of heterogeneous tasks, the performance of which ensures the success of the movement of troops (forces) and the creation of appropriate groups. In recent times, the issue of technical support for the movement of troops (forces) has received little attention during various kinds of research, and the problems that arise during the organization and maintenance are considered only superficially. It is these issues that have become most urgent in our time, during the conduct of the anti-terrorist operation (the operation of the combined forces) in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Maintenance issues, such as maintenance, restoration and maintenance of military-technical assets, are crucial, and the imperfection of management and failures in the organization of the entire process have a negative impact on the level of combat readiness of the troops, and sometimes lead to unjustified human casualties. The analysis of the consequences of organizational and staffing activities carried out in recent years on the reduction of technical support units and their numbers, personal experience of participation in ATO /OCF in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions shows that the technical support system does not fully allow for a full range of relevant measures, to which they rely.

The topical problem of making the optimal decision on financing pro-jects in the field of cybersecurity in the conditions of active actions of cybersecu-rity violators is considered. A model has been developed for a decision support system for financing projects for the creation and development of cybersecurity management centers for critical infrastructure facilities. The model assumes meth-ods and means of actively countering the attacking side. In contrast to existing approaches, the model is based on solving a bilinear differential quality game with several terminal surfaces. A discrete approximation method was used in the solution. This made it possible to find a solution to the bilinear differential quality game with dependent movements. The results of a computational experiment within the framework of the software implementation of a decision support sys-tem in the field of financing projects in the field of cybersecurity, in particular, in the creation and development of cybersecurity management centers for critical in-frastructure facilities are described. The developed decision support system al-lows obtaining optimal financing strategies by the side of cybersecurity protec-tion. In this case, any ratio of parameters describing the financing process is con-sidered, no matter how financially the attacker (hackers) acted.
