The article analyzes the topical problem of consent in modern feminist theory as a way of achieving public consensus on the goals and forms of women?s emancipation. The emancipation of women is one of the most important achievements of modern society and an ongoing process. Therefore, the issues that are being discussed within the framework of feminist ethics are appropriate. For example, the extent to which men who hold power and dominance for thousands of years can genuinely liberate women and share with them equal rights and opportunities. There is also an acute problem of the extent to which women them- selves are willing to show solidarity and their consent on social and political issues. These issues and dis- cussions by contemporary feminists, who deserve the attention of a wide range of experts in applied ethics, argumentation theory, social and political theory, are addressed in this study.

The topical problem of pedagogical psychology is to identify the conditions and factors of students’ personal agency development. One of the ways to solve the problem is to build adequate mathematical models. The purpose of the study is to justify the use of multimediator analysis in modelling a fractal psychological and pedagogical system so as to describe the ways and stages of students’ agency development in the course of the study. It is hypothesized that ways of performing learning actions are considered as elements of the stages of learners’ personal agency formation. And in this function they play a twofold role: they act both as predictors of the agency development stages and mediators that determine the interconnection between the ways and stages of the personal agency development. The test of the multimediator analysis was carried out in three groups of 2nd–4th-year university students, studying full-time (57 people; average age 20.6 years, Sd = 2.4 years; all females) and two groups of second-year students of college (40 people, 39 of them are boys, aged 17.5, Sd = 0.71). The practical application of the research results makes it possible to identify both the internal structure of the ways of performing learning activities and the stages of students’ personal agency development. The prospects of using multimediator analysis with the help of modern statistical packages are shown.

In this article weve focused on the topical problem of preserving the languages and cultures of indigenous peoples of Siberia, which can be solved through the translation of ethnic texts (as an important category of Siberian texts) into Russian and other languages, and translation of texts of great cultural and religious significance from Russian and other languages into languages of Siberian peoples. We aim to study initiatives of individual scholars and enthusiasts who have been translating both strong texts from indigenous languages of Siberian peoples and strong texts of Russian literature (mostly religious ones) into these languages. The ethnic literature of the peoples of the Krasnoyarsk Krai is considered in historical and comparative perspective, taking into account the national and cultural conditions of these peoples. The conclusion concerns the importance of ethnic translation with the cultural information and memory as the key unit of translation and the saving of the unique languages and cultures of Siberia as its main task.

The work is devoted to the topical problem of linguoculture. The subject of the research is cultural codes in children's discourse based on the materials of the living speech of Russian children on the site "Children Speak". For the research general scientific methods of analysis and generalization, descriptive and contextological methods, the method of linguoculturological and ontogenetic analysis are used. As a result, the linguocultural and linguo-sociological aspects of the formation of a child's linguistic personality are considered. At the same time, attention is focused on identifying the peculiarities of Russian children's discourse in the linguocultural aspect, studying the ethnocultural determinants of creating the linguistic personality of children. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the national culture is one of the decisive factors affecting the speech activity of children. In the process of mastering the native language, the child simultaneously acquires a special national mentality and creates a system of values that coincides with it, such as patriotism, the symbolic meaning of animal archetypes, attitude towards the family, etc. Moreover, under the influence of a child's linguistic personality, a certain deviation from the usual national worldview is also manifested in children's discourse.

The article is devoted to the topical problem of researching the level of development of research skills and abilities of mathematical data processing in future psychologists studying at different levels of higher education. The study involved three levels of higher education and five doctors ofpsychology as experts. Respondents (n = 75) were asked to perform a practical task aimed at demonstrating their ability to transform a simple practical question into a research model that would take into account all the necessary steps and methods of mathematical data processing. The analysis of the results indicates the presence of statistically significant differences and levels of development of research skills and abilities of mathematical data processing. It was determined that the highest rate is for applicants for the third, and the lowest - for the second level of higher education.

Analyzing and sorting particles and/or biological cells in microfluidic devices is a topical problem in soft-matter and biomedical physics. An easy and rapid screening of the deformation of individual cells in constricted microfluidic channels allows, for example, the identification of sick or aberrant cells with altered mechanical properties, even in vast cell ensembles. The subsequently desired softness-specific segregation of cells is, however, still a major challenge. Moreover, aiming at an intrinsic and unsupervised approach raises a very general question: How can one achieve a softness-dependent net migration of particles in a microfluidic channel? Here we show that this is possible by exploiting a deformation-induced actuation of soft cells in asymmetric periodic flow fields in which rigid beads show a vanishing net drift.

The article states that the work of Saif Sarai serves as a means of continuing spiritual education, which is passed down from generation to generation. The author's work «Gulistan bi-Turki» is very important for spiritual education of young people in terms of cultural value. It deals with the spiritual culture of a person, the perception of the soul through his mind, responsibility, and factors that influence the formation of a person's behavior. Therefore, if a person consisting of these feelings – his life and its course-is a set of spiritual phenomena, it will certainly continue yesterday, today, and tomorrow. The article differentiates that each representative of the world's nation perceives the world civilization through its national code, worldview, and national consciousness formed in it, and seeks to develop it flexibly in accordance with the traditions and customs of its nation. Literary works common to Turkic-speaking peoples, including the presence of common sources in understanding the language of the Kazakh people, make Saif Sarai's works valuable. The article notes that the study of the existence of common sources in the study of ethnography of the Kazakh people in the works of Saif Sarayi is a topical problem today.

The logo of the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg (iASK) refers to a more than 100 – year old, but still topical problem: how to join 9 dots arranged in a box - like square format with four straight lines without lifting the pen. The solution is only possible if, while moving the pen, we get out of the box. The box in fact does not exist, it is only a self imposed virtual limitation. Even more, the task can be solved also by using just one straight line, the only problem is that in order to achieve that the earth has to be circled twice. But why not circle the earth twice? We certainly have to consider the cost/benefit aspect as well but the lesson must not be forgotten: we shoud think twice before calling the solution of a task impossible
