This study aims to produce assessment instruments according to Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in General Administration subjects at Basic Competencies 3.9 The Implementation of Office Layout, and 3.10 The Implementation of  Communication in the Workplace as many as 40 items of multiple-choice, and to decide the feasibility level of the questions in measuring students' HOTS based on the validation results from the material expert, evaluation expert, and linguist. This study is Research and Development (R&D) adapted Sugiyono's development model that has been adopted into 5 stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. Then, the research instruments used by the researcher were the validation sheet from the expert of material, evaluation, and the linguist. Furthermore, the validation result from the material expert was 98.3% (very strong). Besides, the validation result of the evaluation expert was 100% (very strong). Moreover, the validation results from the linguist were 98.7% (very strong). Therefore, the average validation result was 99% with the interpretations of criteria were "very strong" and feasible to use. In conclusion, the development of assessment instruments based on HOTS at Surabaya vocational high school was feasible to use in measuring students' HOTS. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengali penggunaan e-learning oleh para guru di sekolah-sekolah Katolik di Kalimantan Barat. Permasalahan yang menjadi focus penelitian adalah “Apa sajakah Platform e-learning yang digunakan oleh para guru di sekolah-sekolah Katolik di Kalbar? Bagaimanakah peng-aplikasian Platform e-learning dan kendalanya? Bagaimanakah sikap (attitudes) para guru terhadap penggunaan media berbasis e-learning?” Subjek penelitian adalah para guru yang mengajar di sekolah Katolik. Sample penelitian diambil secara acak menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara terbuka di sekolah-sekolah Katolik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 53,8% guru di beberapa SMA/SMK di Kalbar menggunakan Platform E-learing model Google Classroom terutama didaerah perkotaan atau daerah yang tidak mengalami kendala signal internet. Namun tidak sedikit juga guru SMK/SMA yang masih sulit dalam mengaplikasikan e-learing dan akhirnya menggunakan system blended learning. Para responden sependapat bahwa pembelajaran melalui e-learning sangat relevan dengan situasi pandemi COVID-19 walaupun terkesan dipaksakan karena ketidaksiapan guru maupun siswa.Kata Kunci: e-learnng, Platform, attitude, Guru ABSTRACTThis study aims to explore the use of e-learning by teachers in Catholic schools in West Kalimantan. The focuses of the research were “What are the e-learning platforms used by teachers in Catholic schools in West Kalimantan? How is the application of the e-learning Platform and the obstacles? What are the attitudes of the teachers towards the use of e-learning-based media?”The research subjects were teachers who teach in Catholic schools. The research sample was taken randomly using purposive sampling. Techniques of data collection were questionnaires and open interviews. Based on the results of the study, 53.8% of teachers in several high schools / vocational schools in West Kalimantan used the Google Classroom, especially in urban areas or areas with good internet signal access. However, some vocational/ high school teachers are still difficult to apply e-learning and finally use a blended learning system. The respondents also agreed that learning through e-learning is very relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, even though it seems forced due to the unpreparedness of teachers and students.Keywords: e-learnng, Platform, attitude, teachers

INTISARIProses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru di SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa masih menggunakan teknologi informasi yang belum maksimal karena proses pengolahan data masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu data dicatat pada kertas dan kemudian diketik ke Microsoft Office sehingga panitia pendaftaran siswa baru dalam penyajian informasi dalam hal proses pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi serta mengoptimalkan kegunaan teknologi khususnya untuk proses  pendaftaran siswa baru pada bagian Panitia PSB dan Panitia Pemasaran dalam mengolah data calon siswa baru.Penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu menghasilkan informasi yang mampu melakukan proses pengolahan data pendaftaran siswa baru antara panitia PSB dan panitia pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Tahapan metode waterfall yaitu analisa kebutuhan, desain sistem, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program dan pemeliharaan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu dengan PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pendaftaran siswa baru online dan pemasaran sekolah yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat dan mudah pada SMK Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.Kata kunci-- Sistem Informasi, Integrasi, Pendaftaran Siswa Baru Online, pemasaran, PHP . ABSTRACTAbstract— The process of processing new student registration data at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa still use information technology which not yet maximal because data processing process still done manually that data is write on paper and then typed into Microsoft Office so that new student registration committee in presenting information in regards process of registration and Selection of new students takes a long time. This research has a purpose to apply information technology and optimize the usefulness of technology especially for new student registration process at new student registration Committee and Marketing Committee in processing new prospective student data.Research is done by designing and developing a system that can help produce information capable of performing data processing of new student registration between of new student registration committee and marketing committee. The research method who used is waterfall method. Stages waterfall method is: needs analysis, system design, program code writing, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. The programming language used is PHP and database who use MySQL.The result of this research is to produce integrated information system for new student enrollment and school marketing which able to perform data processing quickly and easily at Vocational High School Ibu Pawiyatan Tamansiswa of Yogyakarta.Keywords--Information System, Integration, New Student Registration Online, marketing, PHP.

<p>The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of blended e-learning on electrical machinery performance (achievement test and self-assessment). Participants were two classes of 11th graders majoring in electrical engineering and taking the electrical machinery class at a vocational high school in Taiwan. The participants were randomly selected and assigned to either the experimental group (<em>n</em> = 33) which studied through blended e-learning or the control group (<em>n</em> = 32) which studied through traditional classroom learning. The experiment lasted for five weeks. The results showed that (a) there were no significant differences in achievement test scores between blended e-learning and traditional learning; (b) students in the experimental group obtained significantly higher scores on self-assessment than students in the control group; (c) students’ scores on self-assessment were significantly higher after studying through blended e-learning than before. Overall, blended e-learning did not significantly affect students’ achievement test scores, but significantly affected their self-assessment scores.</p>
