Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

Review on the evaluation of English Language Teaching (ELT) materials has been carried out by many researchers. Focusing on the cultural aspect, the review covers the three important participants in a classroom setting - coursebook, instructors and students. The review aims to reveal the evaluation of the culture content on ELT materials, to explore and students’ attitude towards source culture and international culture teaching in English as Foreign Language (EFL) class as well summarize some strategies adopted by teachers in their teaching process to give inspirations to current EFL teaching. After analyzing the objects, methods and findings of Several empirical researches in a bottom-up method, this review found: 1) there is an imbalance of cultural representation in ELT textbooks between target culture, home culture and international culture; 2) students show a positive attitude towards home culture and international culture learning in the learning process; 3) teachers notice the importance to cultivate students’ awareness of their own culture and culture relativism consciously and take measures accordingly in their class.

The level of health of the bank is very important for various related parties. Because it becomes information as a material evaluation of the performance of a bank. Bank Indonesia has issued rules as a basis for assessing the bank's health level. The method that is now widely used is RGEC consists of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. In this method is assessed using predetermined provisions and comsits. In this study aims to analyze the level of health of banks in PT. Bank Mega Syariah Tbk for the period 2016-2019. The approach used is descriptive with quantifiable data from the annual report downloaded from the official web. The results of the study based on aspects of the bank's Risk Profile assessment measured by NPF are included in the healthy category, and then measured also by using FDR within four years included in the healthy category. In the good corporate governance (GCG) aspect, the bank is included in the composite two, namely healthy. Then on the overall Earnings aspect for four years the bank is included in the very healthy category. Then on the overall Earnings aspect for four years the bank is included in the very healthy category. Lastly on the Capital aspect the bank belongs to the very healthy category. Overall PT. Bank Mega Syariah Tbk within four years is at a composite value of 2 which means it falls into the healthy category.

In all ultrasonic material evaluation methods, transducers and sensors play a key role of mechanoelectrical conversion. Their transduction characteristics must be known quantitatively in designing and implementing suc+cessful structural health monitoring (SHM) systems. Yet, their calibration and verification have lagged behind most other aspects of SHM system development. This study aims to extend recent advances in quantifying the transmission and receiving sensitivities to normally incident longitudinal waves of ultrasonic transducers and acoustic emission sensors. This paper covers extending the range of detection to lower frequencies, expanding to areal and multiple sensing methods and examining transducer loading effects. Using the refined transmission characteristics, the receiving sensitivities of transducers and sensors were reexamined under the conditions representing their actual usage. Results confirm that the interfacial wave transmission is governed by wave propagation theory and that the receiving sensitivity of resonant acoustic emission sensors peaks at antiresonance.

Somongari Village, located in Purworejo District, Central Java Province, is well-known as a producer of durian and mangosteen fruits. The income of Somongari Villagers depends on this commodity, however because of durian and mangosteen can only be harvested during a specific season, the villager plans to build vegetable houses for their daily needs. Based on the data obtained through Forum Group Discussion (FGD) with representatives of the villager and farmer group, the villager had not used organic fertilizers and pesticides. The practicality and fast yield of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides are the reasons villagers use them more. In contrast, the application of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides can hurt the environment and human health. Therefore, education was carried out for the Somongari villagers to increase the knowledge and awareness of environmental sustainability and health, primarily due to inorganic fertilizer and pesticide impact. The method used in this event was include preparation (coordination and problem identification through FGD), implementation (delivery of material), evaluation, and follow-up plans. After this activity, public knowledge of the impact of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides has increased. It can be seen from the pretest and post-test scores, respectively, before and after the material's presentation. In addition, the success of this program can also be seen from the awareness of the villager to make follow-up plans related to the production of organic fertilizers and pesticides.

This technical note synthesizes and disseminates results of a 2020 survey of USACE dredging program and project managers to identify and prioritize needs related to the modernization and streamlining of the dredged material assessment decision guidance pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and Section 103 of the Marine Protection Research and Sanctuaries Act (MPRSA). Priorities identified through the survey and subsequent follow-on interviews—together with advances in science and technology—will facilitate development of an electronic decision guidance tool to enable consistent, timely, and cost-effective dredged material management decisions. This tool will also facilitate a standardized database for ready access to historical data.
