For athlete's physical condition is one of the things that must be considered. One of them is the VO2maks capacity. VO2maks capacity is the body's ability to enter as much oxygen as possible into the lungs. The oxygen that managed to enter will then be distributed throughout the body to sufficient. Apart from the O2 carrying capacity, an archery athlete also needs flexibility. Flexibility must be possessed to prevent injury. This study aimed to explore and determine the effect of HB and BMI levels on the VO2maks capacity and flexibility of athletes. This research is descriptive correlational research. The sample is archery athletes as many as 24 athletes. The measurement of VO2maks was carried out using the bleep test and HB with the Hb test, while flexibility was carried out using the sit and reach test and BMI by measuring the athlete's height and weight. Based on the r multivariate multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the levels of HB and BMI do not significantly affect the VO2 maks capacity and flexibility of athletes. Significant figures of 0.2583 and 0.2328 indicate this.

Atonement can only be made by the Lord Jesus Himself through the holy blood of Jesus, through His death on the cross, so that believers will be sanctified and without blemish before Him. From the results of the interviews, information was obtained that there are still congregations who find it difficult to accept teachings about reconciliation, because they are still bound by the culture of their ancestors. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods[1]with literature review approaches, analysis studies, observations, surveys and interviews. From the results of the interview, information was obtained that not all congregations can live diligently and have full hope in God, because they are still influenced by the cultural customs of their ancestors. There is a possibility that God's servants have taught well through sermons, but there is no follow-up so there are still congregations who are not faithful to accompanying God. The background of God's servants among GKKB are different in terms of education, age, length of service, gender, Offices and places of ministry of course also vary the way and depth of material in teaching this atonement to the congregation. Therefore, the writer formulates the problem: 1) Which dimension is the most dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 1:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? And 2) Which background is dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 15:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? 1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? And 2) Which background is dominant in determining the level of confirmation of teaching about reconciliation based on Colossians 15:1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? 1-23 among the servants of the Christian Church of West Kalimantan? Timber forests have many functions and play an essential role in human life. This means that the existence of timber forests provides many benefits for human life. Economic development activities actively implemented throughout the province of West Kalimantan have resulted in more and more areas of timber forest and rubber plantation areas being converted into oil palm plantations. The rampant development of oil palm plantations carried out by investors and those carried out independently by each resident, in essence, provides a significant enough job opportunity for the population in each area that continues to grow. Job opportunities created through economic development offer opportunities to every working population to earn income, fulfilling various life needs is mainly directed to fulfilling family nutritional consumption. If the family's nutrition is guaranteed, then the average life span of the population can be longer. In addition to meeting his family's needs, this income can also be used to finance children's education belonging to the school-age group. If the income earned by each family is large enough, then the family should be able to live in prosperity. This means that timber forest and rubber plantation areas privately owned by the community have been converted into oil palm plantations, significantly contributing to the economic growth of districts/cities in West Kalimantan province and improving the community's welfare.
