Changes in IT governance is urgently needed to support the business transformation. PT XYZ is a bank that transformed its business model to compete optimally in today's digital era. The reasons are to modernize legacy systems and existing work units, develop more customer-centric products, and expand banking service coverage. This research’s objectives were to look at elements of IT governance by De Haes & Grembergen which are structures, processes, and relational mechanisms. The analysis was carried out by looking at the condition of the bank before and after the transformation that happened because of changes in the governance of IT decision making that will be seen using theory from Weill & Ross. Data were collected from annual and internal reports, also interviews with parties related to IT governance at PT XYZ. The results of this research showed that transformation happened in all elements of IT governance. Changes in organizational structure and alignment processes between business and IT, as well as product development methods such as the application of bi-modal governance, which uses both waterfall and agile, occurred after the transformation. Recommendations are given to PT XYZ to restructure the organization and schedule regular meetings to affiliate IT project development.

BACKGROUND: In the global pandemic of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19), many countries have reported a decrease in visits to hospitals, and health-care systems around the world are reshaping health protocols. Health service and education in orthopedics are also affected although not at the frontline in dealing COVID-19. METHODS: The data from this study collected from several official databases, including the Indonesian Ministry of Health, Central Java provincial government, general hospital, and orthopedic surgery cases. RESULTS: Pandemic COVID-19 started in March 2020 in Indonesia. Surakarta has become one of the epicenters. Health services in the orthopedic department also experienced a decrease cases on all divisions (outpatient clinics, emergency rooms, and inpatients). Mann–Whitney non-parametric comparative test showed significance result in p value operation of orthopedic cases and inpatients (p = 0.016 and p = 0.016; p < 0.05), meanwhile, outpatient visits did not show significance result with p = 0.0509 (p > 0.05). The decrease in the number of cases being treated in the orthopedic service also has an impact on education and training programs. The digital era is one of the choices in the field of education. However, digital resources cannot substitute for direct patient exposure. CONCLUSION: The average number of orthopedic patients during the pandemic period from January to December 2020 decreased compared to visits in the same period in 2019 so that orthopedic services at tertiary and academic referral hospitals experienced a significant decrease in cases. The education and services department must adapt to the policy on educational activities for residents and medical students. The education department and hospital institutions restructured and reorganized resident doctors to continue providing services. The digital era is an option that supports the education process during a pandemic.

This paper aimed to explain public financial governance based on good governance implementation in Jakarta Provincial Government. This paper specifically discussed towards transparancy implementation of local budget (APBD) through open data portal that publishes budget data to public. In general, financial transparency through open data has met Transparency 2.0 standards, namely the existence of encompassing, one-stop, one-click budget accountability and accessibility. But there are indeed some shortcomings that are still a concern in order to continue to maintain commitment to the principle of transparency, namely by updating data through consistent data visualization.Transparency of public finance needs to continue to be developed and improved through various innovations to maintain public trust in the government.Keywords: Public Finance, Open Data, Transparency

Human development is a development paradigm that puts human (population) as the focus and final target of all development activities, namely the achievement of control over resources (income to achieve decent living), improvement of health status (long life and healthy life) and improve education. To see the success rate of human development, UNDP publishes an indicator of Human Development Index (HDI). This study discusses the achievements of human development that have been pursued by the government. The problem analyzed in this research is the difference of human development achievement in some provincial government in Indonesia. This paper aims to compare the achievements of human development in some provincial governments seen from the achievement of human development index of each province. In 2001, the website of the Palace Museum was opened to the public, marking that museum’s first step into the digital era in China. Numerous studies and much research has concentrated on how to employ this new technology in order to digitize the museum and its collection. However, little attention has been paid to research regarding visitor satisfaction’s regarding museum websites in China. This research aims to fill the gap. Consequently, this conceptual model has been proposed, and the Palace Museum website was as the research objective. Empirical methodology has been applied and the online survey was created to gather data, which results in a total of 557 questionnaires being analyzed though the SPSS 20.0. The findings demonstrate that system quality, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, and the museum’s image have a positive impact on visitor satisfaction regarding their continuance intention. Furthermore, managerial implications are proposed for museum practitioners.
