Abstrak Penelitian dengan judul “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Pembelian Handphone Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Studi Kasus Padang Cell Lubuklinggau” mempunyai tujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode analytical hierarchy process pada sistem pendukung keputusan sebagai sarana bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian handphone.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi metode kepustakaan, wawancara, angket kuesioner dan browsing internet. Sedangkan untuk perancangan sistem digunakan desain sistem meliputi penggunaan diagram konteks, data flow diagram dan flowchart.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara merancang model sistem pendukung keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh. Kemudian data yang diperoleh tersebut diolah untuk menentukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan dibuat menggunakan macromedia dreamweaver, php dan mysql sebagai database. Selanjutnya, sistem yang telah dibuat disimulasikan untuk mendapatkan alternatif pilihan pengambilan keputusan sesuai dengan data yang diperoleh.Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi berupa ranking atau urutan prioritas alternatif pilihan handphone, hasil dari perbandingan nilai kepentingan antara alternatif satu dengan lainnya menggunakan Sistem Simple Addtive Weighting. Hasil simulasi yang telah dilakukan didapat urutan prioritas alternatif dengan perolehan nilai prioritas yang didapatkan dari hasil penilaian. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode SAW, Web   ABSTRACT Research with the title "Decision Support System For Mobile Purchase Method Using SAW (Simple Addtive Weighting) Case Studies Padang Cell Lubuklinggau" whose purpose is to implement the method of analytical hierarchy process in decision support systems as aids in making purchasing decisions handphone.Metode data collection used in this study include methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires and internet browsing. As for the system design used the system design include the use context diagrams, data flow diagrams and flowchart.Research This is done by designing a model of decision support system in accordance with the data obtained. Then the data obtained is processed to determine a decision support system that will be created using Macromedia Dreamweaver, PHP and MySQL as a database. Furthermore, the system has been created to get the simulated alternative decision making in accordance with the data of this obtained. Research produce information in the form of ranking or order of priority alternative mobile phone, the result of a comparison of the value of interests between the alternatives with each other using the Simple Addtive Weighting System. The simulation results obtained have been done with the acquisition of alternative priority order priority values ​​obtained from the results of the assessment.  Keyword: Decision Support System, SAW Method, Web

The contractors must consider the structure ability to cope and resist against accidental phenomena such as earthquake, flood, storm or fire, during the structure service life. In this way, the major losses of life and property are prevented as far as possible. In this regard, the building roof and structure selection is of great importance among contractors.The main objective of this research is to provide a model for building contractors for building roof and structure selection using the decision support system. Accordingly, a decision support system is designed for building contractors to select the building roof and structure using analytical Hierarchy process (AHP) and VIKOR techniques. The data were collected using a questionnaire.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Beasiswa Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik (PPA) sebagai salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah Republik Indonesia terhadap dunia pendidikan. Beasiswa yang disalurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Perguruan Tinggi yang ada di Indonesia ini, penyeleksian dan penetapan penerimanya sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pihak Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Tahap inilah yang sangat rentan terjadinya kecurangan. Pada objek penelitian  yang diteliti hingga saat ini proses penyeleksian masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini tentu saja kurang efektif dan efisien, serta rentan akan terjadinya kesalahan bahkan kecurangan. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu metodologi dan aplikasi yang tepat dalam melakukan penyeleksian penerima beasiswa tersebut. Decision Support System digunakan sebagai solusi untuk melakukan perekomendasian penerima beasiswa, khususnya dengan menggunakan Metode Technique  for  Order  Preference  by  Similarity  to  Ideal  Solution  (TOPSIS)  dan  Analytical  Hierarcy Process (AHP). Penggunaan kombinasi dua metode tersebut dilakukan agar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik jika dibandingkan  dengan menggunakan satu metode. Hasilnya,  aplikasi  decision support system dengan penerapan kombinasi metode Topsis dan AHP berhasil di rancang dan di ujicoba, serta sukses dalam perekomendasian penerima beasiswa PPA dengan menghasilkan data alternatif mahasiswa yang terurut mulai dari nilai preferensi yang paling tinggi 0.764 hingga terendah 0.189. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi pengambil keputusan dalam mengambil keputusan yang efektik, efisien dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. So as to produce the ranking of students, two students with the highest score in each department that will get a Joint Degree Program scholarship.Keywords: Scholarship, Student, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Decision Support System.

Increasing population growth also contributes to the increasing need for homes or dwellings as basic human needs. Many ways people do to meet these needs, among others, by buying from someone else, building it yourself or by buying a house in a housing developer. Houses besides being a basic human need, it is also used as an indicator of one's success and as an asset for business development and an increase in the economic value of the owner. Prospective home buyers certainly have criteria that are considered in choosing a house. Many of the existing criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one choice of the house to be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, the writer tries to try to make a Decision Support System in a Home Purchase that will later help prospective home buyers in deciding which house to buy. The decision-making method used in this system is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as a form of decision-making model that is suitable for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems with the main input being human perception. Combined with the Borda method which is one method of group decision making that can combine the results of perceptual analysis (the results of AHP analysis) from several decision makers. it is necessary to have a group decision-making technique (group decision support system). So that the resulting home purchase decision can be accepted by all decision makers (family).
