In China, closed caption is the latest technology standard separating the caption from the image. In current digital television system, it is an urgent issue to be resolved that how to implement the real-time transmission of closed caption with its host video. This paper proposed a kind of closed caption and its representation method. It also designed a closed caption data structure based on XML and provided a solution about how to package XML file and XML Schema file into MXF files.

Using the equipment, YL-236 single chip microcomputer (SCM) control device installation and debugging training platform, used in the SCM event of the National Vocational Students Skills Competition (NVSSC) as hardware carrier, this paper researched the application method of real-time operating system (RTOS) in the implementation of the SCM Skills Competition task, and apply the real-time multitasking operating system (RTMOS), RTX51, in the 8-bit 51 SCM. That allows switch of circulation tasks, supports the signal transmission, utilizes the interrupt function in parallel, and has very small demand for RAM. That makes whole SCM task to develop much easier and more convenient, and enhances the real-time performance and reliability of the SCM Skills Competition task at the same time.

This work presents the design and implementation of drivers fatigue detection system based on FPGA to prevent car accidents. According to the bright pupil phenomenon, which is produced by the retina when the incident lights wavelength is 850 nm, drivers eyes can be detected easily. While acquiring the real-time video of the drivers face by camera, the system accomplishes the detection of drivers eyes by using a simplified PCNN (pulse coupled neural network) and the computation of the PERCLOS (Percentage of Eye Closure) to decide whether the driver is fatigue or not. All the designing and accomplishments of the system are based on the FPGA platform Xilinx Virtex Pro Development Board. During the experiments, the system has the ability of processing 25 frames/sec, which is the speed of collection of the used camera. Also, the fatigue detection system has good stability and accuracy.

TPMS transmittingmodule uses the infineon triad integrated module SP370 design, to achievedetection information, and transmitting to the receiving module by the wirelesstransmission. The receiving module is to accept data and process ofabnormal situation, and through the process of software to design the tyre gasleak detecting method.

According to the requirements of mine safety warning, the current paper designs and implements the mining monitoring system based on Wi-Fi for collecting and uploading the mine environmental data. The specific studies mentioned in this paper include the transmission of personnel and equipment information, the real-time uploading of alarm information and the real-time issuing of instructions from the dispatch center. Experiments show that the system has the stable and reliable communication between the labels and readers. The system which has the good scalability is also convenient for the access of other Wi-Fi support devices.
