An employee performance evaluation of the Buddhist Dharma University is needed to see the potential of its human resources. To get an employee performance appraisal in one year requires a decision support system that is fast and measurable so that the information obtained is accurate. The method used in assessing employee performance uses profile matching and is compared with the SAW (simple additive weight) method so that the results can be properly compared. The purpose of employee appraisal is so that leaders can easily obtain information about employee performance ratings at Buddhii Dharma University. The results of the value using the profile matching method can be recommended for salary increases and positions of 4 employees. Which can be recommended for salary increases there are 17 employees and those who are not eligible for salary increases and positions are valued at 12 employees. And comparing with the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) method, there are 19 employees who are eligible to raise salaries and 14 employees who are not eligible to raise salaries and positions

In  organization,  especially  in  a  company,  it  is  necessary  to  implement a  monitoring  and  an  appraisal  toward  the  activities of  the employees. Performance Appraisal is the  activity  of  an  organization  in  appraising  the  task  that has been done by the employees / organization member. Strategic Models is  one of the models in the Decision Support Systems (DSS) that can be used as an  alternative way in doing the Performance Appraisal. Strategic Models is used by  the top management to help in determining the organization’s objective, the  resources that are needed to achieve the objective, the policy to determine the  result, the usage, the assignment, and the management of the resources. In calculating formulas, Assignment Model and Sociometry Model which are used  as the implementation of  Strategic Models can give a useful result to the  management in getting the best employee.

PT.ISS Indonesia is the best and the largest Integrated Facility Service company in Indonesia with service coverage for Facility services, catering services, access control and parking.There are several fields in the company, one of which is the gardener. Gardener is one of the important parts in the company that is responsible for plant maintenance and gardening of a government agency or lodging company. A gardener has responsibility in terms of providing flowers for decoration in rooms such as rooms, lobbies, restaurants and rest rooms. The selection of the best gardener is done manually so that it requires a strong memory and accuracy for a leader.To overcome this, a system is needed to support the mindset of a leader in making objective decisions. There are several methods in decision support systems that can be used, one of which is the Profile Matching algorithm, which is a simple method in decision support systems by comparing GAP between alternative values and criteria.It is hoped that this research can provide a solution in recommending the best gardener in the company.So that it can facilitate the leadership in making decisions.Keywords : decision support systems, best gardener,  profile matching

Human resources an important role for the agency. Good employee performance can provide a good image for the company. Many companies give rewards or rewards to their employees for their work performance. The assessment is done in addition to giving or appreciation as well as motivation for employees to work better. Problems that often occur in the employee appraisal process are the large number of employees and the criteria assessed and data processing are still in conventional process so that takes a long time and the results of the assessment are still not objective. To overcome, application was built could simplify the employee performance appraisal process. The method used is Profile Matching to assess and determine employees who excel. Factors or criteria used in the form of performance, discipline, honesty, years of service, cooperation. Profile matching is broadly the process of comparing the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value. Application is built based on web with PHP programming and MYSQL. To help the process of employee performance appraisal at Universitas Prima Indonesia. Collecting data in research using literature studies, observations, interviews, and sampling. Result the research is Profile Matching Method can be use for Decision Support System in determining employee achievement, with the highest calculation results in the sample data obtained by A3 and the lowest position obtained by A1. In academic, research can be an enrichment of teaching materials especially in subject of Decision Support Systems and information systems in general.

INTISARIPada kantor UPK Kecamatan di kabupaten klungkung, belum adanya sistem informasi untuk mengelola segala bentuk proses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pemberian dana hibah PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. Disamping itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sistem pendukung keputusan serta untuk mengetahui respon user terhadap sistem pendukung keputusan yang telah diciptakan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Membangun rancangan sistem pendukung keputusan proses, yaitu (1) Identifikasi masalah, (2) Alternatif solusi, (3) Rancangan produk, (4) Rancangan pengembangan materi dan perangkat lunak, (5) Produk awal, (6) Uji ahli, (7) Revisi tahap I, (8) Uji empirik terbatas, (9) Revisi tahap II, (10) Uji kelompok lapangan, (11) Produk akhir. Analisis pada pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pemberian dana hibah PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan menggunakan pendekatan analisis model dengan metode profile matching, analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan kebutuhan non fungsional.Hasil pada uji kelompok kecil memperoleh skor total sebesar 77,77% dan hasil pada uji kelompok besar memperoleh persentase skor total 98%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem sangat layak digunakan sebagai pendukung keputusan PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. Pengujian perbandingan sistem kerja lama dan sistem baru pembuktiannya dengan pengujian t-test. Hipotesis alternatif berbunyi Ha lebih baik. Hasil pengujian harga t hitung adalah -9,726 dan t tabel adalah 1,812. Harga t hitung jatuh pada Ha atau penolakan Ho. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara sistem kerja baru dan lama. Sistem kerja baru lebih baik dari sistem kerja lama.Kata kunci: Sistem, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan. ABSTRACT                At the UPK Kecamatan office in klungkung district, there is no information system to manage all forms of process. The purpose of this research is to design decision support system in PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan grants grant selection. Besides, this study was conducted to determine the feasibility of decision support systems and to determine the user response to decision support systems that have been created.                This research uses research development approach (Research and Development). Data collection is done by using questionnaire, while research method used to analyze data is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. (1) Problem identification, (2) Alternative solution, (3) Product design, (4) Material and software development plan, (5) Initial product, (6) Expert test, (7) ) Revision phase I, (8) Limited empirical test, (9) Revision phase II, (10) Field group test, (11) Final product. Analysis of decision support in PNPM Mandiri Rural grants election using model analysis approach with profile matching method, functional requirement analysis and non functional requirement.                The results in the small group test obtained a total score of 77.77% and the results in the large group test obtained a 98% total score percentage. From these results it can be concluded that the system is very suitable to be used as a supporter of PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan decision. Comparative testing of old working system and new system of proof with t-test. Alternative hypothesis reads Ha better. The result of t test price is -9,726 and t table is 1,812. Price t arithmetic falls on Ha or rejection Ho. That is, there is a significant difference between new and old work systems. The decision support system in selecting staff candidates at COPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENTMEDIA & COMMUNITY) is expected to assist in deciding the selection of outstanding staff. Previouslythere had never been an award for outstanding staff every year, it was undeniable that it was a difficulty inchoosing outstanding staff. To find out which staff is performing well, it is necessary to conduct aperformance appraisal of prospective staff. Conduct assessment results for outstanding staff using theprofile matching method. With the application of the profile matching method in selecting outstanding staffto solve problems that exist during the selection process of outstanding staff, so there are no errors indecision making. It is hoped that this effort can assist leaders in providing performance appraisals forprospective staff. After the leader gives a performance appraisal, the results of the assessment arecalculated using the profile matching method. The results of the selection of outstanding staff atCOPPAMAGZ (KOREAN ENTERTAINMENT MEDIA & COMMUNITY), namely a staff named Cindy witha data entry position with the final result of calculating a total of 5 ranks 1. AbstractThis paper deals with a major difficulty and potential limiting factor in present-day decision support - that of assigning precise value to an item (or group of items) of clinical information. Historical determinist descriptive thinking has been challenged by current concepts of uncertainty and probability, but neither view is adequate. Four equations are proposed outlining factors which affect the value of clinical information, which explain some previously puzzling observations concerning decision support. It is suggested that without accommodation of these concepts, computer-aided decision support cannot progress further, but if they can be accommodated in future programs, the implications may be profound.
