The purposes are to evaluate the Distributed Clustering Algorithm (DCA) applicability in the power system’s big data processing and find the information economic dispatch strategy suitable for new energy consumption in power systems. A two-layer DCA algorithm is proposed based on K-Means Clustering (KMC) and Affinity Propagation (AP) clustering algorithms. Then the incentive Demand Response (DR) is introduced, and the DR flexibility of the user side is analyzed. Finally, the day-ahead dispatch and real-time dispatch schemes are combined, and a multi-period information economic dispatch model is constructed. The algorithm performance is analyzed according to case analyses of new energy consumption. Results demonstrate that the two-layer DCA’s calculation time is 5.23s only, the number of iterations is small, and the classification accuracy rate reaches 0.991. Case 2 corresponding to the proposed model can consume the new energy, and the income of the aggregator can be maximized. In short, the multi-period information economic dispatch model can consume the new energy and meet the DR of the user side.

At present, people pay more attention to the energy consumption of building electrical design, the use of energy-saving design can maximize the energy conservation resources, and ultimately increase the pace of social sustainable development. Therefore, the energy-saving designers involved in the need to follow the economic rational, safe and feasible benchmark to select the appropriate energy-saving measures to increase research and development of new technologies, new products and new energy, the concept of sustainable development to be implemented. In view of this, this paper mainly analyzes the energy saving technical measures in the electrical design of thebuilding.

The paper introduces the meaning of “energy-saving and emission reduction” in new energy vehicles, analyzes the basic forms of new energy vehicles, proposes two-step method for calculating energy-saving performance, and establishes energy consumption calculation formulas through comparative analysis on overall energy consumption and emission during the whole life between several types of pure electric vehicles and conventional vehicles. The paper provides theoretical support for rational development of energy-saving new energy automotive industry.

Aiming at the energy waste problem in the modern hotel, hotel intelligent control system applied the PAC, internet communication, touch screen and on-scene communication technology, combined with human-based management mode. Practices substantiate that the system is safe and reliable, presenting good man-machine interactivity, reducing the energy consumption and costs, improving the market competitiveness of the hotel.Modern hotel should the clean production, energy resources’ saving, which is also an important step of environment protection that has been repeatedly asserted. Hotel is a typical representative as for energy consumption. It is estimated that the power consumption in a medium-sized (300 rooms) star hotel open for business, runs up to 500 to 700 KWH annually [1]. Therefore, it is of great significance to promote energy conservation in hotel. "Intelligent hotel energy conservation and environmental protection control system" is built around the concept of energy-saving and consumption reducing. Meanwhile, it surrounds three themes: utilization of new energy, energy efficiency, environment protection. It cherishes an comprehensive modern facility, which include central air-conditioning, boilers, water cycle, lights, intelligent garage and all the installation deserved. Its study is a prospective and practical one.

The 1975 reduction of energy consumption was chiefly due to the recession; plans and forecasts for 1975-80 indicate a return towards pre-1973 energy usage and the upward trend becomes moderated only in 1980-85. Europe's relative dependence on imported oil is likely to decline, due to increased production of North Sea oil and of nuclear electricity, as well as to the better utilization of other indigenous sources, though there are some uncertainties about these. Beyond 1985, however, new energy sources are likely to be needed; in order to secure them in time, R & D effort ought to be strengthened now, and on a cooperative international basis.

The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.
