Airfield lighting system is necessary visual aids to ensure the normal movements of aircraft at night or under low visibility conditions. A hybrid network monitoring system based on CAN bus and Ethernet was introduced in the paper according to the actuality of national airfield lighting control system. The AC chop voltage regulating technology was adopted to adjust light level in the Dimmer what is the core of the system, configuration software, hybrid network technology were used to realize the remote monitoring, overall design scheme, the choice of hardware and software platform, and the realization method of network communication were gave out in the paper. Experimental results show that system performance is superior, and be worth promoting.

Since electro-hydraulic servo system has fast response and highest control accuracy, it has been widely used in industrial application, including aircraft, mining, manufacturing, and agriculture, etc. With the fast development of computer science, it is feasible and available to evaluate the performance of the designed control system via virtual simulation before the practical usage of the system. In order to optimize the design procedure of the electro-hydraulic proportional controller, the co-simulation design method based on AMESim-Matlab is presented for the electro-hydraulic servo system in this paper. High accuracy of the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo system was full-fitted by the use of AMESim, and the advantage of high solving precision for large amount of calculation was full played using Matlab. The PID controller was employed to realize the efficient control of the motion of the hydraulic cylinder. The united simulation technique was adopted to verify the good performance of the designed control system. The simulation results suggest that the proposed method is effective for the design of electro-hydraulic servo systems and thus has application importance.

According to the characteristics of configuration software and process control course, the configuration software is applied to teaching practice of process control. Configuration software can realize the mathematical model and the design of the digital controller of the controlled object in the process control, and can build different process control system. In the teaching practice of process control, the combination of theory and simulation practice not only makes the boring process control theory more vivid and helps students to understand and remember the theoretical knowledge easily, but also improves the students’ learning interest, efficiency and enthusiasm. Practices prove that this method is an effective way to teach process control system. And it also provides a new idea for such kind of control courses.

This paper introduced a design and implementation of heat exchange station control system based on PLC and industrial configuration software, including the control scheme and principle, hardware selection and software design, etc. The circulating pumps and replenishing pumps in the system can all be driven automatically by PLC and inverter. Main process parameters e.g. steam pressure and measurement temperature can all be shown on the industrial PC running configuration software, and instructions could be sent by the engineer and operator on-the-spot via the Human Machine Interface as well. The automatic pressures adjustment of steam supply of the heater by advanced PID algorithm has been realized finally. It is verified that the system is highly reliable and stable, and it greatly enhances the level of automation and pressure control accuracy of the heat exchange station and meets all the equipments running demands well.

Control and monitor system of foamed cement mixing device are designed based on PLC and MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) configuration software, it realizes data collection and dynamic monitoring, data processing. Through the control system, it achieves automatic control to foamed cement mixing device. Experiments show the system has advantanges of high precision, reliability and good maintain.

The network communication between MATLAB and configuration software is established using DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) technology, which is easily to give full play to generate interactive interface in configuration software and simulation of control object model in MATLAB software. The calculation function of weakness in configuration software is repaired and the control object model and controller is to be isolated. The effective simulation platform for theory research and design of control system is established.

In order to realize intelligent control, the cutting trajectory of TBM research machine adopts the principle of teaching and reappearing cutting trajectory control method, combining with the control system of teaching and reappearing and SIMATIC C7, operation interface is realized by using configuration software monitoring, monitoring site visually through the operation panel parameters change, timely adjust the cutting parameters. The experimental results show that the tracking error within the scope of the permit. The method to improve the intelligence of machine cutting control provides a reference basis.

In view of the traditional wired sensing network PLC control system wiring difficulty, the equipment mobilized shortcoming, this article has designed based on the ZigBee wireless communication pharmaceutical factory automation control system. Using the ZigBee technology realization wireless sensing network, completes automatically to the plant production in various parameters monitor, the analysis, processing, automatically does not conform to the request parameter to completely or the part production process in to carry on the adjustment. This design uses the LabView software to replace the configuration software to complete the backstage the movement. Using LabView to carry on the instrument system the design, the examination and the realization, may reduce the system the development time, enhances the production efficiency. This system has the broad application prospect.
