La pandemia scoppiata nel 2020 ha determinato il trasferimento della didattica in presenza a una mediata da uno schermo. Il cambiamento ha posto l’attenzione su tale modalità sollevando domande sulla sua organizzazione. Il contributo esplora tali temi e si focalizza sugli spazi formativi digitali, analizzati dal punto di vista dell’usabilità: tale concetto racchiude l’efficacia, la piacevolezza, la facilità d’uso di un sistema (Nielsen, 1994). In questo studio, sono stati presi in considerazione due sistemi: Moodle e WordPress. Entrambi hanno come obiettivo finale la gestione di contenuti digitali, ma con finalità diverse. Nelle due piattaforme, opportunamente allestite, sono state implementate alcune risorse aperte di italiano come L2. Per la raccolta di dati sono stati impiegati un software di monitoraggio del comportamento degli utenti, interviste e questionari. L’analisi dei dati ha fatto emergere indicazioni sull’esperienza di apprendimento degli utenti e sul loro comportamento, nonché sull’efficacia degli ambienti e dei materiali Parole chiave: AMBIENTI DI APPRENDIMENTO DIGITALI, ITALIANO L2, USABILITÀ, ANALISI DELL’APPRENDIMENTO Since the explosion of the pandemic in 2020, teaching and learning practices have been forced to switch from a face-to-face model to one mediated by a screen. This change has placed intense attention on the character of computer-mediated instruction. This paper explores these themes and focuses on formative digital spaces, analyzed from the point of view of usability: this concept includes efficacy and the ease and pleasantness of use of a system (Nielsen, 1994). In this study, two systems were considered: Moodle and WordPress. They share the goal of managing digital content, albeit with different objectives. In both platforms, accessible, open-source L2 Italian materials were made available. For the data collection, interviews, questionnaires, and software monitoring users’ behavior were employed. The analysis of the data sheds light on the learning experience of the users and their behavior, as well as on the efficacy of the environments and materials. Este cambio ha focalizado la atención en el carácter de la enseñanza mediada por computadora. Este artículo explora estos temas y se centra en los espacios formativos digitales, analizados desde el punto de vista de la usabilidad. Este concepto incluye la eficacia, la facilidad y el agrado del uso de un sistema (Nielsen, 1994). En este estudio, se consideraron dos sistemas: Moodle y WordPress. Ambos comparten la finalidad de gestionar los contenidos digitales, aunque con objetivos diferentes. En las dos plataformas se ofrecieron materiales accesibles y de código abierto de italiano como segunda lengua. Para la recogida de datos se emplearon entrevistas, cuestionarios y programas informáticos de monitorización del comportamiento de usuarios y usuarias. El análisis de los datos arroja luz sobre la experiencia de aprendizaje de las personas usuarias y su comportamiento, así como sobre la eficacia de los entornos y de los materiales. AbstractIn educational context, a source of nuisance for students is carbon dioxide ($$CO_2$$ C O 2 ) concentration due to closed rooms and lack of ventilation or circulatory air. Also, in the pandemic context, ventilation in indoor environments has been proven as a good tool to control the COVID-19 infections. In this work, it is presented a low cost IoT-based open-hardware and open-software monitoring system to control ventilation, by measuring carbon dioxide ($$CO_2$$ C O 2 ), temperature and relative humidity. This system provides also support for automatic updating, auto-self calibration and adds some Cloud and Edge offloading of computational features for mapping functionalities. From the tests carried out, it is observed a good performance in terms of functionality, battery durability, compared to other measuring devices, more expensive than our proposal.

The article deals with the problem of adaptation of the Russian oil and gas company (Novatek, Russia) to the rapidly changing external environment, the avalanche of data from competitors, and the need to filter important information for business development and the prosperity of the industry as a whole. The approach is based on the system of integrated software monitoring of key business processes at the enterprise developed by the authors—from the formation of the idea of a new product to its implementation to paying customers. The scientific novelty lies in the use of an optimization model that allows for minimizing the maximum losses of the investor at all levels of decision-making, from the distribution of capital between companies, to the optimization of internal reserves to increase the competitiveness of the company. The toolkit is a minimax model that allows you to redistribute the shares of investor influence at the portfolio level, and then within the business processes of each company selected by investors, in order to achieve the optimal solution in accordance with the selected estimated indicators. Application of the well-known portfolio investment models of Markowitz, Tobin, Sharp, etc. is not possible due to the lack of necessary data on the basis of which the probabilistic parameters involved in the model are estimated. Even if we get them, it is necessary to take into account the level of correlation influence of the technological process in the composition of each subsystem, which is unacceptable for the data used, as it leads to a strong increase in errors. Using minimax and a systematic approach allows you to minimize such errors by choosing a balanced concentration of distributed assets for both the investor and the buyer. To this end, a three-way analysis of the company’s development was carried out and a technology for comprehensive improvement of the company’s activities was developed in the following areas: the company’s rating in the industry, financial condition, and interaction with counterparties using merchandising technologies. Tools for optimal image zoning at the Novatek site using the minimax approximation criterion have been developed. The technology provides a procedure for creating a comfortable mode of image perception based on high-tech visualization of merchandising, zoning of the screen area, and a mathematical approach that allows you to develop a calculation algorithm.

Azolla Filliculoides has been utilized as biofertilizer to increase productivity and yield of paddy. Azolla was used as a good source of nutrient to the paddy plant. In this study, we investigated the growth and productivity of paddy plant supplemented with liquid Azolla biofertilizer. The preparation of Azolla was monitored under several parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and salinity in an aquaponics system. Water quality analysis of the aquaponic system was monitored by using the Arduino system which the customized design that consists of a microcontroller to record the parameters directly to the computing device in a single optimum and efficient system. The nutrient composition of liquid Azolla biofertilizer was analyzed by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP/MS) and CHNS elemental analysers. hows that liquid Azolla contents 0.958% nitrogen, 15.5 ppm phosphorus and 159.8 ppm potassium. After four months, the yield of paddy on Azolla was 149.12 kg/he with the productivity of 63.157 kg/he/year. This application helped to an efficient monitoring system for measure high yield and productivity of biofertilizer by Arduino software monitoring. This study can act as an initial step for the web-based automated control and monitoring of the food production system.

Priority is given to ensure safety and efficiency of technological processes in hazardous industries, especially in mining operations. Such factories utilize enormous amount of safety sensors. Triggering any one of them stops operations both locally and globally. For example, a single belt conveyor is fitted with up to a hundred sensors and reaches few kilometers length. It is very important to quickly localize a position of a triggered safety sensor to proceed with elimination of an accident. The purpose of this work is to create a hardware-software monitoring system of extended objects (f.e. belt conveyor), which detects a triggering of a two-wire safety line. According to the purpose of this work the following were developed and tested: a physical control model that replicates the triggering of safety sensors, a hardware architecture of monitoring system, a mathematical model of separate nodes of devices, electrical schematics, and a device prototype. A function algorithms and software architectures for each device were developed and tested. As a result an experimental system prototype was developed with accordance to the rules of hazardous environment. On a basis of a monitoring system and a physical control model a simulation bench was developed. By results of concluded experiments following system specifications were deducted: safety sensor triggering detection in less than 100 ms, an address definition from 1 up to 3 simultaneously triggered safety sensors, definition of the type of accident. Created monitoring system may be used to control a variety of industrial extended objects, in particular in gas- and dust-hazardous environment, using discrete safety sensors.
