One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

Teacher Research Analysis Using the Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje Method (VIKOR). The process of analysis in teacher assessment can produce good teaching so that students can understand the lesson optimally. With a professional teacher who can create Human Resources (HR) who are experts. Therefore, teacher assessment plays an important role in producing human resources who are experts in their fields. But there are still many teacher assessments that are still manual, thus making the process long and inefficient. The entry of technology into various fields, especially education, can make the teacher assessment process more efficient and systematic. To facilitate the assessment of teachers can use a Decision Support System (SPK). With SPK, making weighting with complex and difficult criteria easier. There are many SPK methods to facilitate teacher assessment, in this case the author uses the SPK method is Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR). This method can facilitate the ranking of alternative professional teachers. So as to produce a decision support system to determine teacher achievement.

The quality and success of a company is determined from the planning and efforts to meet the needs of Human Resources carried out in the selection process. This means that in an effective selection process good human resources can be obtained for a longer period of time. In this study, the effectiveness of student values ​​will be analyzed with a decision support system that is used to facilitate management in the selection stage of industrial class students. From the results of the assessment, the student will be recommended to become a new employee of PT BUMA who comes from the vocational level through an industry-based curriculum education program. There are 5 criteria in the process of calculating the assessment of industrial class students, including the average student report card grades, psychological test results, HRD interviews, physical checks and pre-medical. Value processing uses a decision support system with a Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) where if the greater the student's grade results, the better the rankings produced, the more in line with the criteria expected by the company. The MOORA method was chosen because it can provide ease in the ranking process by finding the best alternative from several alternatives.

The quality of human resources is one of the supporting factors to improve the performance productivity of an agency. An agency cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR) working in it. The quality of human resources is one factor to improve the productivity of an institution's performance. Therefore, an assessment in employee selection is an important part of providing qualified employees for the company. Problems that occur in CV Techindo Global Solutions is the process of receiving employees who are still using the manual way and based on subjective assessment results so that the process of acceptance of employees to be slow and inaccurate. The absence of an application program in support of decision making for employee recruitment. Based on this, the author designed the decision support system of employee appraisal on CV. Techindo Global Solutions using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) methods. Employee acceptance system is done by using Analytic Hierarchy Process method to determine the weight of each criterion and the use of Technique For Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution to conduct ranking alternatives in the form of employee data. This system is built with PHP and MySQL programming language as database. With the program using AHP and TOPSIS method, the new employee's assessment is better than the individual assessment and with the decision support information system, the process of receiving the employee can be helped from the evaluation side.

During this time the health department selected the facilitators by being selected directly by the Head of Human Resources, namely giving questions to the selected facilitators about health. The problem faced by the health department in conducting selection is that it is difficult to consider the facilitator's criteria due to different criteria. This is less effective because the evaluation of these criteria influences the expected selection results. In dealing with the problem of facilitator selection conducted by the Head of Human Resources, a decision support system can be built in dealing with the problem of selection of facilitators by using the ELECTRE method. Criteria that will be used as a facilitator's assessment such as ability, experience, education, creative, and discipline. For this reason, the author expects that the application of the facilitator selection decision support system to apply the ELECTRE method can facilitate health officials in the selection of facilitators
