During this time the health department selected the facilitators by being selected directly by the Head of Human Resources, namely giving questions to the selected facilitators about health. The problem faced by the health department in conducting selection is that it is difficult to consider the facilitator's criteria due to different criteria. This is less effective because the evaluation of these criteria influences the expected selection results. In dealing with the problem of facilitator selection conducted by the Head of Human Resources, a decision support system can be built in dealing with the problem of selection of facilitators by using the ELECTRE method. Criteria that will be used as a facilitator's assessment such as ability, experience, education, creative, and discipline. For this reason, the author expects that the application of the facilitator selection decision support system to apply the ELECTRE method can facilitate health officials in the selection of facilitators

One of the important things that an employee must have is not separated from the performance of an employee. For the effectiveness of human resources work in the assessment of the right decision is needed. Therefore, the software is made that can take a decision to recommend employee achievement for PT. Megariamas Sentosa. The software is built on the basis of a decision support system that has the ability to select outstanding employees using the ELECTRE method. This Electre method has criteria that can determine alternative decisions in application in the software. So that decision makers can determine the selection of outstanding employees. The process in this Electre method compares employees with one employee to another and gives out put value of priority intensity in the form of the assessment result / criteria that has been specified by the company to the employee. The result of this process is recommended as an outstanding employee in PT. Megaria Mas Sentosa.

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. Abstrak: Banyaknya pilihan rumah seringkali membuat calon pembeli merasa ragu atau kesulitan saat harus menentukan langsung rumah yang mana yang akan dibeli, karena pada pemilihan perumahan yang akan dibeli belum ada sistem yang akan membantu dalam memilih perumahan yang dibeli, sehingga pada proses pemilihan masih menggunakan pikiran saja dan belum ada perhitungan pada saat pemilihan perumahan yang akan di beli. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan perumahan. Kriteria yang diajukan dalam proses pemilihan perumahan yaitu: Harga perumahan, Jarak dari pusat kota, Jarak dengan pasar terdekat, [1], tipe perumahan, jarak dengan jalan umum, jarak dengan lahar. Dari hasil pemilihan perumahan menggunakan sistem yang telah dibuat. dengan 10 alternatif, dengan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan yaitu: harga = 5, tipe rumah = 5, jarak dengan pusat kota = 2, jarak dengan pasar terdekat = 2, jarak dengan jalan umum = 4, jarak perumahan dengan lahar = 5, telah diperoleh alternatif yang akan direkomendasikan yaitu perumahan safira residen 70 dengan dengan nilai tertinggi 0,65.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemilihan, Perumahan, Multi Attribute Utility TheoryAbstract: A large number of choices of houses often makes prospective buyers feel doubtful or difficult when they have to determine directly which house to buy because, in the selection of housing to be purchased, no system will assist in choosing the housing to be purchased so that in the selection process, you still use your mind. There is no calculation at the time of the selection of housing to be purchased. The purpose of this research is to produce a housing selection decision support system. The criteria proposed in the housing selection process are housing prices, distance from the city, distance to the nearest market, [1], type of housing, distance to public roads, distance to lava. From the results of the election using the system that has been created. With ten alternatives, with their respective interests. The aim of the study is to recommend the selection of a moisturizing cream using a decision support system ranking technique seen from consumer ratings. This research was conducted in the city of Pematangsiantar. Data obtained by observation to several stores to ensure the availability of moisturizing cream, interviews and observations to 250 consumers who were randomly conducted when they made a transaction to purchase a moisturizing cream. In this case, this research needs to be done considering that moisturizer is a drug used to make facial skin feel moist because with skin that feels moist will make women avoid various problems such as blackheads and acne. Keeping facial skin moist and oil free is not an easy thing for users to do. In addition, the number of moisturizing cream products that are currently making many women confused in choosing a moisturizing cream. Therefore researchers used a Decision Support System (SPK) with the ELECTRE algorithm in recommending the selection of a moisturizing cream based on consumer ratings. In this case the researchers used several assessment criteria including: product price (C1), side effects of usage (C2), product quality (C3), customer commitment (C4), customer trust (C5) and usage reaction (C6). While the alternatives used include: Citra Hazeline (A1), Fair & Lovely (A2), Garnier (A3), Olay (A4), Sariayu (A5) and Wardah (A6). The results of the assessment using the ELECTRE method are Fair & Lovely (A2) and Wardah (A6) as the best moisturizing cream recommendations based on consumer choice

Decision Support System is a system was used to help getting making decisions on a problem, such as  selecting students in  the archery sports that will be face to a championship event such as SEA GAMES (South East Games). In Decision Support System there are many methods that can be used, one of them is Analitycal Hierarchy Process method. Analitycal Hierarchy Process method is one of the more efficient decision-making methods because the data is very detailed, all the criteria and alternatives will be compared one by one. The calculation used to solve a problem uses multiplication to relate the preference value, where the value for each criteria and alternative must be searched for eigen / priority vector first, after it is proved consistency using RI table (ratio index), if the result of verification is less than 10% (0.1) then it is consistent and the calculation can be continued, but if the verification result is more than 10% (0.1) then the calculation is considered inconsistent and needs to be repeated from the beginning. This support system uses a web base, where the data entered will be saved into the MySQL database. The test results of the Student Selection Selection Decision Support System Using Analitycal Hierarchy Process Method Based Web get results as expected on the Black Box. Sangkuriang catfish is a famous clarias clan fish form his slick and long body non-scaly, with dorsal fins and a long rear fin, which sometimes merges into the tail fin makes it look like a short eel. Catfish also have additional breathing apparatus in the form of modifications from gill arc. There is a pair of fins that are spines bone that is sharp, on the pectoral fin. Some things to consider in order to select superior seedlings of sangkuriang catfish such as size, weight, color, physical defect, even water conditions, which in reality not all catfish farmers know about it. This decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method is one of the methods that use the true value in determining the rating of each alternative on each criterion to determine the conclusion of a problem. Based on the results of testing the Selection Decision Support System of the Superior Broodstock Sangkuriang Catfish has an accuracy rate of 87.5%.

Setiap tahun, CV. Anugerah Wangi melakukan pemilihan sales terbaik untuk memotivasi para sales dalam memberikan pelayanan dan peningkatan penjualan sepeda motor. Proses pemilihan sales terbaik masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengumpulkan data seluruh sales dalam 1 tahun. Pekerjaan ini tentu tidak efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, perhitungan yang dilakukan juga menjadi sulit karena mencakup banyak kriteria penilaian. Karena itulah perlu dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan sales terbaik pada CV. Anugerah Wangi yang dapat memudahkan pimpinan untuk melakukan proses perhitungan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Sales Terbaik dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Rank Order Centroid (ROC) dan Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Penggabungan metode ROC dan ARAS dapat mengoptimalkan terhadap pembobotan dalam setiap kriteria yang digunakan. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan sales terbaik yaitu, jumlah penjualan (C1), penilaian pelayanan (C2), jumlah penjualan (C3), masa bekerja (C4) dan kedisiplinan (C5). Dari penelitian ini, dilakukan uji coba terhadap 23 data sales yang kemudian dilakukan perhitungan sehingga mendapatkan hasil rangking teratas yang menjadi sales terbaik yaitu Faizur Rohman dengan nilai 0,916. Abstract           Every year, CV. Anugerah Wangi selects the best sales to motivate sales in providing services and increasing motorcycle sales. The process of selecting the best sales is still done manually by collecting data on all sales in 1 year. This work is certainly not effective and efficient. In addition, the calculations made also become difficult because it includes many assessment criteria. That why it is necessary to make a decision support system in selecting the best sales for CV. Anugerah Wangi. So, it can make it easier for leaders to carry out the calculation process. The Best Sales Selection Decision Support System was made using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) methods. The combination of ROC and ARAS methods can optimize the weighting in each of the criteria used. The criteria used in the selection of the best sales are the number of sales (C1), service assessment (C2), number of sales (C3), years of service (C4), and discipline (C5). From this study, a trial was carried out on 23 sales data which was then calculated so that the top-ranking results were the best sales, namely Faizur Rohman with a value of 0.916.

The research aims to make the Decision Support System the best means of choosing masks with various types of facial skin especially Indonesian women, then recommending which masks are best to use. This problem can be ranked in the study. The method used in this research is the Electre method on the Decision Support System. Sources of research data obtained by interview and observation by giving a set of questions or statements to the customer used as respondents to be answered. The selection of face masks is used with several criteria including: (K1) oily skin, (K2) acne prone skin, (K3) dull skin, (K4) normal skin. And has sub criteria: color (c1), Texture (c2), Aroma (c3), Price (c4). The results of the research using the Electre method are expected to make it easier to determine the ranking of data winners from each alternative by the assessment process and facilitate system implementation.

The Civil Servant Investigator is one of the law enforcement officers that has the function to carry out an investigation process that is given special authority to carry out an investigation process for a violation of the Regional Government Legal Product (PERDA) which contains elements of criminal acts. Usually the crime is not a general crime that can be handled by police investigators. In making the decision on the selection of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) at the Medan Sumatera River Region II Medan the writer uses the Electre method, where Electre is one of the methods for determining the order or priority in MCDM (Multi-Criterion Decision Making). In the use of decision support systems with the Electre method will provide a matching rating value for each alternative. In it all data are combined into one with the weight of the assessment that has been obtained through test assessment. The author tries to design and build a decision support system for the selection of Civil Servant Investigators using the Electre method, providing information needed by the committee in making decisions and applying the Electre Method in determining the Civil Servant Investigator Balai Sumatera River Region II Medan Medan Decision support system is not a making tool decision, but rather a system that helps decision makers by equipping them with information from data that has been processed with relevance and is needed to make decisions about an issue more quickly and accurately
