The influencing factors of consumer shopping behavior play a key role in the later performance of commercial real estate enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of customer patronage and the influence factors of commercial complex site selection decision and their relationship, a causal relationship graph and a system dynamic model are established, which can describe the influence of customer preference on commercial complex site selection decision. And introducing customer subjective factors optimize the original pure objective factors site selection decision model. The model is implemented by using the system dynamics modeling tool Vensim. At the same time, the model is verified by using the data of the first-hand investigation. The results show that the calculated data of the model is in good agreement with the actual data. The results show that the system dynamics method can effectively simulate the influence of various factors on the decision-making of the commercial complex. As the forecast of the model, the key indexes of the decision-making of the city commercial complex are discussed, and the measures to be taken are put forward, which can provide reference for the decision-making of the location.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to solve the dilemma in the process of major selection decision-making.Design/methodology/approachFirstly, the group of weight vector with kernel has been defined. Then, the weighted comprehensive clustering coefficient vector was calculated based on the group of weight vector with kernel. Under the action of weighted comprehensive clustering coefficient vector, the information including in other components around component k and supporting object i to be classified into the k-th category has been gathered to component k. At last, a novel two-stage decision model based on the group of weight vector with kernel and the weighted comprehensive clustering coefficient vector is put forward to solve the dilemma in grey clustering evaluation. Then the overall evaluation conclusion can be consistent with the clustering result according to the rule of maximum value.FindingsA new way to solve the dilemma in the process of major selection decision-making has been found. People can obtain a consistent result with two-stage decision model at the case of dilemma. That is, the conclusion of the overall evaluation is consistent with the clustering result according to the rule of maximum value.Practical implicationsSeveral functional groups of weight vector with kernel have been put forward. The proposed model can solve the clustering dilemma effectively and produce consistent results. Abstract Asset integrity management system (AIMS) consisting of risk based inspection (RBI) and inspection management system (IMS) coupled with digitized equipment records and use of inspection tablets/mobiles will make paperless system for fast and timely decisions & actions. This paper provides a roadmap for implementation of an efficient and cost effective asset integrity management system that will increase the plant reliability & availability, decrease the time and efforts required for inspection, thus ultimately reducing the associated costs of operations. In this paper, the focus is towards digitalized AIMS that should make a company move to digital transformation and enabling it to adapt to industry 4.0 technologies such as artificial intelligence, augmented reality, data analytics, machine learning etc. First step is to perform a gap assessment of existing system to compare what is currently available within organization and what is required for going fully digital for AIM. Next step is to identify software features that are required for AIM digitalization and establish them as point based rating system which are used for rating best suitable software available in the market. Unique features for RBI module, inspection management module and field interface (tablet) module are identified with appropriate weightage to influence the software selection decision. Finally, an estimation of required resources, manpower timeline is provided that will guide in all phases of the implementation. Return on investment on such projects is manifolds. The digitalized AIM will greatly reduce the cost of day to to asset integrity management operations as it will no longer be needed to use multiple paper based reports and separate systems for RBI and IMS functions. Use of field tablet/mobile with possibility of artificial intelligence tools, will significantly reduce the time required for inspectors to do the on site inspection/testing & reporting. Interfacing of digitalized system with ERP/CMMS will automate the work order/notification system. Thus it will reduce an overall effort both in terms of time & money. The roadmap for digitalization of AIMS system will help any organization to make its AIMS digital and achieve the benefits of such system. The methodology provided is unique and can be adopted as best practices by the industry for digitally transforming the AIMS.

PurposeThe authors present a location selection model for the field hospital to build after a possible earthquake in Ankara, Turkey using the VIKOR method.Design/methodology/approachCompanies or governments that make location selection decisions to improve their performance in new investment decisions for different service industries. On the other hand, disasters, especially earthquakes, force the governments to evaluate their existing potentialities and develop action plans to improve their middle and long-term preparations. This paper proposes a VIKOR method-based location selection model for the field hospital to build after a possible earthquake. Also, the authors present a methodology using the VIKOR method that how government agencies take action for the field hospital's location selection process via VIKOR methodology.FindingsThe modeling and application results show that the field hospital's location selection decision-making process improves considerably using the VIKOR model. This paper shows that the proposed VIKOR-based model can rank alternatives suitability at various criteria targeting to minimize the possible earthquake's impact and obtains a single overall ranking score to select the best alternative.Research limitations/implicationsThe study does not consider the uncertain nature of the field hospital selection problem. The application part is restricted to the Ankara case. But the proposed model can easily extend for different locations in the world.Originality/valueThis paper presents the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) framework study of the establishment of field hospitals and demonstrates its importance when criteria diversity is restricted.

Setiap tahun, CV. Abstract           Every year, CV. Anugerah Wangi selects the best sales to motivate sales in providing services and increasing motorcycle sales. The process of selecting the best sales is still done manually by collecting data on all sales in 1 year. This work is certainly not effective and efficient. In addition, the calculations made also become difficult because it includes many assessment criteria. That why it is necessary to make a decision support system in selecting the best sales for CV. Anugerah Wangi. So, it can make it easier for leaders to carry out the calculation process. The Best Sales Selection Decision Support System was made using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) methods. The combination of ROC and ARAS methods can optimize the weighting in each of the criteria used. The criteria used in the selection of the best sales are the number of sales (C1), service assessment (C2), number of sales (C3), years of service (C4), and discipline (C5). From this study, a trial was carried out on 23 sales data which was then calculated so that the top-ranking results were the best sales, namely Faizur Rohman with a value of 0.916.

This work proposes a material selection decision-making method for multi-material lightweight body driven by performance to achieve that the right materials are used for the correct positions of the automotive body. The internal relationship between performance and mass, cross-sectional shape, wall thickness parameters, and material properties of a thin-walled structure is studied. The lightweight material indices driven by performance are then established. The lightweight material indices and material price are taken as the decision-making criteria for the material selection of automotive body components. A hybrid weighting method integrated with the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and quality function deployment is proposed. The difficulty of quantitatively evaluating the performance requirements of different components of the body is solved using the proposed weighting method combined with the numerical analytical results of the component performance under multiple operating conditions of the automotive body. Then, the weight of the decision-making criteria for material selection is calculated. Grey relational analysis is used to make multicriteria decision-making on a variety of candidate materials to select the best material for body components. After the lightweight material selection of the front longitudinal beam of the automotive body, the frontal collision safety performance of the body is effectively improved, and the mass of the front longitudinal beam is reduced by 45%. Material selection result of the front longitudinal beam indicates that the proposed material selection decision-making method can effectively achieve the fast material selection of components in different positions of the body.
