WAM Systems: Comparative Analysis of Information Support Quality

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the activities of the penitentiary system, including the legal aspects of informatization of the penitentiary department. The author analyzes the retrospective of the development of legal norms regulating the processes of information support for the execution and serving of criminal sentences. The interrelationships of the development of legal regulation of the processes of informatization of public administration bodies, in general, and divisions of the Federal Penitentiary Service, in particular, are investigated. The paper presents a comparative analysis of a number of legal regulations that currently define various aspects of the information activities of prison staff, in particular, the goals, objectives and methods of implementing this area of activity. On the basis of the conducted research, proposals are formulated to optimize the processes of digitalization of institutions and bodies that execute criminal penalties, and the mechanism for implementing this activity.

В работе дан обзор информационного обеспечения, которое может быть использовано для сравнительного анализа социальноэкономического развития регионов, находящихся на трех соподчиненных уровнях административнотерриториального деления Российской Федерации. На основе анализа стратегий пространственного развития субъектов СевероЗападного Федерального округа представлен опыт классификации муниципальных образований по типу социально экономического развития. Дан краткий обзор информационного обеспечения на уровне муниципальных образований в Сотрудничестве Северных Стран (Nordic Cooperation). The paper provides an overview of information support, which can be used for a comparative analysis of socioeconomic development of regions at three levels of subordinated administrativeterritorial division of the Russian Federation. On the basis of the analysis of strategies of spatial development of municipalities of subjects of the Northwest Federal district experience of classification of municipalities by type of social and economic development is presented. A brief overview of information support at the level of municipalities in the countries of the Northern Union (Nordic Countries).

The analysis of management information systems for trade enterprises in Ukraine is considered. The process of a trade enterprise management determines the need to use information systems and technologies. However, the level of information support for Ukrainian trade enterprises remains very low because only 6 % of them actively used systems for customer relationship management. Therefore, the analysis and reasonable selecting of management information systems for trade enterprises is relevant and has practical importance. Analysis of the problem showed that researchers used two ways. The first one is to develop the own information systems. The second one is to use existing systems. The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of management information systems for trade enterprises and their selection based on rating evaluation. Based on the method of analogy, a methodology for rating evaluation of information systems has been proposed. To check the consistency of expert opinion on the rating of information systems, an expert method was used. Kendall coefficient of concordance has been calculated. A comparative analysis of four information systems such as Bitrix24, Bpm'online, AmoCRM, Megaplan was carried out. Based on the survey, they were selected by fifteen signs. It is determined that the information systems such as bpm online and Bitrix24 have the highest ratings. There have been considered their functionality. Similar results were obtained for six information systems including Megaplan, bpm'online sales, Bitrix24, Amo CRM, 1C and Mango. The consistency degree of expert opinions on the rating of four information systems such as bpm'online sales, Bitrix24, AmoCRM and Megaplan is determined by the expert method. The value of Kendall concordance coefficient of 0.86 indicates a strong consistency of expert opinion, which confirms the preliminary calculations. So, information systems are arranged in the following order: bpm online ranks first, Bitrix24 ranks second, AmoCRM ranks third and Megaplan comes fourth. Thus, according to the results of the rating, the solution of the company Terrasoft «Bpm'online» is the most suitable for satisfying our needs.

Lending to individuals remains popular among residents of Russia, even in the financial crisis. The development of these types of banking services is c restrained by factors such as high risks of loan default, lack of effective credit management, weak credit infrastructure, lack of information support of banks, high interest rates. In these circumstances, there is a need to develop new approaches to lending to individuals by banks in promoting economic, political and social development of Kabardino-Balkar Republic. The article is aimed at investigation the current state and identifying trends in lending. In the research process the authors have investigated the current state of analyzed services and systematized data on the status and trends of the lending market in the Kabardino-Balkar Republic. The article presents results of a comparative analysis of features of lending to individuals by banks of the republic. As a research result, the authors have identified promising areas of lending and offered changes in the system of consumer crediting. The scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of financial, credit systems, economic analysis and marketing research were used in the research. The authors used such general scientific methods, as analysis, synthesis, analogy. The method of analytical groupings and comparative analysis were used to process bank statements. The graphical method were used for visual interpretation of the research results. As a result of the marketing study, the authors have revealed prefer-ences of consumers of Kabardino-Balkar Republic in the field of lending, as well as the factors affecting the choice of bank. The results of the study can be used by banks in Kabardino-Balkaria to improve activities in the field of lending to individuals. The authors have also discovered the most popular types of loans in residents of Kabardino-Balkaria. high interest rates, long procedure of loans, lack of risk insurance are the main reasons that reduce the de-mand for loans.

The work presents the comparative analysis of the options of a design of the milling combine created on the basis of a moon rover by means of imitating calculations. The work is focused on the section "The federal space program of Russia for 2016-2025 - "Basic space researches" according to which the problem of creation of the milling combine for carrying out geological researches on a surface of other planets is actual. The research objective is optimization of a design of the milling combine created on the basis of a moon rover by means of technology of ultrahigh and polygonal dynamic 3D modeling. For achievement of a goal the technological chain which is conditionally divided into some main stages was used. Due to the insistence to resources and specifics of tasks imitating modeling was carried out by means of hardware-software complexes. Results in the form of models of the milling combine and a lunar surface are received. The interactive simulator functioning in modern full-scale technologies of virtual reality for training of future operators when performing missions to the Moon is created. The design shape conforming to requirements received by an iterative method of design can be applied in systems of information support at all stages of life cycle of a product. Carrying out such works is a necessary condition of providing prospects of use of systems of modeling, both for carrying out examinations, and in interests of the solution of perspective tasks of designing of space equipment.
