The main aim of this project is to make a cost effective device which is used to monitor and control the loads by using simple voice commands. Previously we have ALEXA, SIRI & GOOGLE HOME which makes us more expensive. Even now when technology is handy enough only the well to do people of the society are blessed with these new smart home devices, as these devices costs are a bit high. However, not everyone is wealthy enough to be able to afford a human assistant, or some smart home kit. Hence, the need for finding an inexpensive and smart assistant for normal families keeps growing. This project proposes such inexpensive system. It uses the Google Assistant, the IFTTT application, the remoteme.org cloud application and the NodeMCU microcontroller as the major components along with a relay board comprising of 4 relays along with different sensors are working in this. Natural language voice is used to give commands to the Google Assistant All of the components are connected over the internet using Wi-Fi which puts this system under the IoT. And also we monitor data in this that is we using the different sensors like IR sensors, LDR (Light Emitting Diode) sensors etc; Not only to monitor and control the Loads but also providing the Security System to the Home, whenever the thief or the visitor enter into the room the owners will get push notification in their smart phone and also capturing the photos of visitors and uploaded to the Google Drive.

Along with the development of battery/ACCU technology, the ACCU charging and loading system has also developed manually or automatically. In this paper, the results of research on the manufacture of tools that function to monitor and control the charging and loading of electrical power will be explained from batteries that are burdened with lights and DC motors through a control panel or android smart phone with IoT technology. This tool is designed to monitor 2 ACCUs, namely ACCU1 and ACCU2. ACCU1 is loaded with lamp and parallel with DC motor load while ACCU2 is loaded with DC motor and parallel with lamp load. If ACCU1 and ACCU2 are full, ACCU1 is loaded with only one lamp and ACCU2 is only loaded with DC motor. For example, ACCU1's electrical power is still within the limits that can be loaded with lights and DC motors while ACCU2 can't be loaded because electric power is not capable of being loaded with DC motors, the DC motor's load will be transferred to ACCU1. So that ACCU1 is loaded with DC lamps and motors and ACCU2 is charging the electricity, as well as for the opposite condition. The design of this tool uses the main component of the ESP32 microcontroller, where this component has been integrated with the wifi module and other supporting circuit modules, namely the current sensor circuit, voltage sensor and OLED display. The software design consists of a program code designer for hardware using C++ and an android smart phone application design using MIT App Inventor. The results of this study are in accordance with the design specifications, namely the device can be used to control charging and loading as well as monitor ACCU1 and ACCU2 electrical power on OLED screens and on Android smart phones screens

Wireless Fire Security System increases the secu-rity against fire as compared to conventional fire security systems. Conventional fire security systems are wired and they usually contain smoke detectors and control panel. The control panel is sometimes hard to operate. It’s hard to understand the control panel and operation of security systems. In hospitals and other health care institutions high security against fire is required in order to protect the expensive equipments and chemicals. Every organization needs proper insurance and safety for their equipments and patients. Radio frequency based fire security system was designed to provide high securi-ty against fire with easy to use, hand-held portable control unit. Anyone can easily operate the portable receiver without additional training or knowledge. Wireless fire security system for hospitals is also very low cost device.

Android conveniently provides a platform for a variety of usage as an information highway application. Currently there is a lacking in tools and technology that is responsible for enliven the mosque especially for disseminating information related to activities and events to the community. Existing application allow communities to access via smart phone information about prayer times, Qiblat direction and tracking of the nearest mosque to perform prayer. However, there is no available application which can help to manage mosque, in particular that is capable of providing solution at the entirety with capability to inform the communities, monitor and control activities and finally reporting on all matters. Our proposed Android Based Mosque Management Application is developed for this tasks. On top of that, this application implements one-time password algorithm as security element. This application is expected to serve as a platform in bringing the community into strengthening their Jemaah and helps people to stay connected with their mosque and hence contribute to enliven the mosques.

ABSTRACTThis article analyses how the state in Senegal has managed the hajj since the liberalisation era in the early 2000s. Although the essence of the hajj is religious, it is also deeply political and requires that the state manages complex relations with pilgrims, religious leaders, private travel agencies, politicians and Saudi authorities. This article argues that three inter-related imperatives structure the conduct of the Senegalese state: a security imperative, a legitimation imperative, and a clientelistic imperative. Security concerns lead the state to monitor and control pilgrims travelling to Mecca. Legitimation is seen in the collaborative relations with Sûfi orders and in the framing of the hajj organisation as a ‘public service’. Finally, given the magnitude of financial and symbolic resources attached to the hajj, clientelistic relations are constitutive of state officials’ actions. Overall, despite the post-2000 liberalisation of the hajj, the state has maintained its role as a gatekeeper, regulator and supervisor.

The home network is one of the emerging areas from the last century. However, the growth of the home network market is stationary at present. This paper describes the limitations of the home network system and the requirements for overcoming the current limitations. Also described is a new home network service system known as COWS and its easy installation and scalable operation. COWS consists of power consumption monitor and control devices along with a service server that is a complementary combination of Open Service Gateway initiative (OSGi) and web services. A home network system has a dynamic, heterogeneous, distributed, and scalable topology. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) has been proposed as a solution that satisfies the requirement of a home network, and OSGi and web services are two successful SOA-based frameworks. An included service server has a flexible architecture that consists of a core and extendable service packages. A power consumption monitor and control function provides useful context information for activity-based context-aware services and optimizes the power consumption. The system can be installed easily into existing and new houses to solve the current barrier of the popularization of home network services.
