RC circuit (Resistor-Capacitor) is an electric circuit that has a combination of resistor and capacitor components which are installed either series or parallel. This research was conducted to measure the capacitance of two capacitors with different capacitances with only using one resistor. This study aims to compare the capacitance both experimentally (using data acquisition systems) and theoretically. Capacitance measurements were carried out experimentally using Arduino Uno and at a maximum voltage of 5 volts. In this research, it has been successfully determined the charge capacitance of the capacitors, both in experiment and theory. It has been found the correlation of the results between experiment and theory (the value of R2 in charging and discharging process is greater than 0.95).

Geoinformation technologies are now becoming “end-to-end” technologies of the new digital economy. There is a need for solutions for efficient processing of spatial and spatio-temporal data that could be applied in various sectors of this new economy. Such solutions are necessary, for example, for cyberphysical systems. Essential components of cyberphysical systems are high-performance and easy-scalable data acquisition systems based on smart geosensor networks. This article discusses the problem of choosing a software environment for this kind of systems, provides a review and a comparative analysis of various open source software environments designed for large spatial data and spatial-temporal data streams processing in computer clusters. It is shown that the software framework STARK can be used to process spatial-temporal data streams in spatial-temporal data streams. An extension of the STARK class system based on the type system for spatial-temporal data streams developed by one of the authors of this article is proposed. The models and data representations obtained as a result of the proposed expansion can be used not only for processing spatial-temporal data streams in data acquisition systems based on smart geosensor networks, but also for processing spatial-temporal data streams in various purposes geoinformation systems that use processing data in computer clusters.

AbstractThe protein content of urinary extracellular vesicles (EVs) is considered to be an attractive non-invasive biomarker source. However, little is known about the consistency and variability of urinary EV proteins within and between individuals over a longer time-period. Here, we evaluated the stability of the urinary EV proteomes of 8 healthy individuals at 9 timepoints over 6 months using data-independent-acquisition mass spectrometry. The 1802 identified proteins had a high correlation amongst all samples, with 40% of the proteome detected in every sample and 90% detected in more than 1 individual at all timepoints. Unsupervised analysis of top 10% most variable proteins yielded person-specific profiles. The core EV-protein-interaction network of 516 proteins detected in all measured samples revealed sub-clusters involved in the biological processes of G-protein signaling, cytoskeletal transport, cellular energy metabolism and immunity. Furthermore, gender-specific expression patterns were detected in the urinary EV proteome. Our findings indicate that the urinary EV proteome is stable in longitudinal samples of healthy subjects over a prolonged time-period, further underscoring its potential for reliable non-invasive diagnostic/prognostic biomarkers.
