Recently, scientists in South Korea developed on-line electric vehicle (OLEV), which is a kind of electric vehicle that can be charged wirelessly while it is moving on the road. The battery in the vehicle can absorb electric energy from the power transmitters buried under the road without any contact with them. Several billing schemes have been presented to offer privacy-preserving billing for OLEV owners. However, they did not consider the existence of free-riders. When some vehicles are being charged after showing the tokens, vehicles that are running ahead or behind can switch on their systems and drive closely for a free charging. We describe a billing scheme against free-riders by using several cryptographic tools. Each vehicle should authenticate with a compensation-prepaid token before it can drive on the wireless-charging-enabled road. The service provider can obtain compensation if it can prove that certain vehicle is a free-rider. Our scheme is privacy-preserving so the charging will not disclose the locations and routine routes of each vehicle. In fact, our scheme is a fast authentication scheme that anonymously authenticates each user on accessing a sequence of services. Thus, it can be applied to sequential data delivering services in future 5G systems.

Abstract

Bali is one of several tourist destinations that bring domestic and foreign tourists to Indonesia. In 2017, there were 5.6 million foreign tourists visiting Bali and dominated by tourists from China. The number of visits to all tourist objects in Bali in 2017 reached 17.8 million visits. Based on this, local governments need strategies and decisions in the development of facilities and infrastructure that can support the development and progress of tourism in Bali. The use of business intelligence technology in analyzing large amounts of data will help. This study develops an information system using the BI approach in analyzing Bali tourism data and data management by replacing paper use as computer media so that data does not just disappear, but is used as a reference when making decisions. In system development, several methods are used including the Codeigniter framework with the MVC web architecture (Model, View, Controller), OLAP (On-line Analytical Processing) to display data visualization, and double exponential smoothing to display the results of forecasting data in the next period. The error value of this forecasting method can be calculated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error algorithm. In order to determine the level of utilization of this system development, black box testing, usability testing and user acceptance tests are used to determine the quality and functionality of the system in terms of input, output, and assessment by system users. This study shows that the use of BI technology is not only supportive of companies but also supports tourism, government and services. The system developed can assist the tourism monitoring process and support decision making.

ABSTRACT
Information on sales data required by the owner at Lilola Boutique as a basis for decision making and strategy . On the other hand, the large amount of transactional sales data that occurs at any time causes problems in these analyze process. To solve these problem, an OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) application was built. OLAP application is designed using the CodeIgniter framework which produces a fast and reliable web-based application and data warehouse as its database. To produce a good data warehouse, the Nine Step Kimball method were used. Stages of this method produced a snowflake scheme as a storage place for data warehouse. The implementation of the system design could produced the OLAP report required by Lilola Boutique. Testing the system using black box testing method that showed the performance of applications that run well. From the results of this study can be concluded that OLAP application made the process of sales transaction data analysis to produce reports as the basis of the decision-making process.
Keywords: Sales, OLAP, Data Warehouse, Nine Step Kimball
Abstract We formalize and construct black-box accumulation (BBA), a useful building block for numerous important user-centric protocols including loyalty systems, refund systems, and incentive systems (as, e.g., employed in participatory sensing and vehicle-to-grid scenarios). A core requirement all these systems share is a mechanism to let users collect and sum up values (call it incentives, bonus points, reputation points, etc.) issued by some other parties in a privacy-preserving way such that curious operators may not be able to link the different transactions of a user. At the same time, a group of malicious users may not be able to cheat the system by pretending to have collected a higher amount than what was actually issued to them. As a first contribution, we fully formalize the core functionality and properties of this important building block. Furthermore, we present a generic and non-interactive construction of a BBA system based on homomorphic commitments, digital signatures, and non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs of knowledge. For our construction, we formally prove security and privacy properties. Finally, we propose a concrete instantiation of our construction using Groth-Sahai commitments and proofs as well as the optimal structure-preserving signature scheme of Abe et al. and analyze its efficiency.

In the past few years on-line digital television frame store devices coupled to computers have been employed to attempt to measure the microscope parameters of defocus and astigmatism. The ultimate goal of such tasks is to fully adjust the operating parameters of the microscope and obtain an optimum image for viewing in terms of its information content. The initial approach to this problem, for high resolution TEM imaging, was to obtain the power spectrum from the Fourier transform of an image, find the contrast transfer function oscillation maxima, and subsequently correct the image. This technique requires a fast computer, a direct memory access device and even an array processor to accomplish these tasks on limited size arrays in a few seconds per image. It is not clear that the power spectrum could be used for more than defocus correction since the correction of astigmatism is a formidable problem of pattern recognition.
