The current situation facing business organizations is characterized by diverse work environments with continuous change and development. Todays organizations seek to keep pace with this continuous development and operate to maintain their current business through the ability to effectively respond to change, and to create competitive advantage based on the existence of qualified human capital that contribute to the creation of organizational sustainability in the business sector. Talented human capital, with special skills, has the potential to create confidence and integration among the staff and top management, leading to organizational growth and continuation (Kurucz, 2013). The emergence of a set of challenges in the knowledge economy has had a clear reflection on business organizations which have begun to search for new mechanisms to compete and insure their existence in the business world. Hence, the importance of the concept of competitive advantage, based on human capital, as a necessary requirement to deal with the challenges faced by local, regional or international organizations (Global Institute, 2011). Where competitive advantage based on human capital is the main generator of new ideas, development of old ideas, and contribution to aid in organizational abilities to expand their current market share as well as maximizing value. Competitive advantage based on talented human capital allows organizations to be able to seize new opportunities and achieve permanence and future continuity (Thomas, 2014). This study aimed to look at the impact of competitive advantage through intellectual capital investment as one of the elements in the creation of organizational sustainability in the Jordanian Telecommunications Companies sector. Simple and Multiple regression was used for data analysis and testing the hypotheses of this research .This study has reached a set of results that previous studies reinforced in this area such as: Competitive advantage based on a distinct capital is the optimum method that should be used in telecommunications companies since it contributes to the optimal investment of human capital. This leads to optimum organizational sustainability for companies in various fields and also contributes to the achievement of a company’s mission and vision of the future.

Abstract. The radical changes that took place at the end of the last century contributed to the emergence of a creative economy. Unlike previous economies, in which the main factors of production were production capacity, land and labor, the basis for the development of the creative economy was the creative potential of man. The current economic situation in Ukraine faces many challenges that need to be confronted with viable solutions. The occupation of Crimea cost Ukraine 3.6% of GDP, and the occupied territories of Donbass cost another 15% of GDP and 25% of all Ukrainian industry. In addition, many industries and factories in Ukraine are physically and morally obsolete and require large capital investments. These problems, which, as the experience of Ukraine shows, are not solved by traditional tools, force us to look for non-standard ways to solve them. Such approaches are offered by the creative economy.To assess the opportunities provided to Ukraine by the development of the national creative economy, the article considers the positive effects of the creative economy as evidenced by the successful experience of other countries. Such effects are the formation of creative human capital, increasing incomes, increasing tolerance, the revival of depressed regions. However, the realization of these positive effects is possible provided that there are components of the creative economy in Ukraine. Research by Ukrainian scientists proves that in Ukraine there are the main features of the creative economy, namely: creative industries; creative class as a basis of the creative lever of development of creative economy; young, creative, ambitious entrepreneurs — startups. A key factor in the development of the creative economy is creative human capital, an essential component of which are entrepreneurs — innovators who establish startups to implement their ideas. Analyzing the various definitions of the category «startup», the authors concluded that the most acceptable is one that reflects the fundamental difference between startups and other businesses, namely: a startup is a business structure based on revolutionary innovations, the purpose of which is to solve a specific problem presentation of a new product or service in conditions of extreme uncertainty. Taking into account the innovative nature of startups, their impact on the creation and development of creative industries and the creative economy in general allowed the authors to conclude that startups are a strategically important component of the development of the creative economy. Research has shown that the Ukrainian startup ecosystem has good potential for development. However, the Government of Ukraine is not yet paying due attention to the development of the ecosystem for the successful creation and operation of domestic startups. Only in the last few years has Ukraine begun to support innovative products at the state level. Examples of such support are the creation of the Invention Support Fund of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ukrainian Startup Fund. In addition, according to the strategy for the development of innovation for the period up to 2030, startups are a structural part of the national innovation ecosystem. However, intensive long-term work is needed to create an effective startup support ecosystem. Even with large investments and the desire to replicate the successful ecosystems of Silicon Valley or New York, it is very difficult, because their infrastructure was formed over 30 years. Subject. This article discusses the role of the employee as an object and subject of the flow of work. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the modifications of human capital and identify the main determinants and factors of these modifications. Methods. For the study, I used logical, functional, comparative, systemic, statistical, and sociological methods. Results. The article identifies determinants and factors of modification of human capital in the conditions of social engagement of the economic system and determines the main characteristics and sources of its development. Conclusions. Qualitative renewal of human capital is determined primarily by changes in the nature and conditions of work, the type and characteristics of the employee, the employee’s role in the creation and accumulation of economic wealth. The human factor becomes the main source and impetus of economic and social development.

Knowledge, skills and talents that may be utilized to provide professional services are human capital. The firm has a collective ability for the creation of ideas, innovations and appropriate solutions to help the company accomplish its business goals. The ability of human capital is for individuals to win the world's competition to offer employees with more financial value. Thus, this study is intended to establish the function of human capital in creating trustworthy human resources within the education sector. A qualitative technique is used in this study by gathering literature-based research data sources. The results demonstrate that the function of human capital is crucial in the education sector, since human capital provides a strong basis for the advancement of the educational world and for the creation of a new order that is essential in today's progressive world.

The role of a man at various stages of the formation and development of capitalism is considered. It is shown how hired labor gradually turned from a factor of production into human capital and became a decisive element in the creation of new digital technologies. At the same time, there has been a significant change in the role and place of man in the economy and society. Noonomics can no longer rely solely on the private interest of capital, because technological fetishism has begun to threaten the very existence of a man. Artificial intelligence as a robot and in other forms claims to replace a man in many areas. Only a man himself is capable of transforming technologization into a modern support of humanization under the conditions of noonomics.
