The current era of globalization has an impact on the development of a business, organization or company consisting of many components that compose into one unit for the same purpose, motivation and discipline in working at BRI Syariah bank. This type of research is quantitative, using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Multiple regression analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect between variable X1 on variable Y has a regression coefficient value of 2.762. There is a positive but not significant effect between variable X2 on variable Y has a regression coefficient value of -.223. There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between variables X1 and X2 on variable Y. Variable X1 is a variable that is considered more dominant and significant to variable Y with a probability number of 0.016 and a regression coefficient value of 2.762.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Internal Auditor Performance on DKI Jakarta Representative BPK. The method used to determine the Effect of Professionalism and Organizational Commitment on Internal Auditor Performance uses multiple regression statistical analysis. Based on the research results and hypothesis testing it can be proven that partially the professionalism variable has a positive effect on the performance of the Internal Auditor. While the Organizational Commitment variable significantly influences the performance of the Internal Auditor. Simultaneously the variable Professionalism and Organizational Commitment significantly influence the performance of Internal Auditors. The ability of the variable Professionalism and Organizational Commitment to explain changes in Auditor Performance is equal to 60.8% and the rest is caused by other factors not examined. Of the three variables that most dominantly affect the performance of the Internal Auditor is Professionalism, based on the value of the regression coefficient and the t-level of significance of the Professionalism variable is higher than the Organizational Commitment variable. Thus the Auditor Professionalism really helps the Auditor to improve his performance.

An extension of a multiple regression prediction model to multiple response variables is presented. An algorithm using least sum of Euclidean distances between the multivariate observed and model-predicted response values provides regression coefficients, a measure of effect size, and inferential procedures for evaluating the extended multivariate multiple regression prediction model.

Two studies were conducted to examine antecedents of, relationships between, and temporal changes in the cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and the self-confidence components of the Martens, Burton, Vealey, Bump, and Smith (1983) newly developed Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2). In addition, the prediction that cognitive and somatic anxiety should differentially influence performance was examined. In Study 1, 37 elite intercollegiate wrestlers were administered the CSAI-2 immediately before two different competitions, whereas in Study 2, 63 female high school volleyball players completed the CSAI-2 on five different occasions (1 week, 48 hrs, 24 hrs, 2 hrs, and 20 min) prior to a major tournament. The results were analyzed using multiple regression, multivariate multiple regression, univariate and multivariate analyses of variance, and general linear model trend analysis techniques. The findings supported the scale development work of Martens and his colleagues by verifying that the CSAI-2 assesses three separate components of state anxiety. A number of other important findings also emerged. First, the prediction was confirmed that somatic anxiety increases during the time leading to competition, while cognitive anxiety and confidence remain constant. Second, CSAI-2 subscales were found to have different antecedents, although the precise predictions of Martens and his colleagues were not supported. Third, the prediction that cognitive anxiety would be a more powerful predictor of performance than somatic anxiety was only partially supported. Fourth, the prediction that precompetitive anxiety differences between experienced and inexperienced athletes initially found by Fenz (1975) result from somatic anxiety changes was not supported. It was concluded that the CSAI-2 shows much promise as a multidimensional sport-specific state anxiety inventory, although more research is needed to determine how and why specific antecedent factors influence various CSAI-2 components and to examine the predicted relationships between CSAI-2 components and performance.

A multivariate extension of a univariate procedure for the analysis of experimental designs is presented. A Euclidean-distance permutation procedure is used to evaluate multivariate residuals obtained from a regression algorithm, also based on Euclidean distances. Applications include various completely randomized and randomized block experimental designs such as one-way, Latin square, factorial, nested, and split-plot designs, with and without covariates. Unlike parametric procedures, the only required assumption is the randomization of subjects to treatments.

This study is intended to investigate the influence of modeling and authority of teachers (partially and simultaneously) to the attitude of students at MTs and MA Sunan Drajat Geger Bojonegoro, academic year 2015. The data collections used were questionnaire and documentation. The number of subjects were 40 respondents drawn using random sampling techniques. Data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression. The finding reveals that the most influential factor towards students’ attitudes is modeling with regression coefficient of 0.972 (97.2%). Authority has positive effect towards students’ attitude though not significant with a regression coefficient of 0.02 (2%). In testing the hypothesis using F test, the two variables modeling (X1) and authority (X2) simultaneously affect the students’ attitude. This can be seen from the value of F which is greater than the F table.
