This study aims to determine the response of Pontianak City people to the original digital products of Pontianak by examining the association based on the category of gender, age, education, occupation, income and frequency of use with cross tabulation method. Research is descriptive research. The population in this study is the people of Pontianak City who have used digital product services from Pontianak, namely Angkuts, Tripy and Gurukite.com. The sample size of 100 respondents was selected by purposive sampling, while the sample criteria were respondents with ages above or equal to 17 years, knew and had used Angkuts, Tripy or Gurukite.com services. Data processing techniques use cross tabulation analysis and association testing with chi square. The results of cross tabulation and chi square between categories of gender, age, education, occupation, income and frequency of use showed significant results. There is a strategic relationship between categorical variables to be followed up by pontianak digital businessmen.

This study aims to determine whether the workload, compensation and partial and simultaneous work environment of employee work discipline at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Manokwari Branch Office. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 53 respondents with a sampling technique using Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of this study prove that work is significant for employee work discipline, significant compensation for employee work discipline, and work environment significantly affects employee work discipline. Simultaneously the workload, compensation and work environment are significant for employee work discipline.

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of work discipline variable and simultaneous work ability and competence at the West Papua Province Social Service Office. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling method uses Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique uses Saturated Sampling. The result of this study indicate that the variable work discipline is not significant on employee performance, and subsequent research result indicate that work ability variables partially have a siginificant effect on employee performance. Also showed a variable work discipline and work ability significantly to the performance of employess in the West Papua Province Social Service Office. Improving the performance of West papua Provincial Social Service Office employees must provide work coordination and work capabilities together to improve employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the quality of work life (QWL) of employee job satisfaction with motivation as a moderating variable at PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were employees of PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Tests used to test the research instruments are validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing to find out whether Ha is accepted or Ho is rejected. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Quality of work life (QWL) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. Thus the better the quality of work life (QWL), the better the job satisfaction of its employees. (2) Motivation does not act as a moderating variable that affects the relationship of quality of work life (QWL) with employee job satisfaction at PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika Jakarta. This is possible for other variables that affect the quality of work life (QWL) with job satisfaction such as discipline, leadership, and compensation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, SBI interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and stock trading volume as interverning variables. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method, with sample selection criteria that is the closing price of JCI data (closing price), in the period January 2016 - October 2019 a number of 46 months. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the research proves insignificant on CSPI. SBI interest rates have a significant negative effect on the CSPI. And the rupiah exchange rate is significantly positive for the CSPI. Also, the conversion to CSPI is different from the negative trading volume

One very important factor for a leader in leading an organization in order to achieve a goal is the leadership style. Leadership style has a very close relationship of an organization. A good leadership style will produce an optimum performance. Performance is the overall result of a person in carrying out tasks during a certain period. The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership style, and the level of organizational leadership performance of the Christian Student Association (PMK) of the Indonesian National College of Technology and Economics Jakarta. Population of all students of the Indonesian College of Technology and Economics Jakarta. The sample used was 39 respondents. This research uses survey method. The method used is quota sampling. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis mode. The results of the study showed that the leadership style of the Christian Student Association of the Indonesian National College of Technology and Jakarta Jakarta found that the most dominant leadership style was the visionary leadership style of 3,11. While the leadership performance of the Christian student association organization of the Indonesian National College of Technology and Economics Jakarta showed sufficient results of 2,74. This research is expected to provide additional information and can be taken into consideration regarding the level of satisfaction of the organizational style of the Christian Student Association of Indonesian National Institute of Technology and Economics Jakarta.

This research is a case study research conducted at CV Tintur Jaya in Manokwari regency. The purpose of the research is to analyze the budget set by the company in optimizing profits and to analyze the level of profitability achieved by the company. The research data are financial statements of CV Tintur Jaya withink three years which were analyzed using difference analysis and profitability analysis. The results has shown that as a whole the use of CV Tintur Jaya’s budget has been effiecient as a management tool in optimizing company profits, where there is a favorable difference between the company’s budget and realization. In addition, the level of profitability acchieved by the company within three years experienced a fluctuating ratio growth.

Investment activity in the capital market is one of the activities of allocating funds in the form of long-term assets in the hope of obtaining future profits. This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, leverage on investment decisions and growth opportunity as variables moderation. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period of 150 companies. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method as many as 43 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from company financial statements. Data analysis method used is classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, t test, f test, and test coefficient of determination. The result show that liquidity, profitability, dividend policy have no effect on the investment decisions. While the leverage have a negative significant effect on the investment decisions. And growth opportunity can not moderate the effect of leverage on the investment decisions. investment decisions of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange must be able to allocate their funds appropriately to various assets in order to generate profits in the future so that they can be used to fund investment.

The purpose of this study is to assess which stocks are eligible for optimal portofolio formation and calculate the portion of funds for each stock forming the portofolio, and determine the optimal return of portofolio expectations with the risks faced by investors.                     This study uses a single index method. The population in this study were 44 banking sector companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was selected by using purposive sampling technique in the banking sector stocks that entered consecutively into the LQ45 Index for the period January 2015-December 2019.                     The results of this study showed that out of 5 stocks sample, there were 3 stocks that were eligible for optimal portfolio, namely Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) with a proportion of funds 75.18%, Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BBTN) with a proportion of funds of 17.08%, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBRI) with a proportion of funds of 7.74%. With an optimal portfolio expected return of 0.39% and a risk that must be faced by 0.43%.

This study  aims to (1) analyze the number of demands for batik products in the second period of 2018. (2) To analyze the most appropriate forecasting method. (3) To analyze the forecasting of the first period in 2019 using the selected forecasting method. This reseach uses primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis used is Single Moving Averages and Exsponential Smoothing. The results of research in forecasting demand for batik products in 2019 with the Single Moving Average method are 3,936 units with Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 632.5 units and Mean Square Error (MSE) of 693,718 units. And the Exsponential Smoothing Alpha 0.05 method is 2,788,879 units, with Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) of 694,318 units and Mean Square Error (MSE) of 960,665 units. The method suggested to company in making forecast predictions is to use the Single Moving Averages method because it has the smallest error rate that compared to the Exsponential Smoothing method with an Alpha value of 0.05.
