In the Holyoke Food & Fitness Policy Council (HFFPC) case study, the challenges of providing equitable multistakeholder organizing are examined. The importance of housing the work in the community, power sharing, and having community representation in the leadership is made clear. The HFFPC partnership began with vigor, encountered challenges of trust, transparency, aligned goals and values; it dissolved, and reformed. Because it began with shared values of strong communities and healthy people, the partnership continues to evolve, build local leadership, change narratives, and articulate the need for racial equity in their food system, while shifting local systems and policies that frame who has access to healthy food and safe spaces to exercise in a low-income Latino community.

Koperasi masjid present themselves as a part of muamalah through Sharia economic facilitation. This study was conducted to analyse the cooperative members’ participation level in relation to the implementation of a cooperative business program. A survey using a case study approach was conducted at koperasi Masjid Hafshotul Iman, Masjid Taqwa and Masjid Darul HikmahThe survey employed a purposive sampling method with the participation of the cooperative’s management (chairman, secretary, and treasurer) and the masjid’s members. Ten respondents were purposively chosen from each mosque and a total 30 respondents were acquired. The distributed questionnaire was a closed one, measured with a Likert scale. The results were analysed using factor analysis and the Principal Component Analysis approach (PCA). Based on the results of the factor analysis, the members’ participation level in cooperative service can be classified into three primary factors. Some of the variables displayed a strong correlation with Factor 1, namely motivation, management performance, RAT performance, and supervisor performance. The second primary factor was formed by activeness in participating in cooperative activities. Lastly, the third primary factor encompassed three variables with a strong correlation, namely age, education, and membership duration.

Research studies surrounding feedback primarily centered on frameworks designed as models for delivering feedback as well as the timing for delivering feedback. In addition, past research has also focused on individual elements that affect performance with little regard to environmental elements. This case study provides an overview of how a nurse educator utilized a performance analysis approach to providing feedback to nursing students during clinical rotations. A list of performance standards was provided to students at various checkpoints during their clinical rotation. Strategies are shared for improving the type of feedback used in healthcare settings.
