In a democracy, a general election is a platform for citizens to use their political rights. However, not all citizens use it well, leading to an imperfect voting participation level. This situation motivates this study to exist. With this intention, this paper examines and analyzes the participation to vote decision in the party general election in 2019 based on gender and ages. Backing up this goal, we use the people in three regencies in West Java: Subang, Majalengka, and Sumedang, as the population. Because of these areas, we utilize multistage random sampling to take 600 people as the samples. As the statistical checking, we use the Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis to test the hypotheses based on the categorical responses. After investigating the answers through the statistical test and discussing their outputs, we deduce that the participation of females is lower than that of males, demonstrating the gender gap. Also, the younger the participants, the higher involvement to vote.

Purpose: This study aimed to verify the possibility of consumer segmentation of customized cosmetic skin diagnosis services by identifying the needs of potential customers related to their consumption value, participation level, and pursuit benefits for each type of customized cosmetic service. Methods: An online survey was conducted for 13 days in September 2020 on individuals aged at least 20 years, living in Seoul and its metropolitan area. Among 483 received responses, only 393 were used for an analysis; insufficient responses and those written by residents living outside of the included region were excluded. Data were analyzed as per frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, post-hoc analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. Results: Findings confirmed that consumer segmentation is possible in the customized cosmetic skin diagnosis services and customized ingredients services. After analyzing the average difference of consumption value, participation level, and pursuit benefits, the monthly average purchasing cost in cosmetics showed significant differences. Participation level, consumption value, and benefits were positively correlated. Participation level affects the consumption value. Conclusion: The customized cosmetic skin diagnosis service can serve as the foundation for the skin cosmetic industry development and as part of systematic and secure skincare.

An important goal of status determining of Matras Tourism Village in 2010 was in order more people took participate in development programs of the local tourism sector. The relevant  findings of previous research were that the socio-economic characteristics including knowledge and perceptions associated with participation. The purposes of the research were to study the socio-economic characteristics and perceptions, to study the shape and the level of participation, and to study the relationship between socio-economic characteristic and perception toward participation. The research was categorized as survey research that used purposive-snowball sampling. The data were analyzed by descriptive-qualitative, Scoring, Crosstabs, Chi-Square, and Spearman's Rank. Overall, 47,73% of respondents have moderate perception level. While, 38,64% of respondents have low participation level. All indicators were positively related to the participation, except for the age and the number of dependents (negatively). However, the relationship strength were different. The informal education, tourism knowledge, perception of institutional and funds budgeting were strongly related to participation (sig. 99%). While, the perception of planning product, object/attraction of tourism, support facilities, opportunity and competitiveness described sufficiently-strong relation to participation (sig. 95%).

The objectives of this research are: 1) improving the skills of teachers and school principals in filling out accreditation instruments as part of the implementation of school/madrasah self-evaluations, 2) measuring awareness of the importance of accreditation as seen from the participation level of SISPENA 3.0 piloting activities, and 3) knowing the evaluation results of implementing the SISPENA 3.0 pilot program. The implemented research design was descriptive mixed-method involving quantitative and qualitative data. The data was gathered through documentation of piloting the SISPENA 3.0 program and interviewing program participants. The participants were 190 schools around Lampung province, Indonesia. The results showed that the program met all of the required objectives, all the schools believed in the importance of the program which resulted in a 100% attendance rate, and the program revealed accreditation problems which were then discussed by BAN, PAUD, and PNF in Lampung to brainstorm appropriate solutions. The research provides the possibility for application of this program in other similar systems. Furthermore, it recommends that both schools and the National Accreditation Board (BAN) should establish education management in accordance with the national standard of education as stated in the accreditation system.

Abstract Background: Growth can make young athletes more vulnerable to sports injuries. Increased knowledge about injury profile and its predictors, is an important part of an overall risk management strategy but few studies have produced information. Methods: Injury profile and physical activity (PA) level information’s were obtained by LESADO and RAPIL II questionnaires. They were distributed to 651 participants aged between 10 and 18 years attending four schools. Maturity measures were evaluated through maturity offset (MO) and Tanner-Whitehouse III method. Univariate analysis was used to identify the set of candidate predictors for multinomial logistic regression analysis that was used to determine significant predictors of injury type and body area injury location. Results: Regarding injury type predictors recreative boys had more chances of having a sprain or a fracture than a strain. Also, recreative and scholar girls had more chances of having a sprain than a strain. As MO decreased, the chances of girls having a strain or a fracture when compared to sprains were higher. For body area location boys with 10-11 years were more likely to have upper limbs injuries than boys of other ages. This was also confirmed by MO. Spine and trunk injuries were more likely to occur in federate and no sports participation girls. Conclusion: Injury type and body area injury location differed significantly by PA level, age group and MO.
