AbstractComplex fuzzy (CF) sets (CFSs) have a significant role in modelling the problems involving two-dimensional information. Recently, the extensions of CFSs have gained the attention of researchers studying decision-making methods. The complex T-spherical fuzzy set (CTSFS) is an extension of the CFSs introduced in the last times. In this paper, we introduce the Dombi operations on CTSFSs. Based on Dombi operators, we define some aggregation operators, including complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (CTSDFWAA) operator, complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy weighted geometric averaging (CTSDFWGA) operator, complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted arithmetic averaging (CTSDFOWAA) operator, complex T-spherical Dombi fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (CTSDFOWGA) operator, and we obtain some of their properties. In addition, we develop a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method under the CTSF environment and present an algorithm for the proposed method. To show the process of the proposed method, we present an example related to diagnosing the COVID-19. Besides this, we present a sensitivity analysis to reveal the advantages and restrictions of our method.

Tuna (Thunnus sp.) need to be managed well by maintaining balance between economic aspect (profits) and ecological aspect (sustainability of fish resources). To maintain balance these aspect to do with bioeconomical analysis. With these analysis be expected can be obtained maximum economic profits without any damage fish resources so that environmental conservation stay awake. In order to analyze the bioeconomical is needed to estimate the stock assessment. The first step is standardization of fishing gear, this need to be done because each of fishing gear not only catch the target fish but also catch the non target fish (multi gear multi spesies). Of the research be obtained standard gear for tuna fishery in Sendang Biru water are trolling line, with maximum value between payang, hand line and gillnet. Status of tuna fishery from biological aspect in Sendang Biru water by Schaefer model in general medium fishing condition. Whereas status of tuna fishery from economic aspect by Schaefer model in over exploited. Of the research by multi criteria decision making (MCDM) analysis with simple multi attribute rating technique (SMART) and visual interactive sensitivity analysis (VISA) obtainable that the main priority in election of tuna fishing gear evectively and efficient are trolling line, paying, hand line and gillnet© Perikanan tuna perlu dikelola dengan baik dengan cara menjaga keseimbangan antara aspek ekonomi (keuntungan) dan aspek ekologi (kelestarian sumberdaya ikan).

PurposeSupplier Selection (SS) is one of the vital decisions frequently executed by numerous industries. In recent times, the number of suppliers has increased enormously depending on a wide range of criteria. A selection of suppliers is a sensitive process that may impact various supply chain activities. The purpose of this research is to explore an underutilized technique called PROMETHEE II method for SS.Design/methodology/approachVarious tools and techniques are available under multi-criteria decision-making tools, which sometimes creates confusion in researchers' minds regarding reliability. PROMETHEE II was the most prominent method for ranking all available alternatives that ultimately avoid decision-making errors. To execute this equal and unequal weights approach has been used with three case studies.FindingsIn this research, three case studies have been used and soved with the help of the PROMETHEE II approach. The study also provides fundamental insights into the supplier's ranking on different criteria using sensitivity analysis. Further, criteria were divided as per benefits and non-beneficial to get a robust result. The pros and cons of PROMETHEE II approaches are also highlighted compared to other MCDM tools in this study.Originality/valueMost of the SS research uses either AHP or TOPSIS as per existing literature. There are very few attempts highlighted in the literature that use PROMETHEE II for the SS problem with sensitivity analysis. The proposed method is probable to motivate decision-makers to consider using a more sophisticated method like PROMETHEE II in supplier evaluation processes. This study opens a new direction for the ranking of suppliers in the field of the supply chain. The study also bears significant practical as well as managerial implications.

The increasing energy consumption levels of buildings within Europe call for controlled consumption and improvements to energy savings and efficiency and effective energy efficiency regulations. However, many aging and energy-inefficient buildings require energetic retrofitting that can employ various façades solutions and insulation materials. The selection of the most sustainable options in each situation therefore requires a decision-making methodology that can be used to prioritize available retrofit solutions based on economic, functional, environmental and social criteria. In this paper, both the methodology and the economic basis of the retrofitting process are presented. The methodology was validated in a case study, and a sensitivity analysis also demonstrated its validity, robustness and stability
