Modelling of the dynamic behaviour of elevators with high lifting velocities (contemporary elevators in building construction and mine elevators) is a complex task and an important step in the design process and creating conditions for safe and reliable exploitation of these machines. Due to high heights and lifting velocities, the standard procedures for dynamic exploitation are not adequate. With the purpose of identifying the basic parameters of the dynamic model (stiffness and damping), a unique method was applied, based on experimental measures for a concrete elevator. Due to the verification of this procedure, the experiment was conducted on a mine elevator in RTB Bor, Serbia. Simulations of the dynamic behaviour of an empty and loaded cage are presented using the obtained computational-experimental results

Abstract This paper refers to the development of necessary experiments which obtained dynamic parameters (force, displacement) for a modular mechanism with multiple vertebrae. This mechanism performs functions of inspection and intervention in small spaces. Mechanical structure allows functional parameters to achieve precise movements to an imposed target. Will be analyzed the dynamic of the mechanisms using simulation instruments DimamicaRobot.tst under TestPoint programming environment and the elasticity of the tension cables. It will be changes on the mechanism so that spatial movement of the robotic arm is optimal.

This paper contains the results of the biomass cutting process in which wheat straw was used. Tests were made on the prototype test stand which made it possible to control the parameters of the cutting process and based on that define its energy consumption. During the research the following parameters were measured: rotational speed of electric motor, which drives the rotor with a set of cutting knives, electric current supply and torque on the shaft. Tests were made for the variable moisture content of the biomass and with knives with three different back-rake angles 5°, 15° and 30°. Using these measured parameters it was possible to calculate the power and the cutting force necessary to disintegrate biomass. The main goal was to find out if there is any influence of moisture content and the back-rake angle of the cutting knife on the dynamic parameters of the process - power and cutting force. The presented results can be very useful in a design process for a working assembly of biomass disintegrating machines which are directed to the energetic efficiency.

Biological agents play a significant role in sewage treatment, with good removal effect, low sludge yield, good performance, and shorten the system start-up time, impact load resistance and stability enhancement. This paper describes the characteristics ofbiological agents and the effect of biological agents on wastewater denitrification was investigated through experiments, so as to provide effective basis support for the wide application of biological agents in the field of urban sewage treatment. The experiment showed that through reasonable addition of biological agents, the removal rates of COD,NH3-N and TNinlowpollutantsewage treatmentwere increased by 41%, 15% and 62% respectively.

The pretension of the membrane is applied with biaxial tension bracket; the digital dynamometer is used for measuring the change of the tension; the concentrated impact load is applied on the surface of rectangular membrane; the displacement change of each feature point on the membrane surface is measured by noncontact laser displacement sensor. Through this experiment, the vibration displacement-time curve of the rectangular membrane under the fixed boundary condition is obtained. Further, the vibration frequency is given, according to the power spectral density function. The results of the experimental research are used to verify and correct theoretical formula and make the foundation for further theoretical research.
