An integrated end-to-end lifecycle engineering process management system is deemed critical to boost the manageability, efficiency and responsiveness of an engineering enterprise. The challenge lies in the realization of such a system that is flexible and scalable. To overcome the challenge, a configurable module based system technology is developed to simplify the realization of a complex process management system and to offer the system a high level of flexibility and scalability. The technology is based on the belief that a complex process management system can be built by a set of static and process-based function modules. Each of the function modules consists of a set of categorized elements to meet the desired functional requirements. These categorized elements can be extracted into a unified process model upon which a configurable modular can be developed. The modular can be configured into a desired function module with specific functional requirements. The assignment of the function modules to the specific roles at the lifecycle processes forms a system. The technology has been successfully applied in a company specializing in make-to-order operations.

Traditional enterprise information systems have many defects, so business process management (BPM) system was applied to the virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise process model is established based on BPM system. The dominant enterprise and the member enterprises used BPM system for their own information management system in the virtual enterprise. The BPM system model of the virtual enterprise was divided into the formation process and the operation process. The analysis method based on stochastic colored Petri net(SCPN) was also presented which can be used to model and analyze the process model in order to obtain the system performance analysis data. The virtual enterprise resources utilization rate can be seen. The model extends the application area of BPM system and provides a reference for the construction and management of virtual enterprise.

Improvement of Business-Activities in Telecommunication Enterprises by the eTOM Business-Process Structural Model Implementation For now, in front of telecommunication branch enterprises of Ukraine, there is a problem of activity improvement with the purpose of granting high-quality services and maintenance of competitive position, both on internal, and on a foreign market. To solve this problem, telecommunication companies appropriate to use the mechanisms of business-oriented process management and improvement of end-to-end business-processes. The purpose of this article is a choice of effective business-process model that will allow telecommunications companies to provide modern, high quality and cost competitive services. During research, conditions of the telecommunication branch enterprises of Ukraine were investigated and key problems of their activity were revealed. Existing business-process models have been considered and analyzed and the optimal model was chosen, according to the put criteria. By results of the analysis a conclusion was drawn, that to the enterprises for business-process modeling is expedient for using eTOM - high-level system business-oriented model aimed for providing of any technological services, including IT. As advantages from introduction eTOM at the Ukrainian enterprises were analyzed.

The article examines the characteristics and functions of the automated process management system (ASU TP) in the format of ensuring its information security. The differences in information security between TP ASU and traditional IT systems are shown. Because of the importance of the time component, the high reliability, high availability and high security of the industrial management network, the differences between the security functions of the ASU TP and IT systems are presented as follows: functional requirements are more important in the IT environment in terms of risk, but the ASU TP is focused on the manufacturing process, and accessibility is considered to be the highest requirement and requires that production be sustainable; Resource requirements - the real-time ASU TP operating system is often limited by resources, and computational resources may not be available to update the security features of these systems in the ASU TP components; security implications - Unlike conventional IT systems, the loss of information in the ASU TP can damage the production process. In general, the security of the industrial management system can be divided into three areas: functional security to ensure the safety functions of equipment and enterprise, physical security is designed to reduce harm from physical factors and information security - preventing illegal or malicious intrusion into the industrial management system or interfering in the planned work. The article identifies the type of safety of the ASU TP and presents the structural model of the industrial management system, as well as the management scheme and components of the TP ASU.

Software processes are usually described by guidelines and advices. These guidelines are claimed to be valid for many projects. This understanding leads to software processes which deviate from initial plans and which frequently yield insufficient results. System-atic management of software processes can help to overcome these shortcomings. In this paper, we introduce an incremental approach to software process management. This approach covers the complete life-cycle of software process models, i.e., it deals with software process modeling, software process model analysis, and software process model enaction. It is based on a net-based software process modeling language called FUNSOFT nets. FUNSOFT nets are high-level Petri nets adapted to the application domain of software process management. We model software processes by means of different views onto a software process model. Our approach is implemented in a software process management environment called MELMAC.
