Presents an analysis of the technology of production of sausage products, for example meat loaves using the method of IDEF0. The technology includes the main stages are: Method of obtaining includes the following stages: preparation of the compound components, the preparation of the composition (in percentage), technological processing (grinding of raw material, heat treatment), shaping, cooling, filling, packaging, labelling, storage. Processing of raw materials is carried out using mechano-acoustic effects (MAV), thereby obtaining a product with a homogenized sedimentation-resistant system and a prolonged shelf life. In order to substantiate the principles for product quality management, the analysis of the product life cycle was carried out with the construction of a block of schemes according to the IDEF0 method.

Este artículo tiene como propósito documentar el proceso de Booking o Gestión de Reservas de Exportación, realizado por los Agentes de Carga Internacional; quienes se encargan del proceso de transporte desde la coordinación hasta la ejecución, permitiendo que las mercancías lleguen a los clientes internacionales. La metodología para caracterizar el proceso se denomina IDEF0, a través de la cual se modelan las entradas, salidas, restricciones y mecanismos involucrados en cada etapa del proceso desde el punto de vista de un agente de carga. Finalmente, se construyó un modelo de intercambio de información acorde a la realidad del Proceso de Reserva de Exportación que involucra los diferentes actores de la cadena de suministros, y sirve como base para el desarrollo de modelos más avanzados de arquitectura de procesos, mejora de la interoperabilidad e integración empresarial.

The design process of hydraulic pipe system has lots of contents. In order to make it logical, clear and conform to modern design principle, the IDEF0 method is proposed to analyze and design hydraulic pipe system. In the macro, it uses top-down, hierarchical approach to describe the whole system; clarifies the work, requirements and implement method of each stage. In the micro, details can be described. The whole and detailed design process of hydraulic pipe system can be obtained.

The IDEF0 method can comprehensively and clearly describe the production line design data streams, the material streams and the relationship among the function activities, may guarantee the standard design and lay the solid foundation for the system implementation smoothly. Using the IDEF0 method to describe the function of the production line design flow, it can satisfy this complex large-scale system analysis and design request. It aims at optimizing the manufacturing of automotive parts to be more scientific and consecutive.

Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one of the crucial technologies that realizing the information integration for the enterprise, and its function modeling is the base of MES design and implementation. Basis on the analysis of the business process in mechanical blanking workshop and the functional requirements of MES system, the IDEF0 method was adopted to construct the function model of MES system oriented to mechanical blanking workshop, and a detailed description of the function modules and their relationship was given, which laid the foundation for the software development of the MES system.

Based on integration design method for semi-armor-piercing warhead, the design and implementation of CAD system are illuminated. The whole frame of CAD system is established. The function of integration design system is analyzed by IDEF0 method, and the functional modules are established. System software structure is founded based on system functional characteristic. Based on the technique of database and visualization, the key techniques of system implementation are analyzed in detail, which include database, visualization, etc. Finally, an application example of CAD system is given.

The process of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) recovery usually includes pre-treatment, dismantling, shredding, non-ferrous sorting and finally energy recovery or land-filling. Using enhanced IDEF0 method, various models corresponding to different stages of a vehicle’s life cycle were established in this work together with previous work. Based on these models some key issues are identified to help make a better strategy for ELVs recovery so as to meet the increasing rigors requirements by legislatives such as EU directives.
